Porsche Cayenne CLR 550 GT by Lumma Design
One of the latest projects of Lumma Design is CLR 550 GT – based on brand-new Porsche Cayenne.The body kit from Lumma includes a new front spoiler, sporty bonnet, side skirts, customized openings in the door fixtures, wider wheelhouse, rear spoiler with carbon diffuser.
The front spoiler has a deep drawn cup spoiler sword and additional carbon applications. It also features LED daytime running lights, which are a furore among all new cars and nice small fog lights.
The bonnet is made from carbon and Kevlar for maximum strength and lower weight.
The wing extensions improve aerodynamics, along with the side skirts, which give airflow to the rear brakes. Customized openings in the door fixtures provide additional cooling. The wider wheelhouse of the front and rear wheels completes the exterior.
The sports SUV stands on 11Jx23” wheels with high performance tires.
The rear spoiler and its carbon diffuser cover the three stainless steel tailpipes.
Price list for the tuning package is not announced, yet.

Renault Megane GT and GT Line
Renault Megane GT and GT Line have been recently unveiled at the Geneva Motorshow in March. These two sport versions are available across all of the Megane models – Hatchback, Coupe, Sport Tourer and Coupe-Cabriolet. The sales will start in June 2010.GT Line is an option package for Megane Dynamique versions. They include specific chassis and are powered by economical and ecological engines.
The sportier GT pack is available with the 2.0Tce 180hp and 2.0 dCi 160hp power units. It features sporty exterior and interior details and finely-tuned chassis.
Renault Twingo, Clio and Laguna already have GT versions and the success in Europe is huge – more than 10 000 cars have been sold. (more…)

Mazda3 5-door hatchback with first-class fuel economy
The diesel engine in Mazda3 is 1.6 liter with 109ps, which emits only 119g/km CO2 . A 5-door hatchback with TS2 trim level will cost you only £17 355 on-the-road.There are 1 097 units sold in the first quarter of 2010 in UK. Compared to the Q1 2009, this is above than 100 cars more.

Peugeot 5008 won Car of the Year 2010
Peugeot grabbed several 1st places from Diesel Car Magazine awards 2010 by winning Car of the Year for 2010, Best MPV, Sports car of the year and Best Crossover.More than 275 cars have been put through different tests to choose the winners in ten categories. There are three new categories – Best Crossover, Best Sports Car and Best Eco Car.
Peugeot 5008 won two awards – Best MPV and Overall Winner. The car is Compact MPV with 7 seats, which brings new high levels of quality, versatility and innovation to the sector.

Manhart refines BMW M3 Coupe
BMW E92 M3 is originally powered by a monstrous naturally aspirated 4.0 liter V8 delivering 420hp. Obviously that is not enough to compete against mighty Porsche 997 Turbo.The Manhart M3 Coupe is powered the powerful V10, which originally is developed by BMW AG for M5 and M6 cars. On the top of this, after a slight tuning the 5.0 liter develops 550 hp and the Coupe becomes not only more powerful than Porsche Turbo, but also by its larger brother, the GT2 with 530 hp.
All power of Manhart M3C is put on the road through the 7-speed SMG transmission and the differential with up to 100 percent lock, which are taken directly from M5.
The curb weight of M3C is only 1550kg and with all that power, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and the top speed is a staggering 344 km/h ( almost 214 mph). This car is second after the fastest G-Power M6 Hurricane CS, which achieved 370 km/h.
The suspension comes from Manhart Racing and includes Bilstein PSS10-Coilovers in combination with the classically beautiful BBS Challenge R-wheels in dimensions 9Jx20” ET20 with 245/30 ZR20 at the front and 10.5Jx20” ET20 with 295/25 ZR20 at the rear.
M3 E92 received new front and rear spoiler, a diffuser, a roof spoiler, a Front sheet cover and an air collector. Of course, everything is made from Carbon for maximum strength and weight reduction.
The car is as exclusive inside as it is outside. Performance heated seats and steering wheel, carbon fiber trim and a lot of Alcantara and leather.
