  • Lucra Teases New Roadsters With Long Hood And Short Deck

    California-based car builder Lucra became famous with its green and yellow LC470 model that starred in the Fast & Furious 6 movie. The brand has recently revealed its new project at its official Facebook page with several pictures, which we disclose here.

    Although the car still hasn’t got a name we are sure that it will deliver powerful performance and dynamic and fast ride. And as we can see from the revealed pictures it definitely has the aggressive visual stance.

    Just little information has been released around the car so far. For example it has been confirmed that the roadster will be equipped with the M156 Mercedes AMG 6.2-liter V8 engine, which we have seen in the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe. Thanks to this unit, the car delivers 457 horsepower (336 kW).

    We are also almost sure that the new Lucra vehicle will be lightweight thanks to brand’s spaceframe tubular chassis and carbon fibre bodywork. For instance, the LC470 is just under a tonne, which in 600 hp form gets very interesting power-to-weight ratio.

    The tuning program here is lightweight, functional, and improves the aesthetics of this Mercedes-Benz. The quality and craftsmanship done on this car are unquestionable.

    From the front spoiler to the rear diffuser, every component is specifically designed to enhance the performance of the car and in addition to give it a little bit more aggressive style.

    Mercedes-Benz-C63-AMG-Black-Series-by-Domanig-THUMBMercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series by Domanig is exquisite tuning creation by the talented designers and engineers from the German based tuning company Domanig Autodesign. Although the C63 AMG Black Series is almost perfect… almost. Exactly this word motivated the tuners to transform and enhance the emblematic Mercedes-Benz.

    In particular, they weren’t satisfied with the performance and look of the car. As a standard, the C63 is equipped with 6.3-liter V8 engine, which brings 517 hp (380 kW) on the road. The performance of the car however was boosted with the installation of a Domanig-header, sports catalyst and a modified engine control unit.

    The result is that the Mercedes now achieves 600 horsepower (441 kW). The top speed was also enhanced too the number of 320 km/h. In addition, the aerodynamical presence of the car benefit from the fact that the car is 25-30 mm nearer to the ground.

    In addition the Black Series was equipped with chrome parts painted in black-gloss paint or body color paint. The exhaust tailpipes for instance are with coating in the same color. The center console is also painted in body color.

    Domanig High Quality Wheels are the ext highlight here. The three-piece type wheels come in a shiny black-coating with a polished outer rim edge. The rims have the size of 10.5 x 20 inches at the front axle, and at the rear – 12 x 5 x 20 inches. For the tires, the choice is 265/30ZR20er and 305/25Z20er Dunlop Sport Maxx GT tires.

    The astonishing vehicle comes from the factory with the extra vigor 6.2-liters V8 power unit which renders 451 horsepower (332 kW).

    But thank to the amazing work of the professionals from the Vorsteiner, the stellar Mercedes C63 AMG now becomes even sharper and gets aggressive styling due to the great detailing.

    The new Vorsteiner’s program for the Mercedes Benz C63 AMG includes front add-on spoiler and front vent louver covers, both of which are Carbon Fiber. More Carbon Fiber can be found on the new front hood grill replacement, front fender grill cover and side skirt panels.

    Furthermore, the boot lid replacement with integrated spoiler wing element is again made with the utilization of the same material, as is the new rear vented diffuser element as well.

    This brilliant machine rides on new 19 or 20 inch aluminum forged wheels.

    Moreover the Vorsteiner team has gifted it with Stainless or Titanium Sport Exhaust system, thank to which it looks more appealing and offers more enjoyable ride.

    At last to be mentioned are the Vorsteiner’s custom embroidered floor mats and trunk mats with piping color options, which give the vehicle even more style and unique appearance.

    The new project developed from the tuners SR Auto Group is the astonishing SR Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG. It is all painted with matte black, thus making it look far greater and empowering. The color is one the best ones which any sport car can have today. This unique shade gives even sportier stance and when one sees its mate black body one will turn their head twice for sure!

    This project has been done with the collaboration of SR Auto Group with Inspired Autosport – well known tuners from Toronto. This is their latest joint project features – the brand new matte SR Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe, which by the way can speak for itself. A night shadow theme encompasses the exterior and allows the crimson red of the calipers to shine through the twenty inch Niche wheels.

  • Wimmer Mercedes C63 AMG – just BRUTAL!

    Mercedes C63 AMG is one of our favourite cars because of its brutality. The enormous 6.2 liter naturally aspirated V8 delivers 450hp at 6800RPM and 600Nm of torque. The monster goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and tops 320 km/h, if you are brave enough.

    However, Wimmer decided that this is not enough and they boosted the engine to the whopping 580hp and 690Nm of torque. The results are thanks to a K&N CAI, a re-mapped ECU, a custom exhaust system. The sports exhaust system consists of a new manifold with a down pipe, a sports catalyst and an optimized cat-back.
