GM and Koenigsegg Sign Stock Purchase Agreement for the Sale of Saab
General Motors Co. today confirmed it has signed a stock purchase agreement with Koenigsegg Group AB regarding the sale of 100% of the shares of Saab Automobile AB. World Driving Debut for the Fisker Karma PHEV
The Fisker Karma PHEV just made its public driving debut over the weekend, 19 months after being introduced as a concept.
