  • AC Schnitzer BMW 2-Series Coupe

AC Schnitzer is now offering a number of upgrades for the all-new BMW 2-Series Coupe. There are performance packages for all engines in the range: diesel and petrol as well as lowering kits and different wheel designs ranging from 18” to 20”.

    The 220i model is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol with 184HP (135 kW) and 270Nm (200 lb-ft) of torque. It is boosted to 245HP (180 kW) and 350Nm (258 lb-ft) – the same power as 228i.

    The M235i has a 3.0 liter TwinPower turbo six-cylinder engine with 326HP (240 kW) and 400Nm (295 lb-ft). It now produces 280HP (279 kW) and almost 500Nm (370 lb-ft).

The 218d is boosted to 171HP (126 kW) and the 220d model now produces 218HP (160 kW). The powerful 225d is boosted to 258HP (190 kW). In all models, the AC Schnitzer engine styling shows that these vehicles stand out from the crowd.

For improving the suspension, AC Schnitzer offers: spring kit, sports suspension and racing suspension (adjustable in compression and rebound stages). The ride height is lowered between 30 and 40 mm. The overall stance is improved by a wide range of wheel designs – Type VIII BiColor forged alloys, Type VIII BiColor rims in black or silver or anthracite, and Type IV silver or BiColor black rims. All are available in 18”, 19” and 20” and can be fitted with corresponding tires.

There is also an AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer with 2 chromed “Racing Evo“ tailpipes or “Sport“ ones. It gives unique look and sound.

The exterior can be upgraded by a carbon fiber front spoiler (for M-technik models), carbon fiber mirror covers, carbon fiber rear diffuser (for M235i), a rear roof spoiler and rear skirt film. The interior has received AC Schnitzer gear knob with digital gear display or an illuminated leather gear knob and the aluminium “Black Line“ gear knob. Other accessories are AC Schnitzer “Black Line” aluminium handbrake handle, aluminium pedal set and foot rest, AC Schnitzer keyholder and a set of velours floor mats.

  • AC Schnitzer Exhaust Systems – Racing Evo

AC Schnitzer is now offering high performance rear silencers made from stainless steel with different chromed tailpipes. The new silencers deliver impressive sonorous sound and a sporty appearance. This is really important because the exhaust is the acoustic and optical signature of a car.

AC Schnitzer also offers polished and chromed exhaust tail trim Racing Evo manufactured from stainless steel. The new tailpipe design is an evolution of the successful Evo tailpipe trim, which is now superseded by the new one.

The “Racing Evo” trim is an “evolutionary jump” with its unique design featuring two classic round tailpipes with slash cut, joined into a harmonious whole by an undulating cover positioned above.

The “Racing Evo” tailpipe is perfectly matched to the latest BMW models for which it was exclusively developed – BMW 1-series F20 and F21, 2-series F22 and F23, 3-series F30 and F31 as well as 4-series F32 and F33. The “Racing Evo” trim is also available as a purely aesthetic solution, as a standalone tailpipe trim.

The improved dispersing of exhaust gases allows your car’s engine to work more efficiently and “breathe” properly. This can improve the engine performance and fuel consumption. The original AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer is specially designed for your engine so it benefits in greater response and faster achieving of full power. Even in the lower rpm ranges, the system emits a characteristic, sporting sonorous note.

Last, but not least, the AC Schnitzer twin sports exhaust system is made from V2A stainless steel boasting a long life and optimum resistance to corrosion.

  • AC Schnitzer 2012 BMW 3-Series F30 [video]

AC Schnitzer has always created something special from “boring” family saloons like BMW 3-Series. This is their latest project based on the all-new BMW F30.

AC Schnitzer boosted the Diesel range significantly: 318d and 320d to achieve 171 HP (126 kW) and 218 HP (160 kW). The performance upgrades for the 328i and 335i will realise 294 HP (216 kW) and 360 HP (265 kW) but both are still in the final development stage. One thing is for sure: with the AC Schnitzer performance upgrades the 3 series will have an even more impressive presence.

The saloon makes itself heard with the AC Schnitzer sports rear silencer with one or two chromed “Racing” tailpipes. A pure optical enhancement is given by the AC Schnitzer “Racing” tailpipe

In the 3 series by AC Schnitzer, you ride out life’s ups and downs on the AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit. In combination with lowering, this ensures that you can never lose ground adhesion even on turbulent, twisty events. This is guaranteed with the AC Schnitzer wheels Type IV BiColor and silver, Type VI and Type VIII in 18 to enormous 20”, which form a solid yet sporting and elegant basis for the wheelarches.

A new addition to the AC Schnitzer range is the Type VIII wheel in BiColor silver. This comes in 18, 19 and 20 inch and impresses with its sporting elegance. The colouring – lacquered silver with bright turned aluminium accents – makes it appear even larger.

The ACS3 reveals its inner values with the AC Schnitzer “Black Line” aluminium cover for the BMW “i-Drive” system controller, several gear knobs, the “Black Line” aluminium handbrake handle, the aluminium pedal set, a foot rest and floor mats in velours. But that’s not all:

The aerodynamic components from AC Schnitzer make the already excellent standard model into a vehicle with even more dynamism and sporting ambitions. The AC Schnitzer front spoiler, chromed front grille, rear roof spoiler, rear spoiler and rear skirt extension, complemented by design stripes are also now available.
