  • Meet this Custom Carbon Lamborghini Huracan by VOS

VOS is an acronym which stands for Vision of Speed. This is the name of the German tuning company, which has just released a special project involving a Lambo Huracan. They have individualized the vehicle and as they said – made it more individual than ever. And of course all is achieved with the help of carbon parts.

To go directly into details, the conversion kit comprises only of carbon fiber elements: front lip, mirror caps and door handles. Well, the new in-house made door sills aren’t from this material but they have been also changed.

In addition, the ergonomic steering wheel is the first choice of substitution for the original one, while there are also facings in fine structure carbon for the original steering wheel. In terms of gearshift paddles, one can choose between new parts in full carbon or add-on parts in fine structure carbon.

The instrument cluster that is made by VOS is also made of the lightweight material. There are also carbon facings for the air inlets, upper frame for the center console in full carbon, lateral frames for the center console, gas cap in full carbon, VOS Performance rear wings and individual carbon plate as well as a facing for the rear diffuser bottom.

VOS is offering not one but two exhaust systems for the Huracan. The first one is in-house made, while the second is by Akrapovic. The ultimate car can also get BMC sports air filter. Adjustable rear wings are still to be added to the list of features as is the new wheel set for the fighting bull.

More details for this project to come soon!

At the rear, the package will add LP610 side skirts, rear diffuser, deck lid and rear spoiler, which are also made from the lightweight material. As a matter of fact, the rear spoiler allows adjustment in different position.

If the owner is lucky, he or she will also get the additional set of F1 flaps. They are positioned on the left and the right side of the full front lip and replace the side flaps. At last, the LP610 will be running on special alloy wheels, too. There are a lot of versions, which the company is considering, but they aren’t announced yet.

  • Vorsteiner Shows Custom Huracan Verona Edizione

Vorsteiner Lamborghini Huracan Verona Edizione Side and Back ViewLamborghini is a company that always excites us. Rarely there is a person in the world that doesn’t like something about the supercars it produces. Even more exciting is when we see a Lambo getting “dressed up” by a tuner known for the high-quality expertise. This is the case with the Huracan here, since it has been given a special touch by the professionals at Vorsteiner.

The most important fact about this tuning is that this Lambo received a new goose neck wing. It was made of aluminum and painted in a combination of matte silver and matte black. The tuners also added carbon fiber wing blade element and base wing, both in matte and gloss lacquer.

The here presented car is painted in Rosso Mars exterior paint color and sits on in-house made 20 and 21 inch matte black alloys (for the front and the rear respectively). Pirelli P Zero tires are also necessary to complement the new wheels and they come in the dimensions of 245/30/20 up front and 325/25/21 at the rear.

Since Vorsteiner is a company which puts an emphasis on the appearance, the car did not receive any engine treatment. This means that the production 5.2 liter V10 keeps the 610 hp (448 kW) and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque.

The engine is linked to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission and an all-wheel drive system. Of course, this will still allow it to cover the 0-100 km/h acceleration sprint in 3.2 seconds, and the 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds, running after a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).

  • GMG Racing Releases One-off Huracan [VIDEO]

GMG Lamborghini Huracan Side ViewGMG Racing is a South California based team which is experienced in the tuning of special European vehicles. Their last project features this awesome Lambo, which, as the tuner say, is a supercar that can be driven everyday. Although there aren’t big modifications here, but only subtle ones, we are sure that this car is worth reviewing, given that it really looks stunning.

First, the specialists began with Huracan’s exhaust. They have changed it with in-house made GMG Sport Exhaust, which actually boosts the power of the car with an additional 25 hp. What is more, it is made of lightweight materials, thus improving vehicle’s weight by 50 lbs. It has another benefit of improving the throttle response throughout the entire rev range.

Furthermore, GMG has muted the factory exhaust note to allow the GMG sport exhaust system deliver different sounds. There are actually three performance modes of the engine: Strada, Sport and Corsa.

Other cool features here are the ADV.1 wheels, measuring 20-inches at the front and 21-inches at the rear, the Pirelli P-Zero tires, Vorsteiner’s rear wing and the Novitec lowering spring. Oh, and have you noticed the matte black wrap, which actually makes the car so cool?

You can enjoy this project in the gallery below and don’t miss the video, which will help you get even more impressed by this custom Huracan.

  • Mansory Unleashes 838 HP Lamborghini Huracan

The tuners at Mansory have surprised us with a very special project. As they say, they have refined the Huracán to the highest level. Shortly before the official debut of the car in Geneva, the specialists gave us the first glimpse of the refining program for the Lambo model. The pictures clearly show that the vehicle has been widened and now has more purposeful stance.

The bodywork program differs significantly from the standard series vehicle. There are design elements such as the exclusive daytime driving lights and carbon wing mirrors. The new front, rear bumper and side skirts have all been shaped and cured under high pressure and high temperatures in an autoclave using high-tech carbon materials.

This method provides better acceleration, stopping distances and fuel consumption. Furthermore, in combination with the diffuser, the wing profile design delivers more downforce on the rear axle.

Moreover, Mansory has also implemented a power program for this Lamborghini. The upgrades include a high-performance exhaust manifold and muffler, a single Turbo, a new fuel pressure control, new intake manifold fuel injectors and optimised electronic engine and transmission management.

The result is impressive: the total output is now 838 hp (625 kW) at 8,200 rpm compared to the production 602 hp (449 kW) at 8,250 rpm.

The torque has become also bigger, growing from 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) at 6,500 to 780 Nm (576 lb-ft) at 5,300 rpm. The maximum speed has been also modified and it is now 330 km/h. This power kit allows the Huracán to sprint from zero to 100 in just 2.9 seconds.

Distinctive alloy wheels are the next thing to be said about this project. The front wheel tire size combination 9×20 inches and 245/30ZR20, while the rear – 12,5×21 inches and 325/25ZR21.

The interior is adorned by new leather seats and dashboard. For the perfect design they have been finished with contrasting stitching. Newly designed airbag sports steering wheel, pedals made of aluminium and carbon fiber elements complete this tuning project.

  • DMC Lamborghini Huracan is Already TUV-approved

Safety, high-quality and class have always been among the top priorities for DMC. Always showing the best of their skills, the tuning experts know what’s missing in the style of a certain automobile and, therefore, manage to add it. Thanks to the excellent craftsmanship of the luxury tuner, different Lamborghini models and other sport cars have received some of the best enhancement packages ever.

Now, the TUV in Germany has tested DMC’s carbon fiber and stated that it is not only safe and reliable but “extremely strong” as well. Thirty samples from DMC were received and were set to undergo quality, integrity and strength tests. But why is this so important?

In order to explain the significance of this matter, let’s take DMC Lamborghini Huracan as an example. Its rear wing arrives with another base spoiler under it but if you wanted to install any after-market wing on the regular Huracan base spoiler, there is a huge chance it might be ripped off when driving at high speeds. And you really wouldn’t like this to happen, right? Since the material of the original part is fragile and too light, an additional wing on top would turn into a disaster. BUT! The team of professional at DMC didn’t simply model their base spoiler after the original. What they also did was tweaking it so it could be stronger and more reliable on the inside.

The refined interior design of this Lamborghini Huracan features Italian fine leathers and carbon fiber components. There are also a lot of buttons and trims that come as a small package and to make things even more interesting. The already redesigned steering wheel can be reworked once again for the VIP package.

Future owners, enthusiasts and fans can see the DMC Huravan in its TUV approved splendor during Geneva Motor Show. There, the tuning company will also present their new rims which come in a 20″/21″ setup. They are considered to be the widest sets in the market so far.

  • Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 – 0-300 km/h [video]

Usually, the real life performance data of the cars and officially stated by the manufacturers are slightly different. In many cases, the official numbers are very optimistic, but in several months we notice other case. For example, the new BMW M3 and M4 are announced with 431HP (317 kW), but on dyno run, the engine developed whopping 480HP (353 kW).

Still, there is no official dynorun for our new favorite supercar – 2014 Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4, but here are some real life performance data:

    • 0-100 km/h — 3.3 seconds
    • 0-200 km/h — 9.6 seconds
    • 0-300 km/h — 22 seconds
    • 1/4 mile — 11.0 seconds
    • 1 km — 20.0 seconds

    Officially, the Huracan LP610-4 is powered by a 5.2 liter V10 – 610HP (448 kW) and 560Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque. 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h (202 mph).

As we can see, the 0-100 km/h time is pretty accurate, but the car appears to be a lot faster to 200 km/h than stated. Of course, this can only make happy petrol heads and potential Huracan owners.

    Enjoy!
