2015 Toyota Aurion is Further Upgraded and Tuned, but the Price Remains the Same!

Toyota brings even more features for the Aurion model, but the prices stay the same. The vehicle now will come with increased safety technologies, style and better overall performance. Toyota team really has a lot to offer with the old-new model. So let us see what it has to offer.

Now, the Aurion model is geared with numerous airbags, rear cames and with stability and traction control systems, special brake system and a special air-conditioner. The Aurion AT-X comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, dual exhaust and adjustable driver’s seat.

The Sportivo model comes with even more additions, like the redesigned steering wheel, rear sunshade and power-adjusted seats. It includes the special 17-inch alloy wheels, premium 10-speaker audio system, leather trim. There is also a special optional package, that brings 18-inch wheels, fine tuned suspension and steering tweaks.

Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell Vehicle Will Attract Customers With Additional Features

Hyundai‘s zero-emission hydrogen-powered Tucson Fuel Cell machine continues to attract customers, that desire a versatile and clean car. And now, despite the wonderful feedback, for 2016 Hyundai team will offer the Fuel Cell vehicle with additional gadgets: HomeLink connectivity, digital compass and two additional color options.

Furthermore, the Tucson Fuel Cell customers will be granted with an advanced electric vehicle, that produces its own electricity from hydrogen. Future is here, ha! As you know, hyundai has developed the Fuel Cell technology to alleviate some of the traditional battery powered vehicles. The Tucson Fuel Cell is a really flexible vehicle, that anyone can use for his daily needs, when it comes to personal transport.

As you know, the benefits of hydrogen fuel are numerous and already well-known: the fuel can be produced from numerous sources, including directly from water sources. And in addition, this is one of the cleanest fuels, that is almost 100 per cent environmentally friendly.

And in addition to the good news, California approved a plan to develop numerous hydrogen refuel stations, that will be built in the next several years. Furthermore, the prices of the fuel will go down, so it won’t be that expensive.

The Fuel Cell technology is really a masterpiece, that can already replace the traditional battery packs from vehicles and it is expected to be one of the main energy sources for vehicles in the near future.

Apocalypse is Near! This Lamborghini Huracan Elysium Offers the Best Escape Option

Have you seen the Elysium movie? It premiered two years ago and made a mass-furor. The film takes us in the future, in 2125, when the Earth is overpopulated and most of the citizens live in complete poverty. On the other hand, the rich and powerful people live in the Elysium. This is a technologically advanced and wealthy place in space, which literally sits in Earth’s orbit.

Basically, the film explores political and sociological themes such as overpopulation, health care, justice and class issues, and is a very good example of what might happen to us in the days ahead. It simply makes you wanting to rethink everything, doesn’t it?

Well, this Lambo above is inspired by the film and it is definitely a car to ride when the apocalypse comes. It pictures what the Huracan would look like in the distant future, and behind it is a very talented studio, called Yasid Design.

I absolutely love how this rendering looks and find the work of the designers intriguing! The supercar looks apocalyptic enough due to its one-off styling features like the bars across the windscreen and front lights and the equipment on the roof. Not to mention the street-like exterior “paint finish”, if I might call it that way.

Helping to escape the apocalypse is the 5.2 liter V10 engine, which produces 610 hp (448 kW) and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is linked to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and an all-wheel drive system. Of course, this will still allow the Lamborghini to cover the 0-100 km/h acceleration sprint in 3.2 seconds, and the 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds, running after a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).

At last, I would really like to know do you like this rendering? In my opinion it is pretty good!

MSO Releases One-Off Red-Accented McLaren P1 [UPDATED]

David Kyte, who is a British businessman, is the lucky person who owns this car. What’s so special about it, you might ask. Well, first of all it is a McLaren P1, secondly – it has been updated by MSO a.k.a. McLaren Special Operations, and third, it is absolutely one-off. It is actually one of the 375 P1 hybrid supercars that have been sold within an instant after the premiere of the car during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, and it has been individualized according to the tastes of Kyte.

To go into details, the exterior of the car has received a blue paint scheme contrasted by bright red stripes and accents. The highlighting color can be seen used for the side skirts, front splitter, door surrounds and on the rear diffuser.

Accompanied by the red brake calipers and red accents inside the gloss black wheels, they make the hypercar really stand out.

Inside, we manage to see Alcantara throughout and carbon fiber elements on the center console and side sills. The latter has also received “McLaren Special Operations” lettering. The lightweight material has been extensively used due to the fact that the weight of the P1 should be kept low at only 1,400 kg (3,086 lbs).

To remind you, the P1 is actually starting a trend of new hybrid supercars. It is powered by 3.8 litre V8 unit with engine block casting that incorporates the electric motor. The total output that it produces has been rated at 903 hp (664 kW) and 850 Nm (627 l-ft) of torque.

Porsche Boxster and Cayman with new Engines In 2016

For those who are missing an update in Porsche’s Boxster and Cayman GTS, we have good news … or not that good, actually. The models were introduced last year in March and since then there was nothing significant going on around them. We got here and there some exclusive tunings, but it is not like the officially released statement that both cars will be getting four-cylinder turbo engines.

Back in March we understood that the (current for now) Boxster and Cayman GTS range is powered by a 3.4 liter flat-six engine, which generates no less than 330hp (243 kW) for the Boxster and 340 (250 kW) for the Cayman. The torque is 370Nm (273 lb-ft) and 380Nm (280 lb-ft), respectively. In addition, both cars got the Chrono package as a standard.

With these numbers the Boxster is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds, while the Cayman is a little bit faster: it covers the sprint in 4.6 seconds. Top speeds are of 281 km/h (175 mph) and 285 km/h (177 mph), respectively.

So, what’s the problem here? Obviously, Porsche is considering these numbers too much. Given that there are new EU emission standards, Porsche’s CEO, Matthias Müller, said that from the beginning of 2016 the cars will be available with turbocharged four-cylinder boxer engines.

The possible and rumored displacements are to be 2.0-litre and 2.5-litre. But, there is no need to cry, because the flat-six will be still available for enthusiasts.

Cadillac ATS-V+ to be Equipped with Camaro’s 7.0-litre V8

Cadillac is launching exclusive ATS-V+ version of the powerful model! That’s great news, isn’t it? The “plus” car will be powered by Camaro Z/28 7.0-liter LS7 V8 engine, which means only one thing: extreme power and acceleration with a blink of an eye.

If the unit under the hood of the ATS-V+ isn’t updated or changed in some way, it will be pumping out 505 horsepower (371 kW) and 652 Nm (481 lb-ft) of maximum torque, which is far better when one compares it to the standard unit of the model.

Speaking of which, it generates 464 horses (364kW) and 601 Nm (444 lb-ft) of torque. Even with 41 hp the car is still capable of covering the 0-60 performance in 3.8 seconds on its way to a top speed of 189 mph! Just imagine what it will do with the 7.0 liter V8!

In addition, Cadillac also revealed that the new unit will be mated with an eight-speed automatic transmission, but will also have the option of Corvette’s seven-speed manual. There are some rumors of a dual-clutch transmission that will appear at a later time.

All in all, the model is luxurious, multi-purpose and trustworthy. Due to the new Twin Turbo engine and the V8, the ATS-V has been redesigned and now features entirely new chassis and suspension. The other upgrades are regarding the Brembo high-performance brake system, third-gen Magnetic Ride Control with enhanced damping response, selectable driver modes for sport-based track.

The start of the production of the ATS-V range has already begun. First coupes and sedans will be available later this year.

What Do You Think of This Twilight Purple BMW 760Li?

BMW’s 7-Series sedan is probably one of the most luxurious models currently available on the market. Undoubtedly it is the most luxurious car in brand’s lineup and being such this makes it very wanted in Abu Dhabi or Dubai … for example. The people there obviously have strange taste for colors, because we have just found on BMW Abu Dhabi’s official Facebook page those stunning (literally) pictures of a purplish 760Li.

I don’t think I’m capable of commenting the Twilight Purple exterior paint scheme, since I’m a girl and find it somewhat attractive (the color I mean), but … come on guys, isn’t it offensive to make this 7-Series look so inappropriate?

Well, ok, despite the paint finish the other things about this car are rather cool. The first thing I see after exterior is the contrasting interior. The cabin was entirely wrapped in Opal White Merino leather and features here and there Piano Black trim.

In addition, the 760 Li has been fitted with the M Sports package for more exclusivity and better driving performance. For the entertainment of the passengers take care the Bang & Olufsen sound system as well as the 9.2″ monitors at the back.

V12 is what we have under the hood. The 6.0 liter engine is capable of producing 544 PS and 750 Nm (554 lb-ft) of torque, thus helping the car accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds.

Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 Won the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa D’Este Award

A team of expert judges at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa D’Este presented the EXP 10 Speed 6 by Bentley, that won the Design Award for Concept Cars & Prototypes. The award organization celebrates the automobile industry future along with Bentley’s Design Director Luc Donkerwolke. The judges decided, that the Bentley vehicle is the winner because of the timeless design and the quality of components and overall performance.

The car itself, the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 concept demonstrates incredible luxury and performance features, that define the future of motor vehicles. Really the car demonstrates a powerful, distinctive and unique concept, that was instantly recognized among other vehicles.

Luc Donkerwolke himself says, that the EXP 10 Speed 6 is the most talked-about concept vehicle of recent times and it was the star of the show in Geneva earlier this year. Since this time, the vehicle has visited New York and Shanghai for feedback from customers, media and dealers. Furthermore, Mr. Donkerwolke ensures us, that the vehicle’s design is proof of the success of the well-known and loved British design.

Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este itself has taken place every year since 1929. It is located near the Lake Como and every year it brings historical vehicles together to decide which one is the best.

2015 Infiniti Q50 is Recognized With a Special And Prestigious Award

The 2015 Infinity Q50 sport sedan was awarded with the special Ritvo Design & Elegance Award by the New Engladn Motor Press Association (NEMPA). Named after Gene Ritvo, a veteran photographer and NEMPA member, the award is given for the best automobile design. Held every year, the NEMPA awards recognize only a few manufacturers and personalities, that deserve the prize.

Since its introduction back in 2013, the premium sedan has been one of the best cars, when it comes to styling, performance and technology. When it was first launched, the Q50 demonstrated a different design concept: aggression, athletics and confidence are the main characters, that describe the Q50.

Coming with the Infiniti’s signature “double arch” grille, the character line flows over the front fenders through the side of the vehicle and goes to the rear deck lid, which gives the vehicle both elegant and confident look. Other character design signature lines include the cut-c pillar and the distinctive LED headlights and taillights.

With its debut, the Q50 introduced and number of technologies, never seen before in a vehicle: Direct Adaptive Steering system, which allows drivers to customize the steering sensitivity and feel and the lane keeping technology , that brings better performance and higher safety features.

The Q50 is really a wonderful car, that deserved its prize.

A Combination of two Universes: Opel ADAM Will Come with Easytronic 3.0

With the best possible balance between economics and sporty comfort, the Opel ADAM with Easytronic 3.0 is ready for its debut. Opel’s mini will demonstrate the latest generation of automated manual transmission and lots of exciting features at the Istanbul Motor Show from May 22-31. In fact, the ADAM comes with compact design, that is lighter, dynamic and comfortable.

The Easytronic 3.0 itself is an automated manual transmission system, which means, that it is based on a manual gearbox, but has two different modes. How cool is that? On half-automatic mode, the driver shifts gears manually by pulling or pushing the gearshift.

Audi Demonstrates a Special R8 Driving Concept at the CES Asia

With 340 kW of power and with an incredible sprint from 0 to 100 (62 mph) in 3.9 seconds, Audi showed the all-electrically powered sporty R8 e-tron sports car. It comes with incredible blend of technologies and next-gen engineer wonders, that include lightweight design, high performance drivetrain system and piloted driving. Audi team really has a lot to offer. Let’s check it out!

One of the most interesting features about the latest R8 is the electrically powered engine. It is especially designed to drive about 450 km when fully charged, with energy density of 154 Wh/kg. Furthermore, the vehicle comes with the special Combined Charging System (CCS), that allows charging with direct and alternating current. The good news is, that with this technology the car is charged for less than two hours. Cool, huh?

In fact, there are two electric motors, that both provide an output of 231 hp (170 kW) and 460Nm of torque. As we told, you the spring from 0-100 km/h ends in 3.9 seconds and from that impressive start the vehicle chases the top speed of 210 km/h (130 mph) or 250 km/h (155 mph), depending on the set of tires.

The Audi R8 e-tron piloted driving concept car comes with a special rear module of carbon-fiber elements and frame structures. Furthermore, thanks to the fine tunings, the Audi vehicle attains a low Cd value of only 0.28.

And the special T-shaped battery, placed behind the occupant cell is based on a special technology, that is especially designed for all-electric vehicles. Additional good news is that the capacity of the battery has grown from 49 kWh to 92kWh, compared to old models. In fact, Audi team has produced the battery by itself. Impressive, isn’t it?

And when it comes to further technological and engineer additions, Audi knows how it is done. The R8 e-tron is equipped with numerous technologies to ensure nice and smooth piloted driving. There are laser scanners, video cameras, ultrasonic sensors and radar sensors. With these and numerous more the pleasurable and safe drive is guaranteed.
