TechArt Porsche Panamera GrandGT

TechArt has revealed their latest project based on Porsche Panamera Turbo Facelift. The name of the project is GrandGT and it includes styling and performance modifications.

The TECHART Aerodynamic Kit for the new Porsche Panamera models fulfils requirements for three core elements: stability, aerodynamics and design. The exterior package, made from a lightweight fibre composite of carbon and polyurethane RIM, is distinguished by product features that are predominantly for use in motor sports where they can express their high levels of load-bearing capacity and dimensional stability with a low tare weight.

Other highlights are modified headlights, carbon fiber hood with additional vents, bigger side skirts, wheel arch extensions, roof spoiler, rear apron with air vents and a diffuser.

The tuning company has installed a custom stainless steel quad exhaust setup optionally available with integrated valve control. There are different sizes of wheels ranging from 20” to 22” fitted with proper performance tires.

The interior boasts dual 7” displays, a three-spoke steering wheel, leather upholstery, fold-away tables and carbon fiber inserts.

Porsche Panamera Turbo Facelift is powered by a 4.8 liter twin-turbo V8 with 520HP (388 kW) at 6,000RPM and 700Nm (516 lb-ft) at 2,250 RPM. TechArt offers an ECU re-map boosting the engine to 580HP (432 kW).

Perfect Style: TECHART Porsche Cayman

TECHART Porsche Cayman is the latest transformation of an exquisite model delivered by the specialists of the tuning company TECHART. They have transferred the principles of sportiness and individuality with their typical design philosophy.

The exterior of this Porsche model includes a new front apron with a TECHART two-part front spoiler, integrated splitter as well as redesigned and enlarged central air duct. This results in more aggressive on-road stance of the Cayman.

The rear of the car on the other hand is enhanced via trims at the side mirrors and upright fins in the side air intakes at the rear wheel arches. In addition, the combination of a fixed TECHART rear spoiler, a rear diffuser with TECHART diffuser trim and central TECHART sports tailpipes rounds off the cars new visual characteristics.

At last, the exterior features TECHART sport spring kit which lowers height of the vehicle by 35 mm.

TECHART has also featured in this tuning program a handcrafted interior. A full leather equipment is included which features decorative stitching, lacquered surfaces, carbon fiber trims and manifold interior styling package.

TECHART 3-spokes sport steering wheel with ergonomically mounted TECHART paddle shifters is one of the highlights here and it offers precise vehicle control and allows sporty gear changes in combination with maximum driving pleasure.

TechArt Porsche 911 Carrera 4S – Full Details

TechArt has released full details about their latest tuning program for the new Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. The sports car comes with complete aerodynamics body kit as well as a set of new wheels and interior modifications. The tuned Porsche will make its official debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

The exterior boasts Emerald Green paint and an aerodynamic body kit including a new front spoiler, a pair of revised side skirts and a black-painted front hood. There is also a tail spoiler, a new rear diffuser and wing. The car also comes with a racing exhaust system with dual center tailpipes.

Other highlight is the Noselift System, which is very useful when going over speed bumps. It can rise the front of the with up to 60 mm. There are also different types of alloy wheels – 20” and 21” fitted with ultra-low profile performance tires.

The interior features color-matching trim elements, decorative accent stitching and a new three-spoke steering wheel with black paddle shifters.

Last, but not least is the new instrument cluster with matching colors.

2013 TechArt Porsche Cayenne S Diesel

TechArt has announced a full tuning program for the new 2013 Porsche Cayenne S Diesel. Efficiency meets extravagance. The SUV will be presented at the 83rd Geneva Motor Show in March.

TechArt Caynne S Diesel is finished in deep black metallic paint. It also boasts adapted black leather interior, light green applications and 23” TECHART Formula light alloy wheels in black with outer rim in light green. Other highlights include a carbon fiber ventilated hood, three-part front spoiler, LED or halogen twin headlights with high beam or fog lights, new front apron and side skirts as well as a custom roof spoiler, rear apron with integrated diffuser and two reflectors.

Premium types of leather, decorative stitching in individual colours and trims in exotic woods or carbon are just a few possible highlights to choose. The multifunctional sport steering wheel with paddle shifters looks very sporty and ergonomic. The TECHART Entertainment Kit W2 with two 7” displays located at the front seats, folding single rear sports seats and a centre console unit, equipped with 12-volt power supply, refrigerator and storage compartments can be ordered optionally.

The power is coming from a 4.2 liter V8 twin-turbo diesel boosted to 382HP (281 kW) and 850Nm (627 lb-ft) of torque. The tuning specialists are working on a power boost module, which will raise the power with around 50HP.

TechArt Porsche 911 Carrera 4S

TechArt has presented their tuning package for the all-new Porsche 911 Carrera S. The tuned sports car will make its official debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

The exterior boasts TECHART Exhaust System Racing with valve control and double centre tailpipes. It is controlled by the sport button at centre console the acoustic performance of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S becomes clearly more sonorous and throaty. There is also a Noselift System, which can raise the front of the car with 60mm (2.36”). The custom body kit includes a new front lip spoiler, rear wing and rear diffuser. There is also a pair of modified side skirts. The car rolls 20” or 21” alloy wheels fitted with ultra-low-profile tires.

The interior boasts new door sills and back rests for black-leathered sport seats Plus in Emerald Green or door panels in black leather and green decorative stitching, all vehicle details take up the colour theme consistently. As it is for the ergonomically shaped TECHART 3-spokes sport steering wheel. TechART and the New Porsche 911

Last week it was Vorsteiner who announced a Geneva Porsche Carrera and now we’ve got news from TechArt. They also have a program for the 911 but this one seems to be having a bad case of jaundice. Being that yellow, the car is certain to be noticed at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. It would be like staring into the sun. Just don’t squint your eyes too much or you won’t be able to see what’s new.

The TechArt 911 has a unique front bumper with an integrated splitter and two fins on the lower air intakes that probably don’t do much but they look cool. At the back, there seems to be too much downforce oriented features – a fixed rear spoiler, a rear wing, a diffuser? Other additions include the sideskirts, some new trim panels for the headlights and new mirror encasings.

Provided also are the TechArt Formula 5-spoke light alloy wheels in 20– and 21-inch sizes specially designed for the Carrera and Carrera S. Alternatively one can opt for the TechArt Formula III type of wheels which come in the same sizes. Either way, the 911 will be lighter and more dynamic when compared to a sibling with standard shoes. The five spokes on that particular Carrera are quite apart from each other and as a result we can see the callipers which are in what color?

All yellowishness aside, your hearing may also be provoked by the TechArt exhaust system that has remote valve control and dual oval pipes through which the car can sing its song.

The Carrera we have in our gallery will be at the show, but thankfully you can have the finish, inside and outside, custom made. Regardless of that, you get a lot of leather and Alcantra, carbon fiber, TechArt floor mats, TechArt steering wheel and paddle shifters. Let’s just hope, that there is some protective eyeware on the TechArt stand because my eyes are now hurting and I am not even close to the thing.

TECHART Individualization for the new Porsche 911

With the official launch of the new Porsche 911 in December, TECHART offers first individualization options for the sports car. A refinement program for the exterior and interior as well as the TECHART light alloy forged wheels give the customer countless possibilities to give the car a unique character.

The TECHART styling packages for the exterior give the sporty and elegant design of the Porsche 911 a quite personal note. TECHART GTStreet RS

TECHART presents the GTStreet RS based on the Porsche 911 GT2 RS at the IAA. It is the most powerful car which has ever left the workshop in Leonberg. The super sports car fascinates with an impressive performance of 530 kW (720 PS) and 900 Nm torque in combination with an unmistakable characteristic body kit.

High End Performance

TECHART power kits are uncompromisingly sporty as well as suitable for daily on road use. These features as well as the years of experience of the TECHART engineers were given to the development of the power kit TA 097/T2.2 for the Porsche 911 GT2 RS. The overall performance of the sports car increases to 530 kW (720 hp), the maximum torque to 900 Nm. The measured data is impressive: the GTStreet RS accelerates from zero to hundred in 3.3 seconds. After 9.5 seconds the needle passes the 200 km/h mark. With a maximum speed of up to 352 km/h the top athlete confirms his new strength in an extraordinary way.

Unique design

The TECHART GTStreet RS impresses with performance – and its look. Its capability is reflected in the extraordinary exterior design of the sports car. The significantly lowered front apron with a fixed carbon splitter and an adjustable splitter of hard-wearing polyurethane-RIM ensures additional downforce and due to additional air-ducts an improved airflow to the brakes and intercooler. Eye-catcher at the rear: the rear spoiler made entirely of carbon-fibre – handling in extreme conditions is significantly smoother as a result. A rear apron with an integrated diffuser in carbon-fibre, air outlets as well as carbon-fibre air wings close the GTStreet RS program.

Furthermore available is the TECHART Noselift System for the Porsche 911 GT2 RS. The hydraulic system features a trouble-free backfitting, a rapid height adjustment of approximately 10 mm/s with particularly silent operation as well as fully integrated operation via a button with a status indicator at the roof console. TECHART Porsche Cayenne Aerodynamic Kit I

TECHART presents the all-new Aerodynamic Kit I for the Porsche Cayenne. For an individual touch, that lends the sporty SUV an elegant new look – with TECHART’s typical and unmistakable design. The second level of individualization for the Porsche Cayenne in addition to the TECHART MAGNUM will be unveiled to the public in Frankfurt in combination with a second TECHART performance kit.

TECHART Aerodynamic Kit I

Exciting, sporty and markedly elegant – the contour of the three-piece front spoiler is a clear statement regarding the SUV’s newly acquired TECHART gene and sets an attractive visual highlight. Integrated air ducts also ensure an optimized cooling of the brake system. The multifunctional daytime running light system, the TECHART lighting packages with LED technology or halogen headlights are available as an option for the Porsche Cayenne Turbo.

The TECHART daytime running light system does not only serve as a sophisticated design feature. Like TECHART’s lighting packages, it also makes a significant contribution to improving road safety. The LED system unit combines daytime running light, side lighting, parking lighting and turn signal lights in one common housing and blends in perfectly with the design of the Cayenne’s front end. The luminous intensity of the lights automatically adapts depending on the day light setting selected. In addition to that, the daytime running lights are dimmed when the vehicle is turning to ensure that the turn signals stand out. Typical for TECHART – the system is ECE approved and fulfills all prerequisites of the ECE regulation R87 for daytime running lights.

Fitting side skirt panels underline the elegant and sporty look of the SUV when viewed from the side. TECHART original equipment quality: only high-quality polyurethane RIM is used for all exterior components of the aerodynamic kit. The material ensures at the same time ease of painting, installation and maintenance, including trouble-free installation at every Porsche center and every authorized service center.

The elegant design of the aerodynamic kit can also be recognized here when viewing the rear end of the vehicle. Visually and technically, the TECHART roof spoiler and the TECHART rear apron with integrated diffuser and two subtle reflectors on the sides of the tailgate underline the SUV’s driving dynamics. Discrete design highlight: the two pieces of trim lend the taillights of the Porsche Cayenne a dynamic look. Matched trimming and exterior styling packages in paint or carbon fibre allow for almost unlimited possibilities to realize personal style.

The aerodynamic kit is not only impressive visually. Thanks to TECHART’s sport exhaust system with EC type approval, the Cayenne complements its sporty look with an impressive sound. TECHART’s dual tail pipes with embossed lettering complete the TECHART look of the Cayenne’s rear end.

Furthermore there are Formula and Formula II light alloy wheels in dimensions of 20- to 23-inch or 22- and 23-inch as well as Formula III forged light alloy wheels in 21- and 22-inch available. Besides the attractive standard colours, individualized colour combinations are available to suit the taste of the customer.

Performance Kits for Cayenne Diesel and Cayenne Turbo

There are altogether three performance kits delivering a significant improvement of driving dynamics and acceleration of the Porsche Cayenne models. For instance, the TA 058/D1 performance kit provides the Cayenne Diesel with an additional 29 kW (40 hp) and 70 Nm torque, helping the SUV to accelerate to 100 km/h from standstill in 7.2 seconds and reach 160 km/h in just 18.9 seconds. The TA 058/T1 performance kit for the Turbo version of the Porsche Cayenne is also impressive. 412 kW (560 hp), a maximum torque of 780 Nm and accelerating to 100 km/h or 160 km/h in 4.4 and 9.9 seconds respectively are the results of the first level of customization. The heart of both kits is the intelligent TECHART engine management system called TECHTRONIC. Once installed, the engine control system provides just as much additional power as needed for every driving situation at the push of the standard sport button located in the center console. Up to full boost for maximum acceleration.

Successful double pass – thanks to the intelligent networking and communication between the engine management system and TECHTRONIC, the performance kits are impressive due to optimized output values in all areas and a balanced torque in terms of performance. The standard engine electronics remain untouched without affecting vehicle diagnostics or servicing. In addition to the two-year warranty, TECHART offers a warranty for engine and transmission problems in accordance with TECHART’s warranty provisions.

Porsche TechArt GTStreet is priced at €59.90

TechArt now offers limited colectors models in a 1:43 scale. The series includes GTstreet, GTstreet R and GTstreet RS models, which are exact copies of the original super sportscars. The TechArt GTStreet series is based on the Porsche 911 Turbo and GT2.

TechArt will launch just 300 units of 1:43 GTstreet series and each model will come with a base plate with a limitation badge and serial number. The GTstreet is an individual highlight in every high-class collection.
