Mercedes Has Just Teased the Newest SL Debuting at L.A. Auto Show

Mercedes-Benz SL teaser Mercedes-Benz has just released the first teaser picture of their latest SL from the model year 2017. The result: the world went mad! Of course, this has happened on their social media pages, so the feedback was really good. The company released a dimmed photo of the front of the SL and a few words, saying that this is the new appearance of the automotive icon.

As we can see and as Mercedes-Benz said, the SL has a brand new front view (a highlighted variant of the image is featured below), including one of the most beautiful additions in company’s design philosophy, namely the diamond grille. The last official words were that the car would have its world premiere at the L.A. Autoshow.

But what we do we actually see except for the diamond grille? First, the redesigned hood, which features simpler lines and smoother forms. Next are the redesigned headlights, which look a little bit smaller. And have you spotted the front bumper? The difference from the ongoing SL is that this one actually includes four inlets.

There must be even more updates featured on the newest SL, but unfortunately there is no official information regarding this matter. However, we don’t have to worry about anything else, since the L.A. Auto Show will start in a week, on 17^th of November. So we just have to be patient to get the whole picture.

Mazda Releases Range Topping Sport Recaro Limited Edition

Mazda MX-5 Sport Recaro Limited Edition Front View Mazda has just released a range topping MX-5 Sport Recaro Limited Edition. The model is based on the Sport Nav trim, equipped with the 2.0-litre 160PS engine. The Sport Recaro will be limited to just 600 cars, which will have the advantage of additional exclusivity and sporty styling enhancements.

2016 Nissan Navara Comes With a Rather Overconfident Promise

2016 Nissan NP300 Navara is believed to become world’s most comfortable standard mass production pickup truck. Or at least Nissan team is confident enough to make such a statement. But let’s presume it eventually will happen.

The achievement is made possible thanks to a standing brief to Nissan’s engineers and designers during the development phase: deliver a vehicle that can offer the same levels of comfort and pleasure as Nissan’s class-leading crossover vehicles.

So, what will we get? A fresh lightweight multi-link system that gives (or it is expected to give) superior ride quality. Including payload ratings, towing capacity, durability and flexibility. Oh, yeah. And let’s not forget the off-road performance.

The latest Navara model will be with 20kg lighter than its predecessor and will benefit from redesigned suspension and improved class-leading fuel efficiency. Meet the One and Only McLaren 650S Spider Al Sahara 79 by MSO

This is McLaren 650S Spider Al Sahara 79 by MSO and it is unique. Since there is no doubt about that let me tell you more. The car has debuted today at the Dubai International Motor Show as an exclusive to Middle East MSO project. The special model was accompanied by the 570S Coupé and a custom McLaren P1 at the event.

Why 650S Spider Al Sahara 79 is One-Off?

First, it has been developed by McLaren Special Operations. If you don’t know already, this is McLaren’s division responsible for bespoke craftsmanship. Secondly, the car will be available exclusively for Middle East customers. Third, it is dressed in a uniquely formulated paint scheme and carries bespoke specification.

‘Al Sahara’, which literally means ‘desert’ in Arabic, was the inspiration for the pearlescent white gold paintwork of the car. The paint finish includes a subtle shimmer, inspired by the golden sands. And exactly this shimmer has been achieved through the addition of 24 carat gold particles. By the way, the precious metal has an atomic number of 79. Now you get the whole picture, don’t you?

Except for the one-off paint scheme, other really cool exterior features here are the retractable hard top and the gloss black lightweight forged alloy wheels. In addition, carbon fibre has been used for the side intakes, front splitter and rear diffuser as well as the MSO-branded Side Blades.

Inside, the cabin is wrapped in black and Almond White leather upholstery contrasted with the appropriate stitching. The Al Sahara 79 paint scheme can be seen on the steering wheel, centre console and door panels as well as around the heating and ventilation controls. Now this rather impressive car is set to debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The event will take place between 17^th and 29^th of November, and it is opened for public from 20^thof November.

Impreza Sedan Concept is an instance of how the brand envisions its future. It is not only an example of the next generation Impreza, but of the future design of the vehicles. Although it is a concept, the car seems as functional as we expect it to be. In addition, from the official teaser image above it is visible that it is full of aerodynamics.

Since we have seen it in Tokyo, we must highlight that this car inevitably blends form and function. Unlike the car shown in Japan, this one will rather be painted in red. The teaser also displays the low stance that is an innate quality of the brand. The clean lines of the design of the car extend from the front wheel arch to the rear shoulders, enhancing the sporty silhouette of the concept.

Whether there will be any other differences than the exterior color, we can’t be sure. So, let’s wait a little longer and see what exactly appears in the city of angels. And by the way, the Impreza Sedan Concept will be revealed at the press briefing scheduled for 2:35 PM PST on November 18, followed by a speech by the president and CEO of Suzuki. Kia Releases More Details for the 2016 Optima Hybrid Model

2016 Kia Optima Hybrid continues what has started back with the 2015 model: high quality vehicle with distinctive design, premium features and sweet quality to price ratio. And now the 2016 model comes with further improved fuel efficiency system via the restyled fuel-sipping hybrid engine.

The sweetie is available in two neatly done trim levels: Hybrid and Hybrid EX. Renault Twingo Is Now Geared With the EDC Gearbox

2015 Renault Twingo Renault’s latest and greatest Efficient Dual Clutch transmission, the EDC was geared and introduced on the urban runaround Twingo. The well-known city vehicle will now include the popular TCe90 engine, along with the innovative gearbox. This means that customers will now have countless more benefits.

The EDC is an automatic dual dry clutch gearbox that dispenses with the need for a clutch pedal. The gearshift control is now a part of the “P-R-N-D” type, in addition with “up/down” shift mode. The perfect gear is selected via electronic control unit and the shifts themselves are both automatic and smooth.

The introduction of such a transmission means that driver and passengers will enjoy a pleasant and comfortable ride, as long it is part of the drivetrain system.
