  • Anderson Ferrari 458 Italia

Anderson Germany has revealed their tuned Ferrari 458 Italia. The car was presented two years ago, in September 2009, at the International Automobile Exhibition in Frankfurt and until now, it has a lot of tuning packages.

The aerodynamics kit includes sporty front lip spoiler, front bumper flaps, wider side skirts, a modest rear lip spoiler, engine air outlets, window air intake grille and front bumper ventilation grid. The roof, the hood, the mirrors and the door handles, the trunk lid with the diffuser, as well as tail light trims were manually coated with carbon fiber.

The mighty naturally aspirated 4.5 liter V8 now delivers 623PS (458 kW). 0-100 km/h in under 3.4 seconds a top speed of over 325 km/h. The new power is thanks to an ECU re-map, sport exhaust system with racing catalyst, heat protection, and special tailpipe.

The “carbon fiber” Italia stands on enormous 9J x 21” rims with 255/30 ZR21 up front and 12J x 22” with 335/25 ZR22 for the rear. The drop-center rims are obviously carbon-coated in body color.

The car is lowered for perfect stance and handling.

    No words about pricing.

  • Vorsteiner Ferrari 599-VX

The debut of the Ferrari 599-VX marks Vorsteiner’s first official foray into the Ferrari line of cars. This 599 will only be the very beginning of what is to come for our product applications for Ferrari models.

The concept for the 599-VX project was to create a comprehensive conversion package that encompasses the perfect marriage between lightweight aerodynamics, performance exhaust and wheels.

In typical Vorsteiner fashion, our designers set out to create something that would not take away from the existing bodylines of the Ferrari, but rather to enhance it and take it one step closer to a race car without compromising any functionality, quality and performance.

The 599-VX aerodynamic package is not only aesthetically pleasing, but is also fiercely technologically advanced. It is 70% lighter than the factory pieces which basically consists of a front fascia, louvered racing hood, side sill extension blades, rear fender intake covers, rear deck lid wing and finally a rear bumper with diffuser.

All of the 599-VX aerodynamic components will be made from our latest pre preg autoclave carbon technology for incredible weight savings and uncompromising quality.

    Vorsteiner Ferrari 599-VX
    Vorsteiner Ferrari 599-VX

The 599-VX package also includes a limited edition 1-Piece Forged Monoblock wheel that is specifically manufactured for this car. It is a twin 7-spoke racing mesh face that features a true I-Beam spoke profile in conjunction with our latest under cutting pocketing to yield maximum weight savings without any compromise in strength.

The entire exterior skin of the body has been re-masked courtesy of Meguiars & Wraptivo. It consists of the latest in flex vinyl film technology in matte glacier white color with contrasting matte black roof line with red racing accents to pay homage to the grass roots race cars of Ferrari.

Lastly, the 599-VX exhaust was a joint venture between Vorsteiner and BBI and was developed from the ground up in order for it to work harmoniously with our fully redesigned 599-VX rear bumper replacement.

  • Ferrari 458 Italia Grand Am

Ferrari has announced the new 458 Italia Grand Am race car, which is even more fast and brutal version than the magnificent road model. The car has been developed in conjunction with Michelotto Automobili, based on the GT3 version of the V8 Ferrari berlinetta, with the aim of racing in the famous North American series.

The car meets also safety and performance regulations, so it features the same 4.5 liter hi-revving V8 engine, but with 500PS (368 kW). The reducing of power is because of the 48 mm restrictor and maximum revs are 8000.

Still, the car is much faster, because it features a roll bar, high performance braking system,  a Continental tires, widened tracks and massive rear wing. The ABS and traction control have been removed.

On its shakedown today, it completed a good number of trouble-free laps, 45 to be precise in the hands of Maurizio Mediani and Jaime Melo, as they took turns at the wheel.

  • Anderson Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M

Anderson Germany has introduced a special styling and tuning packages for Ferrari F430 Spider. Great!

The exterior package includes a new front bumper, side skirts and a rear apron. The Hyper Black paint with  Scuderia Stripes in carbon steel with a yellow border were also added. To finish the exterior, Anderson tinted the front and rear lights and added additional exterior elements in carbon fiber – an engine grille, rear diffuser, mirrors and covers under the hood.

The performance package includes an Ecu re-map, new catalytic converters from Renn-Kats and modified headers. The result is brutal – 569PS (418 kW), instead of the standard 510PS on the Scuderia Spider 16M.

The tuned Ferrari received a three-level remote adjustable racing suspension, which is full 29kg lighter than the original. The car stands on 20” three-piece alloy wheels in gloss black fitted with ultra-performance tires. The brake calipers are painted yellow. Not nice!

The interior boasts carbon black leather and Alcantara with yellow diamond Kederrand stitches. The carbon fiber trim is all over the place – on the steering wheel, door handles, doorsill plates, handbrake lever and shift paddles.

The price list is not announced, yet. However, it won’t be cheap… All in all this is a Ferrari and probably the most beautiful one – F430 Spider.

  • DMC Ferrari FF

After the tuning package for Lamborghini Aventador, the German tuned DMC has announced their package for the staggering Ferrari FF. The project is called Maximus and includes both styling and exterior upgrades.

The new aerodynamics kit includes new front and rear bumpers, side scoops, rear diffuser, trunk spoiler and a rear wing. Furthermore, the car will benefit from a huge weight saving of 70 kg (154 lbs), because all parts are made from carbon fiber.

  • Ferrari FF at the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed

Ferrari FF was exhibited at the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed alongside the front engined V8 California and the mid-rear mounted 458 Italia.

As you well know, FF is the first All-wheel-drive model from the manufacturer. The brutall power from the mighty 6.3 liter naturally aspirated V12 is transferred to the wheels, through 4RM system, which distributes 47% of torque to the front wheels and 53% to the rear wheels. As we speaking for torque – 683Nm (504 lb-ft) at 6000RPM.

The maximum power comes at 8000RPM – 660PS, which means catapulting to 100 km/h for 3.7 seconds and top speed of “just” 335 km/h (208 mph). The curb weight of the car is 1790kg and the fuel consumption – 15.4 liters per 100 km, combined cycle.

    Ferrari FF
    Ferrari FF

The other Ferrari, which is at the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed is the beautiful 458 Italia. It is just staggering with its presence as well as the power from the 4.5 liter naturally aspirated V8. 570PS are enough to launch the car into the space – 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and top speed of 327 km/h (203 mph). The curb weight is 1380 kg, so the 458 won’t be fast only in straight line, but at the race track, too. Actually, it is as fast as an Enzo.

Finally, Ferrari brought the new California, which boasts a direct-injected 4.3 liter V8 with just 460PS. However, it offers the latest F1-Trac traction control system, multi-link rear suspension, and, of course, an innovative retractable folding hardtop that opens or closes in only 14 seconds.

  • AF Corse STP Ferrari F458

A month after the scoring points in the first two rounds of the FIA GT3 Europe Championship in Portugal – Dan Brown and Glynn Geddie with AF Corse STP Ferrari F458 lined up at the weekend on the newly-configured Silverstone Grand Prix circuit for the two gruelling one-hour follow-up races in the series.

The youngest drivers have contract with Italian AF Corse Ferrari racing team, and are sponsored by legendary fuel additives brand, STP, Apex Tubulars plus car styling company, Brown & Geeson, to drive the competition derivative of the Ferrari 458 supercar, prepared by AF Corse in Piacenza, Italy.

There was a mechanical problem at the mandatory driver change-over on Saturday. Still, the team set their sights realistically on a podium finish, if not victory itself. But in race two, Dan put the disappointment behind him, again lapping amongst the fastest, to charge to a great fourth place overall with team-mate Geddie.

“It was good to leave Silverstone with more points under our belt. It’s a super-tough championship, and I’m proud to be one of only seven British drivers in the series, and hugely honoured to be driving for the prestige AF Corse Ferrari racing team…and there couldn’t be a more exciting way to learn a bit of Italian!”, commented Dan Brown, after the race.

“ I think we can be satisfied with P4 and our consistently strong pace all weekend was very encouraging, so we will keep pushing and hopefully bring home a podium at the next rounds of the series, at Navarra, Spain on July 2/3.”, Glynn Geddie added.

  • Ferrari Superamerica 45

Superamerica 45 is a unique one-off model, which is styled internally by Ferrari Design and engineered and built in-house.

It will be collected by Ferrari enthusiast Peter Kalikow, who will celebrate 45 years since he first became a Ferrari client and will make its public debut on the 20th of May at the Villa d’Este Concorso d’Eleganza.

The style is simply superb featuring a carbon-fibre rotating hard-top with a rear screen and an entirely new boot from carbon fiber.

The side view is distinguished by double air vents on the front wing. Ferrari Superamerica 45 also has a chromed front grille and special burnished aluminium A-pillars, wing mirrors and door handles. All this chrome makes the car a little more overdressed to our taste, but it is explicitly specified by the owner.

Superamerica 45 has an exclusive Blu Antille paint, body-coloured wheels with a contrasting diamond finish to the spokes.

The bodywork has a lot of carbon fiber components – front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser.

The interior also boasts dark blue carbon-fibre dash trim and driver zone. The cockpit features combination of Cuoio leather trim and Blu Scuro carbon fibre and a latest-generation touch-screen SAT NAV system.
