Gipsy King by Vilner: brand’s latest styling project is here!

2016 Vilner Mercedes-AMG S 63 Gipsy King Art Studio Vilner presents its latest creation: The Gipsy King. The super exclusive project that takes the S-Class even further in luxury and refinement. And it definitely catches the eye. Both with refinement and quality. So, let’s see what Vilner clients want to drive, shall we?

First of all, the fine gentleman and Vilner client has chosen a rather powerful base model: a 585hp S-Class with all that Mercedes-Benz has to offer as additional equipment. However, even this is not enough for him and there is just one thing to do: as Vilner engineers and designers for some help with tuning and improvements.

And as always, our friends and master of luxury has done what must be done: a masterpiece. There is fine black leather and Alcantara wrapping, white and contrasting stitching, Alcantara dominated central console are just some of the refinements in the cabin.

Further improvements include Alcantara and Nappa covers for the steering wheel, top and even the back of the rearview mirror. How cool is that? Other super-stylish improvements include black-covered metal buttons, black piano finish for the wooden components in the cabin. In fact, the idea of the customer was to create a small kingdom of black and leather. And as we see, the design team has done the job perfectly. As always.

In fact, pretty normal for Vilner, the drivetrain system remains untouched and with the same settings as it left the Mercedes-Benz building plant. The original vehicle is a 2015 Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG that delivers a total of 585hp (436kW) and 900Nm of torque. This engine system is paired to a 7-speed automatic gearbox.

A Mercedes sedan touched by AMG: brutally powerful and sexy

2016 Mercede-AMG E 63 4MATIC+ And here it is: the latest AMG project is brought to life. Yes, we are talking about the fresh Mercedes-AMG E 63 4MATIC+ and the E 63 S 4MATIC+ babes. Aren’t they sweet? Along with the super-mega-titanic power output and the exceptional Mercedes-Benz and AMG quality that we are all aware of, these two vehicles will try to be different in a particular way.

Of course, one of the many ways of maintaining interesting is refreshment of the exterior styling. Definitely appealing and sexy, these two bad boys feature sporty front face with distinctive A-pillar and for the first time AMG team gears a Mercedes-Benz saloon vehicle with a bonnet that is inset between the wings and bumper, just like a coupe model. Another way of expressing sexiness is by adding wide front apron, inspired by the design of a jet wing and a large front splitter.

The sides catch the eye with numerous elemets. However, one super distinctive is the arrow-shaped wing signet, covered in silver chrome. Also, the side sill panels make the vehicle look even lower than it actually is and contribute to the aggressive and sporty appearance. And all this is topped with exclusive 10-spoke light-alloy wheels in titanium grey with high-sheen finish. Sweet.

And last, but not least, the rear showcases muscles and confidence, expressed by the defined spoiler lip in body color, rear apron with diffuser-look inser and two chrome-plated twin tailpipes. S 63 S 4MATIC+ also features a trim strip on the rear apron.

The muscular rear end provides the finishing touch in conjunction with the clearly defined spoiler lip in the colour of the vehicle on the boot lid, the rear apron with diffuser-look insert, and the two bright chrome-plated twin tailpipe trim elements on the selectable sports exhaust system. The E 63 S 4MATIC+ also features a trim strip in silver chrome on the rear apron.

And what about the interior styling?

As you might have expected, the cabin is super elegant, comfortably-looing and functional. Featuring exclusive AMG performance steering wheel and nappa leather, the interior definitely makes that critical difference, compared to other premium brands and models.

Driver and front passenger will be pleased to know that they will be sitting in sporty seats, while additional highlights include nappa leather, AMG crest, crytal grey seat piping, IWC-designed analogue clock and special seat belts also in crystal grey. Not bad. However, there are far more interesting features about these bad boys. Stick with us!

Drivetrain system

Long story short: 4.0-liter twin turbo V8, mated to a MCT 9-speed sports gearbox. But let’s see the long story, shall we? Along with the extremely high power output, measured at 612hp (450kW) and 850Nm of torque, the powertrain has some more neat tricks. For example, the cylinder deactivation system and two twin-scroll turbochargers, applied for the first time in Mercedes-AMG vehicle.

The gearbox is also worth mentioning. This is a super-fast and exclusively fine-tuned system, especially developed for th E 63 4MATIC+ and the E 63 S 4MATIC+. It comes with special software that allows super short shift times and super fast multiple downshifts. Furthermore, it also comes with a wet start-off clutch that replaces the torque converter. In this way AMG engineers reduce the overall weigth of the vehicle and optimize the acceleration responsiveness. Cool.

Other notable drivetrain features include variabl all-wheel drive system, AMG Dynamic Select driving modes, fine-tuned suspension, four-link front axle design, independent wheel control, AMG-specific rear axle carrier and numerous more.

And by far the most important information: the two vehicles will be officially on sale on 16 January 2017.

VATH and Mercedes-AMG: a rather special combination!

2016 VÄTH Automobiltechnik Mercede-Benz SL 65 AMG VÄTH Automobiltechnik team are known for their incredible signature additions, applied to any lucky vehicle that happened to be in their garage. One such is a Mercedes-Benz model that recently has undergone comprehensive and rather eye-catching transformation and now showcases not only stylish exterior tweaks, but also notable and menacing engine roar.

More precisely, the vehicle is Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG. And the tuning team has geared it with heavily revised 6.0-liter bi-turbo engine that produces a total of 700hp (515kW) and 1000Nm of torque. But this is not all: VÄTH Automobilt mechanics have also included high flow air filter, water/heat exchanger. Sweet.

Furthermore, VÄTH Automobilt team has lowered the ABC sport chassis to a rather feasible point. In fact, they have managed to achieve just the perfect ballance between sportiness and driving comfort. Also, the valve control muffler exhaust system is significantly improved. And all this is topped with exclusive three-piece forged rims with black star with dimensions of 10,0×20 with tires in 265/30 ZR20 on the front and 12,0 x 20 with 305/25 ZR20 on the rear axle.

In fact, there is one particular thing we like about this vehicle. It still showcases its original Mercedes-Benz nature. You can still see the distinctive and brand-exclusive detailing, curves and lines all along with the well-known expression and stance. At the same time the exclusivity and sportiness are enhanced with style, quality and passion. We do like it!

Maybach proudly showcases its first cabrio vehicle. And it is fabulous!

2017 Mercedes-Maybach S 650 Cabriolet This is it! The first ever Mercedes-Maybach cabriolet vehicle makes its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. And believe us, there are tons of reasons to be excited about. Expected to hit the market in 2017 with a limited run of 300 units, the new Maybach monsters showcase the true nature of the word “luxury”.

As you might remember, a glimpse towards future was first made with the Vision Mercedes-Maybah 6 that made its debut not that long ago. And now the new addition, the Mercedes-Maybah S 650 Cabriolet comes to finish this affair and offer a new level of comfort and driving pleasure.

Based on the open-top S-Class, the S 650 features well-done proportions, dynamic, yet super elegant body styling, soft top and dropping line that slopes down at the end and of course, tons of exclusive Maybach features. Only some of these are special front bumper with upgraded lower section and tons of chrome details. There are also special 20-inch Maybach forged wheels with bichromatic finish and something that we find as a super cool feature: a projected Maybach logo when the door is opened. Yes, we have definitely seen such stuff before, but this one still impresses with style and elegance.

The interior is fully leather-trimmed and slightly resembles the styling of the S-Class Coupe vehicle. There are sweet flowing lines in the seats, waterfall-like upholstery, outer diamond quilting on the seat sides and more.

By more we mean unique trim elements to every individual unit. These include coloring, stitching and grain. Of course, being true Maybach family member, the new guy features super exclusive fine wood veneer, individually milled lines and reinforced three-dimensional effect. Also exclusive to this particular model are the deigno nut brown magnolia with either flowing lines or high-gloss finish and the nine interior color concepts.

The design team didn’t miss to include many logos and badges and of course, there is this super-special chrome-plated “1 of 300” lettering on the cup holder and the steering wheel that features Maybach lettering on the lower bezel. Cool, isn’t it?

And being precise in the making and giving, the team includes a special welcome pack with each vehicle. This includes a key ring, made from nappa leather and a certificate, signed personally by Dr. Dieter Zetsche, the Chairman of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes Benz Cars.

Mercedes-AMG and the three GT3 race-ready beauties

2017 Mercedes-AMG GT3 Racecars For 2017 race season, Mercedes-AMG team will be racing in the most important and prestigious North-American race series for the first time. The chosen vehicle? GT3. The championships? IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Riley Motorsports and other.

So far the Mercede-AMG racing team has decided that one of the competing vehicle will run as “AMG-Team Riley Motorsports” and the other as WeatherTech Racing with sponsorship from series’ main sponsor. Sweet, isn’t it? Also, with SunEnergy1 Racing, one more custom vehicle from Affalterbach is already confirmed.

It appears as Mercedes-AMG prepares confidently for the next milestone and passionately continues development of the Customer Sports Programme. And with the entering of the Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the IMSA championship the team shows its determination for achieving victory, or at least honorable performance. As you might know, so far the manufacturer was presented with the SLS AMG GT3 that did good, but apparently, there is still to be wanted.

And this is why for this upcoming presence in IMSA, Mercedes-Benz works together with Riley Motorsports. This means that there will be a car that would be especially represented by the team’s patronage of the series’ sponsor. Also, there are plans that include a Mercedes-AMG GT3 machine to take place in the GTD class.

2016 Dime Racing Mercede-AMG GT Dime Racing team is about to reveal one of its latest masterpieces: a limited edition street-legal DIME Racing GT automobile. This sweetie is based on the 2017 AMG GT machine and features Dime Racing exclusive suspension, aero pack, wheels and cooling system. All these goodies contribute to the overall control and direction of the 745 horses that are somehow stuffed under the hood. These additions, blended with the fine tunings and passion of the team definitely will bring not only incredible driving experience for the lucky ones, but also numerous prizes and awards. We bet that one.

Of course, as it comes to limited edition machine, this one will also be offered with Dime Racing Edition bumper-to-bumper warranty and unique personalized Växjö watch from the F1 driver Stefan Johansson. The units are only 100 and some of them are already sold and each one comes with unique Dime Racing VIN that ensures collectability and authenticity.

Here’s LARTE Design’s new Black Crystal: this is definitely a must see!

2016 LARTE Design Black Crystal Mercedes-Benz GLS LARTE Design team presents its latest achievement: the Black Crystal. This sweetie is based on Mercedes-Benz GLS and completely resembles tuner’s concept about beauty and style. Also, there is a neat photo shooting that further enhances the feeling of luxury.

We presume that you have already seen the gallery. And we presume that you have already asked yourself: why BLACK Crystal? Well, because of the two Swarovski Crystals that are gently placed at the front bumper. In fact, despite the name, this project showcases a sort of a concept of color contrasting. Apparently we see white body with numerous black components, but there is also a slight pinch of red, or more precisely, red lines that enhance the feeling of sportiness and aggressiveness. And the additional carbon-fiber elements conclude the final style idea: both confident and elegant.

So, what are the additions? There are new front and rear bumpers with numerous carbon-fiber elements. What catches the eye, though, is the incredible rear: it is both massive and aggressive. Featuring fresh air diffuser, four exclusively created carbon-fiber exhaust pipes and neat F1 LED braking backlights. At the same time the front-end features new bumper, radiator grille styling and of course, this notable and well-known LARTE Design logo.

Mercedes GLE Coupe touched by CHROMETEC? Yes, please!

CHROMETEC is a team of professionals that got their workplace in Kleinrinderfeld, Lower Franonia and specializes in tuning Mercedes-Benz automobiles. Team’s latest project includes a Mercedes GLE Coupe crossover and we have to admit that the result is incredible!

Let’s start with the performance rates, shall we?

The additional drivetrain goodies and improvements result on a total of 296hp (221kW) of power output and massive 700lb-ft o torque. This system also benefits from TÜV part certification. Further improvements include a module for quicker throttle response and a pedalbox that harmonizes with the smooth automatic gearbox.

Additional equipment

The complete set of goodies includes CHROMETEC active sound system and a roaring V8 sound for both the gasoline and diesel units. Sounds nice, right?

In fact, this project caught our eye with its incredible focus entirely onto the engine system. There are no exclusive and additional exterior and interior fads, no unnecessary pieces of technology and in general, nothing that would spoil the fine pleasure of driving a high-quality vehicle with high-quality drivetrain system.

In fact, when you think about it, there is not much to be added: after all, we are talking about a Mercedes-Benz vehicle tha comes with all a driver and passenger would need: style, convenince, comfort, and smoothness of driving.

Meet Simbad the horse and LARTE Design’s latest masterpiece!

We have all seen it: the horseshoe logo. And we all know what it represent: style, quality and fine taste. And one more time, LARTE Design team strikes back! The latest creation is based on a Mercedes GLS vehicle and the usual question that people would ask, when seeing the vehicle is “How many horses are in there?” The answer: one. And its name is Simbad. You can even see it at gallery below. Yep, this is right: for this project LARTE Design team has focused entirely on styling and exterior detail tweaking.

The vehicle is geared with a special tuning kit that features new front and rear bumpers, numerous carbon-fiber components and of course, this impeccable Mercedes-Benz style. In fact, the most eye-catching component is the back: it looks incredibly massive, sporty and stylish and showcases new diffuser, four neat exhaust pipes and of course, some more carbon-fiber components.

But what about the front? It is also as stylish as the rear-end: there is a new bumper and special radiator grille with this well-known LARTE logo. Also, there are carbon-fiber air intakers and fenders.

Of course, we do like this one. It looks like LARTE Design team has gained some inspiration for interior and exterior styling projects. Hopefully, we will be seeing even more of brand’s masterfully-executed ideas and projects.

Exclusive handmade exhaust system for Mercedes-AMG C63? Why not!?

A rather sweet upgrade: there is an exclusive exhaust system from CL by Christian Lübke that not only fits the aggressive style of the Mercedes-AMG C63 vehicle, but also contributes to even higher levels of performance and agility. This is a special handcrafted system limited to only 100 units and each single one of these is a piece of art by itself.

As you might know, Christian Lübke is named “the engineer with passion” and has delivered numerous pieces of technology that can easily be classified as a piece of art. And just like his previous inventions, the latest exhaust system is no exception.

But let’s put aesthetics aside for a second. In terms of performance, this one has a lot to demonstrate. It maximizes the overall big potential of the bi-turbo V8 AMG power unit and contributes to better calibration and lower backpressure of the CL 3.0-inch diameter pipe. Or, in other words, the new system enhances the capabilities of the vehicle in incredible way: there are a total of 620hp (462kW) that make it possible for the vehicle to go from 0 to 100km/h (62mph) in less than 4 seconds and chase a top speed of a bit more than 300km/h (166kW).

Further bonuses include electronically controlled sound flap that is directly connected to the AMG performance controller and a choice of three selectable driving modes: Normal, Sport and Sport+. What these are doing are to enable the driver to choose between restrained growl, deep burble at low crankshaft speeds and turn it to a race scream. Cool.

And last, but certainly not least, the special exhaust system is offered with a set of 20-inch Fa. Schmidt alloys that are also exclusive for this project. They feature fine balance between hi-tech spirit and luxurious styling. And are definitely worth the check. Trust me!

A well-done job: Carbon Motor refreshes the interior of Mercedes C-Class

2016 Carbon Motors Mercedes-Benz C-Class As you might remember, when Mercedes-Benz C-Class W204 was first revealed it quickly gained popularity as “The smalll S-Class”. What impressed buyers and Mercedes enthusiasts back in 2007 were the numerous premium components: sweet finish for the buttons in the cabin, ceramic details, fresh infotainment system and hard disc drive. And of course, this well-known Mercedes-Benz quality and feel.

And now the team at Carbon Motors decided to refresh the vehicle after 9 years of well-done service. The Bulgaria-based tuning studio wrapped the seats in black and grey leather, bond them together with red contrast stitching and eye-catching red stripes. Definitely a bold decision that brings feeling of luxury and sportiness. The rest of the cabin is dominated by grey Alcantara, aided by black stitching and additional red accents.

What is surprising though, is that there is complete absence of carbon-fiber elements: this is something unusual for our friends from Carbon Motors. However, we see a beautiful Mercedes vehicle with incredible interior design: everything looks tight, clean and sexy. In fact, what makes this redesign project so successful, is that the tuner kept it simple and close to the original design and appearance: all the changes just fit the styling concept of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle and brings joy to our eyes.

Larte Design creates one simply unique interior design! Check it out!

2016 Larte Design Mercedes-Benz V-Class Many people dream of having this super luxurious vehicle that is not only expressive, but it also completely represents this refined taste in style and quality. And many get what they have always wanted. And there are also these who show the final product, so much desired by many. This time the presenters are Mercedes-Benz and LARTE Design. Built by Luxury Technology studio and first showcased at the Russian Jet Expo Show, the final product is named “Black Crystal”. So, let’s see what makes this one so sexy.

Exterior design

LARTE Design team has exclusively created special pack, named V-Class Black Crystal. This tuning kit catches the eye with expressive, yet elegant lines, refinement and clarity. The front and rear bumpers are enhanced with carbon-fiber components, while the two black Swarovski crystals enhance the style and exclusivity of the pack.

There are new headlights, fog lamps, LED daytime running lights and all this perfectly blended with the well-known Mercedes-Benz original styling. We like it.

Interior design

This is where things get interesting. This so-called “Cabinet on wheels” is not just an ordinary cabinet on wheels. It is super luxurious and exclusive. The cabin is fraught with high quality finishes, soft leather, chrome, piano lacquer and wood components. The design team has even managed to put a 32-inch screen inside! In fact, the whole cabin looks just super classy. As it was especially created for some multi-billionaire world-elite guy. Anyone can just feel the heaviness of luxury and exclusivity inside.

And we like it. We do like it very much. Whether I need to sit back and relax or just to take an ordinary drive, I would love to do it in such a vehicle. But tell me, what do you think?
