  • Unichip performance package for VW 2.0 litre TDi 140 [+19BHP and +33Nm]

    Unichip now offers latest U-Connect plug and play Uni-Q ECU device, which boosts the 2.0-litre TDi with 140hp of Volkswagen to a maximum of 163bhp at 3300RPM.

    It covers the core popular VW models including the Golf, Jetta, Passat and Touran. Supplied preprogrammed with revised ECU settings designed to improve the performance of the 2.0-litre, 16-valve, turbodiesel powerplant, the Uni-Q piggy back ECU is designed as a DIY fitment via its plug and play ‘U-Connect’ wiring loom, allowing for easy fitment (or removal) in minutes.   • Limited Edition Infiniti Essence Sculpture – The model of luxury

    Infiniti has announced the production of a Limited Edition collector’s “Essence Sculpture”, which is inspired by by the stunning concept car, which was unveiled last year in celebration of the automaker’s 20th anniversary.

    The sculpture is made from solid resin, penned by the vehicle’s original Infiniti designer, and supervised by Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer, Shiro Nakamura, the beautiful ornaments will be restricted to 300 individually numbered units worldwide.

    Louis Vuitton has created for Infiniti a carrying case for the specimen number one of the Essence Sculpture. (more…)

  • 2011 Aston Martin Rapide Luxe – more than you expect

    Aston Martin Rapide is the most gorgeous high-end luxury sedan in the world. Still, it can be improved and the manufacturer actually done that.

    Now, there is Rapide Luxe, which was just unveiled by Aston Martin UK. It is a combination of highly desirable functional features, a greater choice of paint and leather finishes as standard, and unique features including bespoke accessories.

    The car can be ordered with 20″ 20-spoke alloys with polished finish, full grain leather interior with a choice of colors from the Fast Track or Contemporary ranges, and a luxury entertainment set for rear passengers. (more…)

  • 2011 Skoda Fabia vRS S2000 Special Edition – 1.4 TSI with 180HP

    Skoda has released a Special Edition of the hot hatchback – Fabia vRS. It is named IRC Skoda Fabia S2000 vRS Edition. The limited edition of the Fabia vRS uses a lot of design ideas from its rallying cousin, which has the same green color, as well as many white stripes on the roof, alloy wheels and stickers.

    This version will be limited to just 200 units. It is powered by 1.4TSI with 180HP (132 kW), which powers the standard vRS Fabia.

    The small hot hatchback accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.3 seconds and the top speed is 224 km/h ( 139 mph ). (more…)

  • Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet – first image

    Nissan has released a first image of Murano CrossCabriolet, which will have its world debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. It will start on the 17th of November, 2010.

    We can’t verify, if Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet will be a hard-top or a soft-top convertible, but it looks rather catchy.

    Further details about the car will be revealed later this year including the price list. It will go on sale early in 2011. (more…)

  • Opel Astra Sport Tourer refined by Irmscher

    Imrscher Opel Astra Sport Tourer is one of the latest projects of the tuning company. It boasts a front lip spoiler, a revised grille, aggressive side skirts, and a larger rear spoiler. The styling package also improves the downforce.

    The tuned Sport Tourer also has a suspension kit, which lowers the ride height by 30mm.

    Last, but not least, Imrscher Opel Astra Sport Tourer received a set of 18″ “Turbo Star” alloys and there is an option for 20″. (more…)

  • 2010 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – Results

    Sebastian Vettel is the new F1 world champion. He has 1st crossed the finish line in Abu Dhabi and won 25 points, which ensured his top position for this season.

    Vettel had even more luck, when his opponent for the title – Fernando Alonso was stuck on 7th place and won just 6 points. The main reason was Vitaly Petrov in a Renault and after the finish Alonso let his emotions as he gesticulated angrily at Russian Petrov after the chequered flag.

    Mark Webber finished just 8th and in the championship 3rd. (more…)

  • BMW Individual 7 Series – more luxury than you expect

    BMW released a special photo gallery thanks to piano manufacturer Steinway & Sons. It is named Individual 7-Series Composition.

    The Individual 7-Series is available in white or black, the Composition features a hand polished paint job with three layers clear coat, high-gloss Shadow Line trim, a gold coachline and 20″ alloys.

    The piano keys and the interior has a colour scheme that contrasts with the exterior – black models have a white interior and white models have a black interior, respectively. (more…)

  • Arden Jaguar AJ 22 – so sweet!

    Arden released their latest project – AJ 22, which is based on Jaguar XJ and features LED daytime running lights, hand-made stainless steel grille, Arden bonnet ornament, 21″ light alloy rims in the exclusive Sportline design and of course a performance package.

    The 5.0l compressor received Arden high-performance exhaust silencer system and Sport metal catalytic converters. An Ecu re-map is also available so the expected result is gaining up to 95hp and 120Nm of torque. (more…)

  • G-POWER M6 Hurricane RR – 800PS and 800Nm

    After the debut of the mighty M5 Hurricane RR, it is time for G-Power to release M6 Hurricane RR.

    Their latest project is powered by a twin-supercharged 5.0 liter V10 boosted to whopping 800PS ( 588 kW) and 800 Nm ( 590 lb-ft) of torque. This turns M6 Hurricane RR into the world’s fastest four-seat coupe.

    The acceleration is close to a jet fighter’s one – 0 to 100 km/h in 4.35 seconds, which is kind of “slow”, because of traction problems, but 0 to 200 km/h is in 9.5 seconds and the 300 km/h mark comes in 24.9 seconds. The car weighs a bit under 2 tons. (more…)

    Bentley Continental Flying Spur Series 51 was unveiled to showcase great advanced and intuitive touchscreen infotainment technology on all Continental Flying Spur and Supersports models.

    The enormous car is capable of doing 200 mph ( 322 km/h) and is the the most successful four-door Grand Tourer in Bentley’s history and among the best-selling ultra-luxury saloons in the world.

    It is powered by 6.0 litre twin-turbo W12 mated to a 6-speed ZF tiptronic automatic transmission. The monster under the hood delivers whopping 610PS at 6000RPM and 750Nm (553 lb-ft) (more…)

  • Toyota RAV4 EV Concept

    Toyota teased some pictures of the RAV4 EV Concept vehicle, which is going to debut at the LA Auto Show this month.

    The company didn’t share any details, except the obvious one – it is co-developed with Tesla as part of their $50 million dollar agreement.

    The project features Toyota RAV4 compact SUV with Tesla electric powertrain, which will be completely ECO-friendly with no harmful emissions. (more…)
