2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD Revealed

Chevrolet and GMC have just revealed their brand new MY2015 models of Silverado HD and Sierra HD full-size pickups. The vehicles will sport better capabilities across the range including the highest payload of 7,374 pounds as well as the highest conventional trailering rating of 19,600 pounds.

2015 Chevrolet Silverado HDs are definitely made stronger than before. Their new exterior communicates strength and capability, but at the same time they also include enhanced aerodynamics for improved efficiency and reduced wind noise.

Next, the 2015 GMC Sierra HDs will be available at dealerships in the first quarter of 2014. The vehicle is designed to deliver the best capability with enhanced comfort and smarter technologies. In the case of Sierra HD, Gas and Duramax diesel powertrains are offered, including a bi-fuel option that pairs the gas engine with a compressed natural gas system.

Kleemann Mercedes SLS AMG – Top Speed 356 km/h

Kleemann has announced their latest project based on the superfast Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. The tuning specialists fitted the new “Gullwing” model with an astonishing performance package.

Normally, the SLS AMG is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.2 liter V8 with 570HP (419 kW) and 650Nm (481 lb-ft) of torque. Kleeman fitted the mighty engine with a an in house developed and manufactured supercharger system. The result is sensational – 770HP (566 kW) and 845Nm (623 lb-ft). 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 9.3 seconds and a top speed of whopping 356 km/h (221 mph).

Other upgrades include a stainless sports exhaust system including a bolt-on cat back system, a dual mid-muffler, an “X” section and a remote control flapper releasing the full power of the voice of Kleemann SLS AMG.

OK-Chiptuning Gives Two Faces To Skoda Superb

The professionals at OK-Chiptuning have released a unique project, and to be more precise – they have given the Skoda Superb new and more extravagant visual characteristics as well modification of the engine.

After the transformation, the 2.0 liters TDI powerplant is more fuel efficient but at the same time powerful. In fact, it is now capable of generating 210 horsepower (155 kW) and 435 Nm (321 lb-ft) torque in comparison to its serial 170 hp (125 kW) with 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque.

Furthermore, there was also done a suspension optimization via H&R coilovers and was added a H&R stabilizer kit. Ttuners have equipped this Skoda with Audi A6 (4G) steel rims in dimensions of 8,5×20 inch, which are coupled with Z-Nero Pirelli tyres in the format of 235/35ZR20.

But what immediately grabs the attention at first glance is the unusual exterior that this car sports. It has two faces: the first done by foil wrapping delivered by Cam Shaft CAM SHAFT, which is at the right half and is in muted gray color; and the second – the left car half, which is red.

However, the separation between the two colors runs not exactly in the middle, but it is shifted about 20 cm to the left. At last, what rounds off the visual characteristics of the car are the large red stickers on its right side.

2015 Ford F-Series Super Duty V8 6.7 liter Power Stroke Turbodiesel

Ford has introduced their all-new 6.7 liter V8 Power Stroke turbodiesel engine, which will power the 2015 F-Series Super Duty line-up.

“Truck leadership means never resting, and the Super Duty team has been tireless in finding ways to improve the industry’s most popular heavy-duty pickups,” commented Joe Hinrichs, executive vice president and president of The Americas, Ford Motor Company.

“Super Duty diesel customers will benefit from improved performance and features backed by outstanding Built Ford Tough durability.”, he added.

A key Ford innovation on the original 6.7 liter Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel was its so-called reverse-flow layout. The advanced design places the exhaust inside the engine’s V-shape while the air intake is positioned on the outside of the V. This segment-exclusive design naturally improves a variety of attributes:

Shorter airflow from the exhaust system to the turbocharger sitting between the engine’s cylinder banks improves turbo responsiveness – key to providing torque quickly to truck customers when they need it most
Positioning the turbo inside the engine’s valley helps isolate the engine’s hottest temperatures, improving performance and efficiency, while also reducing noise, vibration and harshness

One improvement is a larger GT37 turbocharger that replaces the previous GT32 model, enabling more airflow to the engine to produce more power beyond today’s 400HP (294 kW) and 1080Nm (800 lb-ft) of torque.

The 2015 Ford F-450 is the range-topping model boasting maximum towing and hauling capability. Changes for 2015 model include a strengthened frame, suspension, new commercial-grade 19.5” wheels and tires, and core work components shared with F-Series Super Duty chassis cab models.

Specifications And Pricing Announced For 2014 Honda Crosstour

2014 Honda Crosstour offers a great combination of practicality typical for the crossover, sedan-like drivability and premium equipment. Some of the standard and optional features included in this Honda are the keyless Smart Entry with Push Button start, LaneWatch blind-spot display, and powerful and fuel-efficient Earth Dreams V-6 engine.

The practicality of the car is delivered by the four-way configurable, 51.3 cubic feet of cargo area, the hidden removable utility box, and the comfortable seating for five. 2014 Crosstour will be offered in two front-wheel-drive trim options (EX, EX-L) powered by either a four-cylinder engine or a powerful 278 horsepower (204 kW) V-6 with Variable Cylinder Management. EX-L V-6 model is also available with Real Time 4WD.

2013 Equus Bass 770 – Retro Style and Modern Technology [video]

Equus Automotive have announced the Bass 770. It combines the retro looks with modern technology. The model reminds to an old Ford Mustang, but it has some design elements from Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger.

Equus Bass 770 is powered by a 6.2 liter supercharged V8 from Chevrolet ZR1 – 640HP (477 kW) and 819Nm (605 lb-ft) of torque. The engine is mated to a dual-clutch 6-speed gearbox powering the rear wheels. 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph).

The breaking system is coming from Brembo and features carbon ceramic discs. The suspension boasts advanced magnetic system with adjustable shock absorbers.

The interior boasts leather, GPS, cruise control, airbags, audio system, USB port and tire pressure monitoring system.

Everything looks impressive as well as the price $250,000 and can go up to $300,000 with some additional extras.

Senner Tuning Adds More Carbon To The Audi S5 Coupe

Senner Tuning has refined the 2013 Audi S5 3.0 TFSI coupe with facelift thus giving it more impressive on road stance, muscular posture and better performance. First of all, at the front is visible a new combination of RS front apron with an RS5 radiator cowing including black emblem and number plate fitting.

In addition, the tuners have given this Audi a carbon fibre elements which are decided in the color flash red, and can be seen in the large air inlets of the front aprons, the housing of the external mirror as well as the filigree side skirts.

Through an electronic power booster, now the air suction system delivers a peak performance of 446 horsepower (328 kW) and a maximum torque of 511 Newton meters (376 lb-ft). And via a software optimisation, the electronic clog was deactivated.

Moroever, a power converter also sharpens the characteristic lines of the electronic gas pedal. This results in rendering of the power of the engine. The adapted RS5 exhaust system with valve control that is connected to a flow-optimised downpipe ensures a thrilling sound. This exhaust system was optically finished in the black RS5 end pipe covers.

The interior was also given a treat via a carbon fibre in black which contrasts the red-black bi-coloured Nappa leather fitting and decorates the dashboard, centre console, RS5 door handles and the sports steering wheel. A stainless steel pedal set in the basement floor including foot rest and soft velour car mats with leather are other visible elements insde.

2013 Alfa Romeo 4C – Video Test

Drive has published a video on Youtube showing Chris Harris testing the new 2013 Alfa Romeo 4C. The small performance car is described as something between a Lotus Elise and a Porsche Cayman.

Chris Harris was really impressed with the latest Italian rear-wheel drive two-door coupe, which offers superb performance and unique style.

2013 Alfa Romeo 4C is powered by a 1.8 liter turbocharged petrol with 240HP (177 kW) and 350Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque. The engine is connected to a dual-clutch transmission. 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 258 km/h (160 mph). It will average 6.8 liters / 100 km (41.5 mpg UK) with CO2 emissions of 157 g/km. All these figures are thanks to the super-low weight of 4C – just 895kg (1973 lb).

The first deliveries are expected this month and the production will be limited to 3,500 units per year.

Bentley Continental GT3 To Make Race Debut In Abu Dhabi

Bentley Continental GT3 Race Car is going to make its competitive debut at the 2013 Gulf 12 Hours in Abu Dhabi on 13th of December 2013. The racing will mark the return of the luxury brand to motorsport, ten years after its success at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2003.

Continental GT3 is expected to deliver unique performance in most extreme form. The dynamic debut of the vehicle was at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. Since then, Bentley‘s new race car has begun an intensive programme of performance, setup and durability testing at tracks across Europe.

By now, the car has run according to the expectations of the car company and has also proven to be both reliable and fast in all conditions. To go further into detail, this Bentley is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, which generates up to 600 hp (441 kW) in unrestricted race configuration.

In addition, the GT3 race car keeps the luxury Grand Tourer roots of its origins, and this is visible through the steering wheel, carbon racing seat and leather door-pulls which are all trimmed and stitched by hand.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class: Magic Body Control [VIDEO]

The new 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class has made its debut a few weeks ago and now the luxury brand is beginning its advertising campaign. On its YouTube Channel, called MercedesBenzTV, it has released a very creative video which promotes the Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive MAGIC BODY CONTROL found in the new S-Class. This is a world’s first suspension system which ensures optimum driving comfort by using “eyes”.

ROAD SURFACE SCAN technology detects road surface’s undulations in advance by the means of the stereo camera in the windscreen. Then the MAGIC BODY CONTROL sets up the active suspension in order to deal with the situation. More Gold For SR Auto Audi S5 Convertible

SR Auto Group has announced their latest project based on Audi S5 Convertible. The transformed sports car comes with improved styling, but retains the other characteristics regarding its performance.

Audi S5 Convertible comes originally with 3.0 liter V6 engine, which is capable of generating 333 horsepower (245 kW) and 440 Nm (325 lb-ft) of torque. Within just 5.1 seconds the S5 can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h with no effort. But no figures can adequately describe the supreme free-reviving character, the spontaneous response, the continuous power build-up, or the thrilling sound of its engine.

The professionals at the tuning company have used this basis to give this Audi new and more impressive on road stance. Complementing its black exterior, they have decided to give a set of Monaco Gold PUR 4OUR wheels. To truly fill up those large wheel wells, they have fitted the S5 with a 20×11 square setup.

Five-Star Safety Rating For The Redesigned 2014 Kia Sorento [VIDEO]

The redesigned 2014 Kia Sorento CUV has earned five stars – the highest possible overall safety rating, from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Sorento showed excellent performance not only in frontal and side impact crash tests, but also in rollover testing.

The vehicle is built on an all-new platform and uses Kia’s advanced safety equipment and technologies. These deliver high levels of occupant protection. The five-star rating from NHTSA makes the CUV makes one of the strongest contenders in its segment.

Next to the NHTSA’s evaluation, the 2014 Sorento has also been named a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The vehicle is built on a new platform and suspension system, and is equipped with V6 engine with 290HP (213 kW) at 6,400RPM and 340Nm (252 lb-ft) at 5,200RPM. The engine comes as an option on the LX trim level, while it is standard in the LX V6, EX V6, SX and SX Limited.

In addition, the Sorento offers more passenger room, and its exterior includes redesigned front and rear fascia. They incorporate new lighting elements, the 17-inch, 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheels.

The interior of the vehicle features a center rack, gear shift, instrument clusters, and soft-touch surfaces. Some of the available features include second row sliding sunshades and heated front seats, panoramic sunroof, a programmable powered lift gate and heated second row seat bottoms.
