  • MINI Paceman Concept

    MINI will exhibit Paceman Concept at the North American International Auto Show. The vehicle is practically a Countryman coupe. It measures 4 110 millimetres in length, 1 789 millimetres in width and 1 541 millimetres in height. The sporty nature is very obvious with the extremely short overhangs.

    One of the most fascinating elements are the 19″ alloys. Paceman also boasts bold front fascia and a sloping roofline.

    The interior is very luxurious for a crossover – leather upholstery, a full-length center rail system, and fashion door panel trim. (more…)

  • Senner Tuning Audi RS5

    Audi RS5 received a tuning package from Senner tuning consisting of performance package, huge wheels, sports suspension and some exterior upgrades.

    The mighty 4.2 liter V8 FSI is boosted to 506PS (372 kW) and 478Nm (353 lb-ft). The result is achieved thanks to a valve-controlled stainless steel exhaust system and ajustments to the zero-pressure monitoring. 0 to 100 km/h is in 4.2 seconds. Top speed limiter is moved to 280 km/h and without it, the tuned RS5 will eventually do over 300 km/h. (more…)

  • Peugeot EX1 Concept – 1/4 mile in 12.6s

    Peugeot EX1 Concept set a new performance record for electric vehicle. The car managed to run 1/8 mile and 1/4 mile with 7.086 seconds and 12.675 seconds, respectively.

    EX1 sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.49 seconds and set a longitudinal acceleration of 1G over 39 m.

    All tests were made at the Chengdu military airport in the province of Sichuan, where the event took place. (more…)

  • Ken Block’s Ford Escort Mk2 – Testing footage from the Archive

    Ken Block and Monster Energy Drink have released a new video, which is taken directly from “the Archive”. The pilot drives Ford Escort Mk2, of course, sideways and at high speed through the woods.

    The car is 1978 Ford Escort Mk2 RS1800 powered by 2.0 liter engine with 270HP. It also features wider wheel arches and big headlights.

  • 2011 ABT Volkswagen Touareg

    The new Volswagen Touareg also received a tuning package from ABT Sportline.

    The exterior features a new grille, revised side skirts, rear apron and a massive roof spoiler. The vehicle also has a sport exhaust system and 22″ alloy wheels, other sizes are also available.

  • 2011 BMW 1 Series Coupe and Convertible facelift

    However, there will be a facelift versions for the 1 Series Coupe and Convertible. BMW has introduced both vehicle and published a lot pictures and some details about the cars.

    2011 BMW 1 Series features a new front bumper, redesigned wheels, and LEDs, of course.     APS has announced a tuning package for Volkswagen Golf VI R.

    The performance package consists of Milltek large bore turbo down pipe, high flow sports catalyst and various Milltek stainless steel sports exhaust systems.   • Lexus CT 200h – $29 120

    Lexus CT 200h is priced for USA and it will soon go on sale on the North American market. The hybrid’s price starts at $29 120 and goes up, depending on the optional extras, to $30 900. However, the price doesn’t include the delivery charges.

    The Premium Audio Package is priced at $1 125 and if you also want the backup camera, the same package is priced at $1 475. A full leather upholstery is priced at $1 330. A full SAT NAV system is priced at $2 445. (more…)

  • Anderson Germany Lamborghini Gallardo White Edition

    Lamborghini Gallardo in white? Yep, and it looks awesome. Lamborghini Gallardo White Edition is the latest project of the tuner Anderson Germany.

    The exterior features a matte white finish, an aerodynamic body kit consisting of a new front apron, side skirts, a rear diffuser and a rear wing. Gallardo White Edition also boasts a sport suspension for better performance and awesome stance, black 20″ wheels fitted with performance tires and last – tinted windows.

    You may expect that a pure sports car will be spartan inside, but it is rather comfy. The interior features Alcantara upholstery, white carbon fiber trim, and two-tone sport seats.

    Lamborghini Gallardo White Edition is powered by 5.2 liter V10, which has a revised ECU, a high-flow air filter, and a sport exhaust system. The upgrades result in total output of 600PS (441 kW), which is 40PS more than LP560.

    Price list is not announced, yet.

  • 2011 Vauxhall VXR8

    Vauxhall VXR8 hits the UK market. The car is performance sedan with RWD and enormous engine. It is based on the facelifted Holden HSV E3 GTS, which was recently launched in Australia.

    VXR8 is powered by 6.2 liter LS3 engine with 431PS (317 kW) and 550Nm (406 lb-ft) mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission, which sends all that power to the LSD at rear wheels. 0 to 60mph is in 4.9 seconds and the top speed is electronically limited to 155MPH (250 km/h) (more…)
