  • Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger Hellcat Goes Green

Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger Hellcat Front and Side ViewLiberty Walk Dodge Challenger Hellcat might seem to you as a very common name if you follow our blog regularly. And it is common. We have seen a similar car a couple of months ago, which was the result of the joint work of Liberty Walk and SR Auto Group. Unlike the first white car, this example comes in toxic green exterior color and this and no other reason (like electric motor) makes the vehicle go green.

SEE ALSO: Liberty Walk and SR Auto Unite for Monstrous Dodge Challenger Hellcat

The pure raw American muscle car is basically another angry cat that has come out of SR Auto’s bag. The Canadian tuning specialists have given it a Liberty Walk wide body kit. And we must admit that it gives the Dodge menacing and fierce look.

Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger Hellcat Rear and Side view

Just like the white Hellcat, the widened body was supported by Airrex air suspension system, which lowers the height of the Challenger significantly. The lowered ride height and the wider body proportions just screamed that they need new wheels.

So, the expert heard that and decided to install a set of forged three-piece PUR LG05 wheels with a matte black diamond face and polished step lip. With a compressor in the trunk, the lines run through to all four corners to increase and decrease pressure. Oh, and have we mentioned that the wheels measure 20-inches?

But there is still one problem. We can not decide which car we like better: the white one or the green one? What’s your choice?

  • Blacktop is the new Black for 2016 Dodge Challenger

2016 Dodge Challenger Blacktop Front View2016 Dodge Challenger has just received a new Blacktop Appearance Package and we can’t get enough of looking at it! There is so much beauty in it! And we are definitely glad that it is back on the market, so that it can make more customers happier. Company’s “blacked out” appearance will be available for 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT and SXT Plus models.

These two produce no lees than 305 horsepower, but when it comes to stronger force of up to 375 horsepower, the HEMI V-8 equipped Challenger R/T and R/T Plus models are also in the game. I mean that they will also get the limited edition pack.

    Meet the Blacktop

2016 Dodge Challenger Blacktop Rear View

Challenger Blacktop rides on huge wheels measuring 20-inch and featuring five-spoke Gloss Black aluminum design. All-season tires are the perfect compliment for them. The theme continues with the Gloss Black grill, which by the way was inspired by the 1971’ models.

SEE ALSO: 2016 Dodge Charger and Challenger SRT Hellcat Vehicles are Ready for New Challenges

We can also see that there are Satin Black finishes on the deck-lid spoiler and fuel-filler door, so they add a little bit more masculinity to the appearance.  The one-of-a-kind look of the car is rounded out by a “strobe” designed dual stripe that runs from nose-to-tail.

    Blacktop in the Cabin?

2016 Dodge Challenger Blacktop Front and Side View

Yes, the styling package continues inside. The cabin of the SXT and R/T models is wrapped in premium black cloth, while the SXT Plus and R/T Plus models get the standard Nappa and perforated Nappa leather also in black. The steering wheel is delivered by Dodge Performance, and it features Dark Anodized paddle shifters. K-Black bezels accentuate the Dark Brushed II aluminum instrument panel and there are also aluminum center console bezels.

The 1971-inspiration is featured in the interior via the ‘tic-toc-tach” gauges with Gloss Black inner and outer cluster rings. Under the waistline there are also velour floor mats with the company’s logo embroidered in Tungsten.

    And How About More Technology?

There are more goodies for those who have considered buying the Challenger Blackout. If you are keen on driving an SXT or an R/T, then you will also get ParkView rear backup as a standard. The SXT specification comes fitted with fog lamps at no additional cost. How cool is that?

    Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

The Challenger SRT Hellcat is by far the fastest and most powerful muscle vehicle ever created. And no wonder. With its supercharged HEMI Hellcat V8 powerplant, that produces a total of 707 hp (519 kW) and 650 lb-ft of torque. The Challenger SRT is considered to be the fastest muscle car so far. How did they proved it? With a sprint time of ¼-mile

for only 11.2 seconds. And with drag radials that time dropped to 10.8 seconds. Don’t worry-the National Hot Rod Association gave a special certificate. And for the 2016 the Challenger will feature standard premium Laguna Leather interior, Uconnect 8.4AN with navigation, HD radio and numerous more goodies.

  • What is to Own a Total of 79 Dodge Vipers?

Dodge Viper GTC 1 of 1Dodge Viper can now be optimized according to any customer’s taste. The first two examples of this were already delivered to Wayne and D’Ann Rauh. On Friday, July 24, the couple visited the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit and received the keys to two new customized “1 of 1” Dodge Viper GTC models.

This couple is also famous for another fact and it is that with these new two additions they own a total of 79 Dodge Vipers. It is even hard to comprehend this number, but it is cool to see the enthusiasm in their eyes.

SEE ALSO: 8,000 Exterior Color Options For Dodge Viper GTC

We definitely admire these people, since they have the courage to collect these fantastic cars, spend energy and time as well as money, to make their dream come true. And this is what makes them perfect for encouraging others to follow their steps.

Dodge Viper GTC 1 of 1

But how did they receive those unique one-off Viper GTC models? The answer lies in the new Viper “1 of 1” customization program, through which owners can create their own one-of-a-kind Snake. How cool is that?

What is even cooler is that there are no two cars alike, because the program implies that no two customers can order the same configuration, including color, in the same model year.

Another interesting detail here is that with the introduction of matte-finish exterior paint, the new model year Viper is now offered in more than 50 million configurations. In fact, there are more than 16,000 unique paint color options and more than 48,000 unique stripe combinations.

Besides the one-off exterior qualities of the car, the Viper is also capable of some special powers. Due to the hand-built aluminum 8.4-liter V-10 engine, the snake produces 645 horsepower (474 kW) and 813 Nm (600 lb.-ft.) of torque. The last numbers help the Viper’s engine be the most torque of any naturally aspirated sports car engines in the world.

  • Are you a fan of muscle-cars? 2015 Challenger Dream Giveaway has something for you then!

    2015 HellcatX Dodge Challenger SRT

History tends to repeat itself in various forms and various manners. This happens in the car-manufacturing world quite often too. One model inherits something from its predecessor and follows the path of progression of the first-born. Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat X is an example of such case where old automobile history reincarnates some of its aspect into a new automotive body.

It won’t be an exaggeration if we say that perhaps every muscle-car lover keeps a poster of the Hellcat X on their wall, dreaming of owning one such jewelry. Well, they should be more than delighted to find out that there is light in the tunnel. And no, it is not the approaching train. It is rather the light of a unique opportunity. Now 2015 Challenger Dream Giveaway® gives a chance to people to enter a competition and win a one-off prize package which includes precisely, the Dodge Challenger in question and the 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T.

Inspired by the U.S. Aviation prototype XF6F Hellcat, the supercharged Dodge Challenger Hellcat X is loaded with a 2L HEMI engine that is capable of generating 805 HP. The car is built in honor of WWII pilots of Hellcat fighter aircraft. This one-of-a-kind supercar excites with accented front grille surround, center hood scoop, Navy-inspired raw-aluminum hood extractors, hand-made rear diffusor and, lastly, adaptable high-speed chin spoiler as well as deck lid spoiler. Inside the car exclusivity keeps running as the winner will find embroidered Hellcat X callouts on the front seat backs and on the floor mats.

The other beauty, 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T, on the other hand dazzles with well-known high-performance features like a 440 Magnum V-8 engine, Pistol Grip four-speed, and a Supergrip limited-slip rear. Leaving the factory assembly line 45 years ago, the R/T had already established itself as a rare one. This Dodge Challenger was one of less than 100 black Challenger vehicles which adopted the 440 U-code/four-speed package. An interesting fact about it is that exactly this car was used in a TV commercial called “Revolution Reborn” which showcased “Dodge’s DNA of American exceptionalism then and now.”

Does this sound tempting to you? Well, do not hesitate then and enter the competition in order to get one of these unmatched cars.

  • Liberty Walk and SR Auto Unite for Monstrous Dodge Challenger Hellcat

Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger Hellcat Front and Side View Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger Hellcat. This is the answer to the question “What is common between United States, Canada and Japan?” You might also ask, what does Canada have to do with it. Well, this is actually the first Liberty Walk Hellcat unleashed in Vancouver by our fellows at SR Auto Group. In addition, they also added some extra detailing, that makes the muscle car look even more astonishing!

Just take a look at the pictures below! I am already in love with this car, looking so menacing, purposeful and at the same time carrying something from the spirit of the legendary Challenger. I also adore the Liberty Walk kit, which seems that fits perfectly to the Dodge. And have you spotted the wheels?

    Balance Between Old and New

Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger Hellcat Rear View

Continuing to the details here, basically the tuners at SR Auto added the front and rear fender flares from Liberty Walk’s kit. After doing this, something still didn’t feel right. And it was the height of the car. Actually, no Liberty Walk car would be complete without bringing it straight to the ground. This has happened with the help of Airrex Air System, which literally dropped the Dodge to the pavement.

At last, the experts added classy PUR LG01 wheels in gloss gold with polished step lip. They come in size of 20-inch at all four corners. And this is the element of the tuning which gives the car that good-old look we all love.

It is always nice to see such great projects, isn’t it? Only one thing makes me very sad. SR Auto didn’t say how much the car costs, so that I could start sparing some money.
