Tuner Wheelsandmore completes the Mercedes W213 tuning program with the estate variant of the E63 AMG and presents with the introduction of the E63 S AMG some innovations in power upgrading due a plug-and-play tuning box and ultra concave forged wheels, providing an exclusive and innovative tuning program that is outstanding in Europe. The 4.0l bi-turbo engine has now proven successful in the AMG segment and is accepted as a powerful advancement even by the non-dying enthusiasts of the 6.3L AMG naturally aspirated engine. AMG proves that the engines consistently offer performance-enhancing potential with power outputs between 457 and 612hp.

Wheelsandmore presents 3 different options to increase the performance of the currently most powerful 63 series from the AMG portfolio.

Stage I + II: Wheelsandmore generates optionally 650hp and 920nm or 680hp and 960nm out of the standard 571 / 612hp due ecu remapping with unlocked v-max.

Tuner Wheelsandmore presents an easy-to-install plug-and-play tuning box for all 43/45/63 AMG engines.

The tuning-box unlocks the v-max as well and generates in total 712 hp and 965nm of torque with the Mercedes E63 AMG and E63 S AMG.

Especially interesting for leased vehicles, as the box can be uninstalled at any time without a backlash and can be installed in any other Mercedes E63 AMG vehicle.

The standard air suspension of the Mercedes E63AMG was height adjusted in the usual and proven way by adjustable coupling bars for a perfect match with the modified wheel-tire combination.

This is where the combined experience and expertise of Wheelsandmore is needed, as only multi-piece rims can be designed perfectly, simply and precisely for a vehicle with such different offsets. As all rims from Tuner Wheelsandmore have been tested in accordance with the required TUV reports and the manufacturer has all parts ready for delivery on stock, the production of extremely concave forged wheels is no problem for the current estate of the Mercedes E63 AMG.

The german car tuning company and wheel manufacturer mounted stately 10×21 inch F.I.W.E rims at the front axle covered with Michelin tires sizing 265/30/21 and staffed the guide axle with 11.0×21 inch wide rims of the same type and with 295/25/21 tires. Due to the wider front fenders of the Mercedes E63 AMG Wheelsandmore was able to craft a full set of F.I.W.E. wheels wearing the ultra deep concave centers, which were initially designed for the rear axles of sports- and supersportscars. In this combination the E63AMG comes super wide and brute and Wheelsandmore achieves an optics which was unknown from Europe´s wheel manufacturers so far.

Performance upgrade for Aston Martin New Vantage

As Wheelsandmore already got lot of experience with the M177 DE engine from the C63 AMG and AMG GT tuning programs, the tuning professionals also developed larger turbochargers, sport catalytic converters and a valve flap exhaust system with corresponding software for the New Aston Martin Vantage. The final dyno test bench attested Wheelsandmore a new power about 680hp and 820Nm of torque. The new top speed is estimated by the tuner with +330 km/h with appropriate tire release. Since almost 10 years Nissan drives the renowned sports car manufacturers from Zuffenhausen, Maranello and Affalterbach with their R35 GT-R in terms of longitudinal acceleration to insanity. The all-wheel-driven monster with its V6 bi-turbo engine passes the 100 km/h border in less than 3 seconds. A dream car for the players on their gaming consoles and for acceleration junkies anyway. You can buy it like that and indulge in the mix of adrenaline and endorphins without restraint… Or are you looking for the absolute extra ordinary, an optic to melt away, mouth lock and “ear”- gasm included. Then luxury refiner Wheelsandmore from Baesweiler in Germany with their tuning program for the Nissan GTR is exactly the right expert to provide more “Wows” and “Ahhs” by riding out through the climes.

The standard engine power of 570hp and 637Nm is upgraded at Wheelsandmore in 5 different power levels as follows:
Stage I: Through optimized software and a F1 air filter kit Wheelsandmore generates 605hp and 700nm out of the 2017 GTR engine
Stage 2: In combination with sports catalysts, the tuner achieves 630hp and 800Nm of torque
Stage 3: Combined with modified exhaust system and catalyst replacement pipes the tuner measured 650hp and tight 830Nm of torque
Stage 4: In addition to Stage3, the turbochargers are replaced, other wastegate cans and more powerful gasoline pumps were installed. With sports catalysts and adaptation of the transmission control approximately 700hp and 850Nm were measured
Stage 5 – CrankZilla – As in Stage 4 but with catalyst replacement tubes and with the appropriate software finally 740hp and 900nm were gained.

Of course Wheelsandmore recognized and respects the internet clips of GT-R conversions with over 1000 hp but with 740hp the GTR driving machine is tuned up to the maximum to be handled safe on the track.

The valve flap exhaust system can optionally be ordered without catalytic converters, but handle the gas pedal very carefully when the damper is open, as the system otherwise sounds infernally loud to attract attention …

With the F.I.W.E. wheels the unique german manufacturer of multipart forged rims presents a provocative striking symbiosis of noble, wide and yet consistent. The 3-piece rims turn on the steering axle measuring 9.5×21 inches and on the rear in proud 11.0×21 inches. 255/35/21 and 295/30/21 tires from Continental ensure the contact with the roadway. Wheelsandmore adapted the wheel center finish analogous to the advertising lettering and the brake system in a color mixture of bronze and copper and finalized the rim outer beds with a discreet noble carbon look surface. The optical appearance is rounded off by height-adjustable lowering springs from KW, which reduce the center of gravity of the racer about 30mm.

Mercedes G63 AMG Tuning

The latest Mercedes AMG tuning conversion is a 2019 Mercedes Benz G63 AMG first edition with massive 24 inch wheels, a remote controlled valve flap exhaustsystem and a power tune up to 780hp and 1000nm of torque.

As the all new G-Class 63AMG is coming as well with a downsized 4,0 turbocharged AMG engine providing 585hp and 850NM of torque Wheelsandmore used their experience with this type of engine components already obtained with the E63 AMG engine. By the use of ball beared, larger turbochargers combined with downpipes and flow optimized valve flap exhaustsystem adapted to remapped ecu the noble tuner achieves with Stage 3 tuning a total power of 780hp and 1000nm of torque. If this upgrade is too much for you the company also provides smaller tunings with 650 or 700hp.

Optically the imposing appearance of the G-Class is already fearing but with the perfect fitting G-Logic rims sizing 24 inches the tuner puts up the G63 AMG to the next level. Vredestein supplies the perfect AWD suitable tires sizing 295/30/24 and if this is not enough for your eyes there are also maximum 355/25/24 tires for 12,5×24” wheels available. The lightweight wheels fit without required body modifications and keeps the original style of the G-Class with a quite similar wheel design.
