BMW M5 G-POWER HURRICANE RS Touring is powered by twin-supercharged V10 with 750PS (551 kW). It is built for one and only reason to be the fastest estate car on the planet and it did it – 360 km/h. This is enough to beat the existing record of 344.2 km/h set by MTM Audi RS6 R from 2009.

Juliani Automobili from Milan has introduced a new super car – Juliani Veela.
It is powered by a 6.2 liter direct-injected V8 with 520PS at 6300RPM mated to a 6-speed manual gerbox. The power is transmitted to the road throug a GT2 3.64 LSD (limited slip differential) at the rear wheels. For extreme performance, Veela features a launch control system. (more…)
TechArt has finally released a tuning package for Porsche Cayenne II Turbo. The tuning company offers both – performance and styling packages. Of course, the tuned SAV will be presented at the 2011 Geneva Motorshow.
TECHART power kit TA 058/T1 boosts the mighty twin-turbo V8 to the whopping 560PS (412 kW) and 780Nm (578 lb-ft), instead of factory’s 500PS and 700Nm. The new power reflects to the acceleration and top speed – 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, to 200 km/h in 15.8 seconds and Vmax – 287 km/h. (more…)
2011 Chevrolet Captiva will hit the UK market in May. The SUV will be offered with a choice between a FWD and an AWD system, 7-seats and a 2.2 VCDi engine. There will be three trim levels – LS, LT and LTZ. Both transmissions will be offered – manual and automatic.
2011 Chevrolet Captiva UK is priced at 21 995 GBP for the entry model and the price goes all the way up to 31 845 GBP for the top-of-range – 2.2 VCDi (184PS) AWD LTZ version. (more…)
2012 Mazda3 will be exhibited at the Canadian International Auto Show. However, the company has unveiled it ahead of its debut.
The facelift features restyled front and rear bumpers, new grille and new headlights. The new Mazda3 also comes with new models 16″ and 17″ alloys.
There is no data about the engine range, but Mazda will introduce a super-efficient SKYACTIV-G petrol engine and a SKYACTIV-Drive automatic transmission. (more…)
Ford has unveiled the new limited edition Fiesta Sport+, which is available exclusively in five European markets.
The small hot hatch is powered by 1.6 liter Duratec Ti-VCT with 134PS (99kW) and 160Nm (118 lb-ft). It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.7 seconds and hits a top speed of 195 km/h (121 mph).
Fiesta Sport+ will be available in the UK, but named S1600 and in Germany, it will receive the name Sport S. The car will be also on sale in Austria, Belgium and Switzerland. (more…)
Smart will reveal ForSpeed Concept at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, which will start in the beginning of March. Smart ForSpeed Concept is an electric powered roadster designed by Steffen Kohl, who commented:
“Look at the fullness of the car’s exterior surfaces. This is important and will be reflected in future production models”.
ForSpeed is powered by 30kW (40PS) electric motor mounted in the rear. The range is more than satisfying – 135 km (84 miles). (more…)
Wald International are ready with their tuning package for Lexus LS600h. The name of the project is Black Bison Edition.
This is the second model from Lexus, which Wald has tuned. The first on was 2010 Lexus LS460, which was introduced a year ago.

Lotus has released new Elise Club Racer Edition. The sports car weighs just 876 kg (1 930 lb), which is 24 kg less than the regular car. The result is achieved thanks a lightweight battery and the removal of noise insulation material.
The performance is also improved by adding a new Sport setting for the DPM system (Dynamic Performance Management) that works with the new sport suspension and adjustable anti-roll bar. (more…)

Honda has revealed the 2012 Civic just a month after unveiling the concept versions at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

Nissan will blow the rivals away with a supercharger and emissions of just 95g/km. The new DIG-S (Direct Injection Gasoline-Supercharger) engine features direct injection with a supercharger, so it is very high efficient.
The DIG-S is 1.2 liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine with 98PS (72 kW) and 95 or 115 g/km of CO2. It is mated to either manual or CVT version transmission. The top speed is 112 mph and the fuel economy reaches 68.9mpg. (more…)
