Honda Releases Two Videos to Support its Advertising Campaign

Honda, in perfect harmony with the release of the 2016 HR-V Crossover, launches an interesting advertisement campaign, that tells a story about brand’s history of innovation and passion for further improvement.

The campaign itself is made with two TV spots, “Give and Take” and “Great Thinking Inside”.

The first one, the “Give and Take” video shows people, who try to “restyle” their faces with pushes and glances, but with every “improvement” they make, another problem occurs: for example, when a guy tries to make his nose smaller, his ears get bigger. Another man tries to make his chin looks smaller, but when he does it, his forehead gets bigger. The idea is that, there will be always some problems, despite the fact you try to make everything looks perfect. Except the 2016 HR-V Crossover. The video wants to demonstrate, that the car has numerous improvements, without adding problems.

“Great Thinking Inside”, on the other hand show how one idea leads to another in never-ending process of innovation and passion. The video shows how one vehicle is somehow “consumed” by the next one. Then the process continues, until the 2016 HR-V Crossover appears.

The campaign itself will incorporate a wide mix of media, along with social media sites and TV channels. Spirit of Dodge Brothers Still Lives On With Special Commercial Campaign [VIDEO]

Dodge debuts four ads, that will prove, that the spirit of John and Horace Dodge brothers is still alive. The spots show the two brothers’ passion for making not just cars, but piece of art. A passion, that still drives the Dodge brand today. The four short cinematic spots are directed by Academy Award-winning actor Adrien Brody, who participates in the advertising campaign, that includes video broadcasts, cable, digital and social elements.

In addition, customers will have the chance to follow the campaign in social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

The 60-second “First Dodge” spot tells a story about the start of the Dodge story. No, but a sort of prehistory of the brand, where two youngsters (John and Horace Dodge) before they founded the company, before they manufactured vehicle parts.

Exterior and first look

Ram 1500 Rebel Fitted with Toyo Open Country Pack

Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel from the 2015 model year now features new outfit thanks to the additions added by the fellows at Toyo Tire. The Ram Rebel pickup will be exclusively fitted with the brand’s best-selling product – the Toyo Open Country Pack A/T II package. The good news here is that the pack does not include new rubbers only, but it also features some cool tweaks for the interior.

2016 Ford Explorer to be Built in Chicago Assembly Plant

2016 Ford Explorer has been welcomed at the Chicago Assembly Plant. The significantly updated vehicle will be built in the factory and from there distributed in more than 100 markets outside the United States. As a matter of fact, the same plant exported more than 54 000 Ford Explorers last year with customers in Canada and Mexico as the largest consumers.

The Explorer was initially launched 25 years ago in 1990. For these years Ford has sold more than 7 million examples of the model, which makes it the best-selling SUV in America. Now, the 2016 Ford Explorer has been significantly updated and features a lot of new features in comparison to the previous model year.

In addition, the sportier stance of the car is supported by the new 2.3-liter EcoBoost. This means more capability, because the four-cylinder unit is rated at 280 horsepower (2016 kW) at 5,500 rpm and 229 Nm (310 lb.-ft.) of maximum torque at 3,000 rpm. In addition, the Explorer is also fuel efficient despite the 280 horses. In comparison to the 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder it replaces, the new 2.3-liter EcoBoost has additional 40 horsepower and 40 lb.-ft. of torque to offer. This is estimated as an increase of 17 percent and 15 percent, respectively.

At last, the 2016 Ford Explorer Sport and Platinum editions will be driven by the 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 unit, generating more than 365 horsepower (268 kW) at 5,500 rpm and 474 Nm (350 lb.-ft.) of torque at 3,500 rpm. The engine is connected to the six-speed SelectShift as well.

The new Platinum series that was recently announced and it is fitted with a lot of extra equipment and it will go on sale later this summer. 1970 Porsche 914/6

1970 Porsche 914/6 was created in collaboration with Volkswagen more than 45 years ago. It came as a substitution of the VW Karman Ghia. BMW 640i M Performance Coupe Revealed in Japan

2015 BMW 640i M Performance Edition Coupe will be entirely distributed in Japan and this fact makes us very sad. The Bavarian company has just introduced the Alpine White car and we immediately fell in love. I assume that the same thing will happen with you too. The car looks great not only because of its exclusive paint scheme, but because of the black accents and purposeful stance. Making it even more attractive is the fact that it will be strictly limited edition, with production of only ten units.

BMW 640i M Performance Exterior

As mentioned, the Alpine White is the chosen color for the exterior paint scheme. The outer looks of the car are further strengthened by the “M Sport Package”, which adds black accents on the form of 20-inch liquid black M-light alloy wheels with V-spoke design, carbon mirror covers and black kidney grille.

The sporty character of the front fascia of the car is additionally emphasized via new LED headlights. They will provide excellent visibility even in the bad weather and during the night or day. The good fact is that they come as standard equipment for this special edition.

M sport Package also adds front apron, side and rear skirts. There is also black-side window frame molding with glossy finish. The brake calipers behind the wheels have been painted in black, while at the back, the dual exhaust tail pipe features dark chrome treatment.

2016 Elio P5 Will Come With Better Design And Even Better Engine

Elio Motors announced, that it begun work on the fifth generation of the well-known prototype vehicle, which is expected to follow the successful formula of its predecessor. The so called P5 model will include the recently unveiled 0.9-Liter, 3-cylinder engine and a manual transmission.

The brand plans to launch the machine in mid 2016, which will produce up to 84 mpg. Sweet. Furthermore, the P5 will include a supplier summit, which is a special supply chain management technology, that provides opportunity for company’s suppliers to get together and discuss different aspects of the design, performance and the process of making.

In fact, along with the revised style and upgraded aerodynamics, the vehicle will also include heavily revised engine and transmission systems. McLaren 570S Coupe is Making Dynamic Debut at Goodwood

McLaren 570S Coupe and two other McLaren models are going to make first appearance together at the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed. The McLaren 570S Coupe will not only lead the charge at the show but also will make a world dynamic debut. It will join the Supercar Run. Accompanying it will be the P1 GTR and 650S Le Mans. The last to models has a strictly limited production and one can actually rarely see them in public.

This simple fact actually says a lot: it will be the first time when McLaren will preview those models together. Those three cars actually come from a recently announced product line-up: Sports Series, Super Series and Ultimate Series.

McLaren 570S Coupe

McLaren 570S Coupe was revealed at the New York International Auto Show in the beginning of the year. Now it is time for the supercar to make its dynamic debut at the Goodwood Hill. The sports vehicle is powered by 3.8-litre twin turbo V8 engine, which generates 570PS (562bhp), which makes it the most potent model in the recently launched Sports Series.

First customer deliveries of this particular model are expected to start later this year. The car can be also seen on the stage at McLaren House at Goodwood, so if you happen to be there, go and see it.

McLaren 650S Le Mans

McLaren 650S Le Mans is a very special vehicle, carrying a code-name ‘XP1’. The car is actually a result of an experiment, which ended up in the creation of this prototype. It was built by the experts at McLaren Special Operations (MSO), who have worked closely with McLaren F1 designer Peter Stevens.

The vehicle was created with the aim to pay homage to the 20th anniversary of the famous endurance race victory. For this reason it will be produced in a strictly limited run of 50 units only. In fact, these are already sold out.

XP1 has a charming exterior look thanks to the Sarthe Grey paint scheme, which was inspired by the colour of the race-winning McLaren F1 GTR. It features contrasting McLaren Orange highlights, styling enhancements from the 1995 race-winner, and fully-integrated roof-mounted ‘snorkel’ air intake. In addition, its wing louvres are designed to minimize the pressure over the front wheels.

McLaren P1 GTR

McLaren P1 GTR is the third vehicle which will race next to the 650S Le Mans and 570S Coupe in the Supercar Run. As a matter of fact, this model will also make a dynamic debut at the event. This super-car is super-powerful, because it is driven by a 1,000PS (986 bhp) powerplant.

McLaren 650S GT3

Audi A6 TDI Attempting Guinness World Record

Audi A6 TDI ultra, which has a fuel consumption of more than 67 mpg, is attempting to make a Guinness World Record. The prestigious title will be given to the car if it achieves the goal of driving to the most countries on a single tank of fuel. The project is being conducted with Audi’s collaboration with RAC. This is an organization that is banking on the Audi ultra concept and the innovations in lightweight construction, engineering and driver assistance technology.

Behind the steering wheel will be motoring journalist Andrew Frankel and racing driver/TV presenter Rebecca Jackson, who will bring their driving skills and experience in the pursuit of the title.

Audi A6’s journey starts from Netherlands today. It is going to proceed to Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Austria, Germany and Italy and it will probably end up somewhere in the Balkans. To achieve the record, Audi will utilize the 67mpg-plus A6 2.0 TDI ultra model, which is expected to cover more than 1,000 miles on a single tank of fuel.

Audi also disclosed that the route has been carefully planned so that the car could avoid some fuel-demanding road situations, like congested towns and cities, motorways and mountainous regions.

Both drivers, Andrew and Rebecca will drive all of the time and will utilize their know-how of every technique that results in using as little fuel as possible. The ultimate aim is to maximize their all-important miles-per-gallon figure.

Why Audi A6 TDI?

RAC has chosen the Audi A6 TDI ultra because of its fantastic fuel economy and large 73-litre tank. Another reason is that the A6 also does not compromise on space or comfortability, or equipment features. In return it even delivers excellent fuel economy and low CO2 emissions. As a matter of fact, the latter are rated at 109g/km.

The A6 attempting the Guinness World Record is distinguished by a special body wrap. Besides this, there is nothing that differentiates the car from any other A6 ultra. If the Audi A6 TDI achieves its goal, than it would have covered 1,000 miles on a single fill-up costing as little as £88/€123.

Currently, the Audi A6 TDI ultra is available as a Saloon or Avant variant. Each can be equipped with either manual or S tronic twin-clutch transmissions. The most recent entrant is the ultra line-up is the A3 1.6 TDI ultra, delivering 80.3mpg and CO2 emissions of just 89g/km.
