  • speedART team showcases a neatly revised Porsche vehicle. Check it out!

2016 speedART Porsche SP18-R Our dear friends from speedART present a mighty and beautiful recreation of a Porsche Boxer 718. The heavily tweaked vehicle is named speedART SP18-R and has a lot to demonstrate. First of all, we  are pleasantly surprised by the bodywork: we see neat and sporty speedART CS-rear spoiler, distinctive 21-inch SP9-SPORT wheels and overall super sporty, yet stylish appearance. What we  like the most about the exterior styling is that the team has kept the signature and well-known Porsche looks present and has just enhanced the agile spirit of the well-known premium brand. Sweet.

The interior has also received attention. There are numerous carbon-fiber components, exclusive leather and Alcantara-covered details and additional customizable options.

  • speedART To Refine Porsche Macan [TEASER]

speedART-Macan-tuning-THUMB2015 Porsche Macan is regarded as the most sportive SUV on the market. speedART has released the first image of its upcoming project which involves exactly this vehicle. The specialists are currently working on a wide range of tuning parts and modifications for that model. The picture that they have sent us is just a preview of what we are to expect. Other tuning innovations will follow very soon. speedART didn’t reveal much but that it is going to add to the Macan a new power kit, sport exhaust system, wheels, body parts and of course – exclusive interior.

The details so far are scarce but we are almost sure that the modification on the engine will be done on the entry level Porsche Macan. It is powered by a four-cylinder 2.0 liter turbocharged petrol engine with 241 horsepower (177 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft). The unit is coupled with a PDK dual-clutch gearbox.

The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time is now 6.9 seconds. And we are wondering what it will be after speedART’s tuning. The Macan can be recognized with its dual exhaust arrangement as opposed to the S and Turbo variants which make use of quad pipes. As mentioned we are also expecting to see some changes here.

At the moment, from the image we have received we can see huge 18” or 19” silverfish eight-douple-spoke alloys fitted with low profile tyres. Behind them are the contrasting brakes. Stay tuned for more details in the following weeks!

  • SpeedART SP81-R Porsche Boxster

SpeedART-Porsche-Carrera-Boxster-SP81-R-thumbMore updates from rather silent tuners. This one is from SpeedART – the SP81-R based on the Porsche Boxster/S type 981. It incorporates the full package: a body kit, some power increase, noise, wheels and a few suspension tweaks.

The SP81-R body kit comprises of a rear wing plus diffusor, side skirts and a front splitter. The wing attaches itself on the stock spoiler yet one can notice it from afar. The overall body color is one traditional for SpeedART – dual-themed paint first seen on the PS9-Panamera and S91-R Carrera projects. As for shoe ware, the SP81-R Porsches can come with SpeedART modular 20 and 21-inch LSC-Forged wheels – ultra-ultra light, unique and stylish.

Under the hood, both for the Boxster and Boxster S, there will be an ECU chip that will increase the power with around 20 hp and just as much Nm of torque. Not without the help of a sport exhaust system complete with high-performance catalysts and manifolds of course. That said, one also does get a sound switch just for showing off. Also, a range of tailpipes will be available for you to choose from – individuality at its best. A full set of a Titanium-made exhaust system will act as an alternative for the most enthusiastic among you.

The SP81-R Boxsters sit lower on their sport tuned suspensions, height adjustable absorbers and stiff coils. Still, an airlift suspension is also provided in other to tackle even the beefiest of speed humps.

Inside we are promised a completely new interior that makes use of Alcantra and leather. Better yet, SpeedART won’t deny that it will be much different from the interior seen in the most recent 911 at the Geneva Motorshow.

  • SpeedART SP91-R Porsche 991 Carrera

SpeedArt-Porsche-991-Carrera-thumbNews from the German tuner house SpeedART. It’s an update on their SP91-R project. As we all know by now, the subject is the latest 911/991 Carrera S (Porsche is sort of their turf) – fresh yet grunty, slippery and stylish it has all there is to have when it comes to performance customization.

When it comes to power, ECU upgrades and calibration are to be available for both the Carrera and Carrera S engines – that means a projected power increase of 25 hp and 20 Nm. On the other hand. the sport exhaust system, complete with sport-catalysts and manifolds, seems to do the trick. One can fit an optional sound switch function so that, at the very least, people can be fooled into thinking that 911 is even meaner and leaner. The tailpipes come in several different versions so that the owner is presented with as much flexibility of choice as possible. Hardcore enthusiasts will most definitely prefer the Titanium sport exhaust system which reduces the overall weight.

The suspension can be both street or racetrack friendly. It will harbour sports springs and sports absorbers with adjustable rebound and height. A separate air-lift module on the other hand will provide some clearance for that dragging SP91-R body kit when passing over a speed hump.

Yes, there will be a full body overhaul – front lip spoilers, diffusers, side skirts, rear wings… the lot. Everything is made to fit perfectly and seamlessly to the standard mounts.

For a complete look, the Carrera rolls on a set of specially designed modular LSC- FORGED 21-inch wheels – again light and agile, great for the overall performance.

Inside, what e find particularity fresh is the lime shades. The blue, contrasting stitching and the diamond patterns it forms, might be a bit too much but everything else is spot on – leather/Alcantra on the seats, dashboard etc. It’s a keeper.

  • SpeedART SP91-R

speedART-991-thumbSpeedART, the German tuning house are now promoting their latest product: SP91-R sounds like a Windows update but it actually is a performance kit for the new 911/991 Carrera S. The package is due to come in March during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show but one can tell that SpeedART are eager to share with what exactly is SP91-R

Lets start off with the power – 911’s usually do not fall short of it but SpeedART have decided to throw in a bit more just to be safe. An ECU upgrade and a modified exhaust system that includes sporty catalysts and manifolds results in a  25hp/20nm power increase. Driving enthusiasts can  go with the “very light” Titanium sport exhaust systems while underaged customers can also opt for a  sound switch function on the pipes for that extra grunt and character.

Aerodynamic tunes include an SP91-R bodykit. The one shown here is the subtle version of the wider and more aggressive one planned for the Geneva Motor Show. The new CS-rear wing is crafted in a way so to fit perfectly on the original stock 991 Carrera one. The whole kit seamlessly clips on to the already existing design line yet it gives the Porsche a completely new feel.

Inside, a feast of Alcantra and leather unravels itself as we notice the sporty steering wheel and the flappy-paddle shifters which complete the picture

Other modifications see “modular LSC- FORGED” wheels added which come in sizes 20” and 21”.  A modified suspension set up will improve track behaviour and with the addition of an airlift system for rising and lowering the nose, urban environments will also be tackled.

  • speedART Porsche Panamera PS9-300D

Porsche Panamera Diesel is one of the perfect choices on the market, if you want economic GT car. It is powered by a 3.0 liter V6 turbo-diesel with 250 PS (184 kW) and 550Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque.

However, the German tuning specialists from speedART made some modifications for the stylish Porsche.

First, the engine received an ECU re-map, which means additional 50PS (37 kW) and 100Nm (73 lb-ft) of torque. Originally, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds and has a top speed of 242 km/h (150 mph), so the time will be significantly dropped and the top speed will be a lot more.
