    Mercedes will introduce a unique SLS AMG at the 2010 Australian International Motor Show.

    This Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is the first car, which is finished in designo magno Night Black paint and red accents, which makes it a desirable collector’s item. It looks rather stunning and aggressive.

  • 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS make its official debut in Paris

    The new CLS is officially unveiled at the Paris Motor Show. The car looks completely different from the previous model and according to our opinion, it is much uglier. The old Mercedes CLS had its own unique style, which is lost with the new one.

    2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS features flared wheel arches, a sloping roofline, and optional LED headlights. The interior includes leather upholstery, wood trim, and bright metal accents. Nothing special and that is what dissapointed us. (more…)

  • SLS AMG GT3 Gullwing on the Nurburgring “Nordschleife”

    Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 made its official track debut the past weekend, on the four-hour race for the VLN Nurburgring endurance championship. This event is a part of the development and testing program of the SLS AMG GT3, which have been started in June 2010.

    The test pilots were Bernd Scheinder (five DTM titles, one ITC championship and one FIA GT championship) and Thomas Jager (reigning Porsche Carrera Cup champion).

    The car is powered by the famous 6.2 liter naturally aspirated V8 mated with a six-speed racing transmission with sequential gear-changes. (more…)

  • 2010 Mercedes-Benz A-Class E-Cell

    Mercedes-Benz introduces the next electric car built in series-production conditions – A-class E-CELL, which follows B-Class F-CELL.

    A-Class E-CELL is a five-seater with battery-powered electric drive featuring large interior space and luggage compartment for maximum versatility. The batteries are stored in superb-protected and space-saving way in the vehicle’s underbase.

    The estimated range is of A-Class E-CELL is 124 miles. The emission-free electric drive delivers maximum output of 95hp and 290Nm of torque. (more…)

  • VATH refined Mercedes Benz C 250 CGI

    Mercedes Benz C250 CGI is a typical compact executive with 204PS engine, but after the intervention of VATH it becomes an aggressive and powerful car.

    The tuning company offers a new performance package for just €1 200, which boosts the engine to 255PS and 370Nm of torque. Furthermore, you can order a charged air cooler for €1 118.60 and a sport exhaust system €2 011.10, so the overall power becomes 270PS. There is no data about the acceleration, but the top speed is 260km/h.

    The exterior goodies are: a carbon fiber hood for “just” €4 641, a carbon fiber front spoiler lip costing €1 416.10, (more…)

    Inden Design developed whole package for Mercedes-Benz SL 63 AMG R230 facelift. The upgrades feature performance package, complete body kit, set of unique wheels and improved suspension.

    The prices are as stunning as the car itself. You can start with the body kit, which includes a new front bumper with spoiler, ventilated hood and fenders, side skirts, rear apron, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler – €19 900.

    Only the carbon fiber hood costs €3 500 on top and the same material can be used on the rear diffuser for an added €800. (more…)

  • Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG – The ultimate high-performance saloon

    The newest powertrain of AMG features 5.5 liter V8 biturbo engine and SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed gearbox. The powerunit is mounted on all AMG 63 models.

    The maximum output power in the new S 63 AMG is 571hp (420kW) and 900Nm of torque. The power is transmitted to the road through AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports gearbox, which contributes towards a considerable reduction in fuel consumption and harmful emissions. (more…)

    The engine under the bonnet is entirely new 5.5 litre V8 Biturbo developing 571hp and 900Nm of torque. The mighty engine is mated with the unique AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports automatic gearbox.   • 2015 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG E-CELL – Zero Emission hypercar

    2015 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG E-CELLSLS AMG E-CELL is a state-of-the-art super sports car featuring zero-emission high-tech drive and boasting 535hp and 880Nm of torque. The gullwing with electric drive is part of the “AMG Performance 2015” programme aiming to improve fuel consumption and lower emissions. The four compact electric motors each achieve 12 000 rpm and are positioned near to the wheels. As a result, compared with wheel-hub motors the unsprung masses are substantially reduced. One transmission per axle transmits the power.

  • 2011 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class combines latest technologies with superior comfort

    The new Mercedes-Benz CL-Class comes with entirely re-designed V8 biturbo engine of the CL 500 BlueEFFICIENCY model delivering 435hp and returning the incredible 29.7mpg. Its NEDC figures show savings of up to 23 per cent over its predecessor model, CO2 emissions having dropped from 288 g/km to only 224.

    Mercedes-Benz UK now offers a new model of C-Class – DR 520 , which has more power, better performance and equipment than the originals. It is limited to just 20 units, which will be available and sold exclusively through the company’s Specialist Products division at Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands, Surrey.

    The limited edition C-class DR520 is based on the high-performance C 63 AMG, but the powerful 6.2 liter naturally aspirated V8 engine now produce 520Hp and 650Nm (60hp and 50Nm more than the standard C63 AMG). (more…)
