ABT Audi AS4 Avant 3.0 TFSI – 380HP and 500Nm

ABT Sportsline has presented their latest project based on the 2013 Audi A4 3.0 TFSI. The name of the project is AS4 and the family touring car comes with both – styling and performance modifications.

The 3.0 liter turbocharged V6 has 380HP (279 kW) and 500Nm (370 lb-ft) of torque, which is an increase of whopping 108HP and 100Nm. There is no acceleration data, but with all that power, the AS4 will accelerate 0-100 km/h in around 5.5 seconds and the top speed is no less than 250 km/h (155 mph).

ABT Audi AS4 comes with complete aerodynamics package including a new front spoiler, fender inserts and side skirts. There is also a rear spoiler, rear skirt and 4-pipe exhaust system.

The stance is improved thanks to a set of ABT heigh-adjustable coilovers. The new suspension is a combination of maximum comfort with optimum handling.

Sets of different wheels are also available – ER-C, CR and DR – available in 19” or 20” sizes.

ABT 2013 Volkswagen Golf VII GTD – 210HP and 430Nm

ABT has announced their tuning package for the 2013 Volkswagen Golf VII GTD. The tuning company turns the highly-efficient diesel into a hot hatchback.

ABT Sportsline wants to underscore the dynamic look of the Golf GTD and has equipped it, like its predecessors, with Bavarian extras: customised aerodynamic elements are just as much part of it as is a powerful and dependable uprating.

The aerodynamics package includes a new front spoiler, front grille, a pair of modified side skirts and trunk lid spoiler. There are also headlight covers and mirror covers. Last, but not least are the four-pipe exhaust and rear skirt insert.

The 2.0 liter turbocharged diesel is boosted to 210HP (155 kW) and 430Nm (319 lb-ft), which is an increase of 26HP and 50Nm.

ABT also offers different sets of ER-C or DR 18” and 19” alloy wheels fitted with proper tires.

ABT Audi R8 V10 – 600HP and 550Nm

ABT Sportsline has announced their latest project based on 2014 Audi R8 V10. The super sports car boasts both styling and performance modifications.

The exterior comes with a new front spoiler and modified grille, a pair of new side skirts, a bigger rear wing and a rear skirt. There is also a custom sports exhaust system made from stainless steel and a set of new 19” alloy wheels fitted with 235/35 R19 front and 305/30 R19 rear performance tires.

The 5.2 liter FSI V10 is boosted to 600HP (441 kW) and 550Nm (405 lb-ft) of torque, which is an increase of 75HP and 10Nm of torque. 0-100 km/h in just 3.5 seocnds and a top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph).

Other performance upgrades include a new suspension including coilovers resulting in perfect handling and nice stance.

“The athletic sportiness cannot only be felt: this power and dynamism are also reflected in the car’s looks,” commented Hans-Jürgen Abt, the Bavarian tuning company’s CEO.

ABT Volkswagen Tiguan – 260HP

ABT Sportsline has announced their latest project based on Volkswagen Tiguan. The tuned SUV comes with styling and performance upgrades.

“This SUV embodies fun and adventures and is thus fully in line with our portfolio”, commented Hans-Jurgen Abt, CEO of the globally largest tuner of cars produced by the Volkswagen Group.

The exterior boasts a new front grille, door strip attachments, rear spoiler and a rear skirt set including a quad-pipe exhaust system. There are different sets of wheels from 18” to 20” fitted with performance tires. ABT also offers lowering spring sets and wheel spacers.

The interior features new floor mats as well as cargo mat.

The 2.0 liter TDI with 170HP (125 kW) is boosted to 195HP (143 kW), while the 140HP version can deliver 170HP (125 kW). The variant with 110HP (81 kW) can be pumped up to 140HP (103 kW).

The petrol range including 2.0 liter TSI and 1.4 TSI has a lot more power. The mighty TSI can be boosted to 230HP (169 kW) or 260HP (191 kW) and the 1.4 liter TSI can be upgraded to 160HP (118 kW), 180HP (132 kW) or max of 210HP (154 kW).

The Tiguan is a member of the ABT Sportsline SUV family, and as with the Touareg and the Q3, Q5 and Q7 drivers will get a very sporty and versatile automobile.

ABT with 1,860 HP at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show

ABT Sportsline will take four new models at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The tuning specialists will exhibit: ABT Golf VII, ABT R8 GTR, ABT RS5 and ABT RS6. The combined power of all these vehicles is more than 1860HP.

The 7^th generation Golf boasts a set of 19” alloy wheels fitted with 225/35 R19 tires, a quad exhaust setup, along with a custom sports suspension and several styling changes such as a rear diffuser, side skirts and splitter.

There are performance packages for the 1.4 TSI and 2.0 TDI boosted to 160HP (118 kW) and 170HP (125 kW), respectively.

ABT Audi R8 GTR has 620HP (456 kW), which is 20% more than the factory’s power of 525HP (386 kW). 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and Vmax – 320 km/h.

The 5.2 liter V10 received a number of upgrades, which the tuning company keep in secret. However, the car is fully compatible for everyday use and is real fun for cruising on country roads. There is also a sport exhaust system to “calm” down your ears.

The sports car rolls enormous 20” ABT BR alloys or 19” CR Superlight rims.

The ABT RS5-R as also been developed with a focus upon weight optimisation and distribution. The car shows that it is indeed possible to combine roadworthiness with the characteristics of a real racer. The same applies for the ABT RS6, which is boosted to 600HP (441 kW).

ABT 2012 Audi A5 Sportback – Stylish, Sporty and Fast

ABT Sportsline has presented their latest project based on the facelift version of Audi A5 Sportback. The “Sportback” is characterised by an unobtrusively elegant body that makes it really stand out. It gets both styling and performance modifications.

The exterior received an aerodynamics package including a new front lip spoiler and a rear diffuser. There is also a sports exhaust system, big brake kit and two suspensions -25 mm or whopping -50 mm from the ride height. The car rolls Sporty CR or DR alloy wheels, available in 19” or 20”.

The engine range gets significant power upgrades. The 1.8 liter TFSI is boosted to 211HP (155 kW) and 370Nm (273 lb-ft) of torque. The more powerful 2.0 liter TFSI now can deliver 270HP (199 kW) and 400Nm (295 lb-ft) and the 3.0 liter TFSI have massive power of 380HP (279 kW) and 500Nm (369 lb-ft).

The diesel variants can be boosted, too. The 2.0 liter TDI can be upgraded to produce 205HP (151 kW) and 420Nm (310 lb-ft). The 3.0 liter TDI is able to have 300HP (221 kW) and 570Nm (420 lb-ft).

There is no doubt, that Abt created impressive A5 Sportback.

ABT 2012 Audi RS4 – 450HP

ABT has introduced their tuning version of Audi RS4. The car comes only with styling changes, but still is has 450HP under the hood. The only performance modification is the removing the factory speed limiter. The ABT RS4 now reaches a top speed of almost 290 km/h.

The exterior boasts a set of ABT DR alloy wheels – 9J x 20” fitted with performance tires. They are finished in cool gun metal finish and the spokes arranged like a turbine blade. The make the appearance even more aggressive, ABT also installs on the sports Audi 25mm wheel spacers on each side.

The impressive sound of the 4.2 liter V8 is boosted by optional stainless-steel exhaust system. From the catalytic converter, ABT Sportsline replaces the system with optimised components. It goes without saying that the Bavarians also offer a TÜV approval for this “brass instrument”.

Finally, ABT puts a special boot mat and the matching set of floor mats.

ABT Volkswagen T5 Multivan Awarded For Best Tuning

2012 ABT Volkswagen T5 Multivan has just recived one of the most prestigious awards. It got accolades in the “Vans/Station Wagons Tuning”-category in the famous „Auto Bild Sportscars“-competition. This makes it the second year in a row that the tuners from ABT Team got the price.

Hans-Jürgen Abt, CEO of ABT Sportsline, said – “It’s good to see the readers of Auto Bild Sportscars also enjoy and appreciate how we refine the biggest cars of the Volkswagen make”, while proudly receiving the award.

The T5 tuning comes with full aerodynamics package which features a new front grille, a new front spoiler, a pair of modified side skirts and a new rear bumper. Furthermore, suspension was also revised and handles perfectly the additional power. The exterior is rounded off thanks to the 19” DR sport rims wrapped in performance low-profile tires.

We can undeniably agree that the award has been given righteously to the ABT team for the exquisite work they have done on the Volkswagen.

ABT Audi AS7 Sportback – 306 km/h [video]

Christian Gebhardt from Sport Auto managed to hit 306 km/h (190 mph) with an ABT Audi AS7 Sportback proving that the tuned luxurious car is really fast. Other interesting achievement is 3.9 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.

ABT Audi AS7 Sportback is powered by a 4.0 liter twin-turbocharged TFSI engine with 520HP (382 kW) and 650Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque. This is an increase of exactly 100HP and 100Nm. The new power comes from sports exhaust system, cold air intake and an ECU re-map.

The exterior is improved by a set of new enormous 21” alloy wheels fitted with ultra-low profile tires. The stance is improved thanks to a set of sports springs and if the car is equipped with air suspension, ABT offer a special setting called Abt Level Control.

ABT 2013 Audi AS3 – A Beautiful Rear Also Can Endear

ABT Sportsline has announced the AS3, which is currently the benchmark for sportiness and dynamism. The project is based on the latest A3 and comes with complete aerodynamics kit, sets of big wheels and some performance updates.

The aerodynamics package includes a tailgate-mounted spoiler, a rear diffuser insert and a sports exhaust system. The car is closer to the ground thanks to a set of lowering springs and rolls sets of 18- or 19-inch CR and DR series alloy wheels fitted with proper tires.

The 1.4 liter TFSI engine can be boosted up to 170HP (125 kW) and the powerful 2.0 liter TFSI is able to develop whopping 280HP (206 kW). The economical two-liter TDI can be uprated to 180HP (132 kW) and 210HP (154 kW).

ABT Audi A1 Quattro – Power and control

The Audi A1 Quattro is truly an exceptional car, which has everything that a petrol head needs – speed, stability, handling and nice aggressive vision. Still, there are a few tweaks which can be done to make it even better.

As Hans-Jürgen Abt emphasises: “A dynamic engine, an intelligent 4WD and a low weight – our A1 quattro is a real racer.“

The ABT A1 Quattro is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine boosted to sensational 307HP (226 kW) and 400Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. This is an increase of 51HP and 50Nm. The result on the track is 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds (0.3 quicker) and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) – electronically limited.

Still, the boost doesn’t affect the fuel consumption, which makes the A1 Quattro a suitable everyday vehicle, despite the hard as rock suspension.

Hans-Jürgen Abt commented: “If needed, the A1 quattro reacts immediately if you hit the pedal to the metal and your body won’t lack adrenaline …. But it is also easy to drive through narrow inner city streets.“

Once unleashed, this combination of ABT POWER and quattro drive is a sure winner!

ABT 2012 Audi AS8 – 620HP and 780Nm

ABT Sportsline has announced their tuning package for the facelift of the big limo of Audi – the A8. The project name is ABT AS8 and it comes with both styling and performance packages.

“For us, the new AS8 is the best of both worlds, that is, the best in terms of both comfort and acceleration and agility“, commented Hans-Jürgen Abt, managing director of the globally largest tuner of cars produced by the Volkswagen Group.

“After all, the AS8 has to meet our premium customers’ standards when it comes to performance and luxuriousness.”, he added.

The big 4.0 liter TFSI V8 is boosted to whopping 620HP (456 kW) and 780Nm (578 lb-ft) of torque, this is an increase of 100HP and 130Nm of torque. 0-100 km/h in 4 seconds, 60-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and 80 to 120 km/h in just 3.5 seconds in fifth gear. 0-200 km/h is faster than Lamborghini Gallardo – 13 seconds.

The top speed is limited to just 290 km/h (180 mph).

Other upgrades include ABT Level Control, which lowers the pneumatically suspended car’s CG.

The styling mods are a set of new ABT alloy wheels available in 20” to 21” and in combination with high-performance tires.
