  • Lambo team reveals the latest Urus SUV at prestigious auto event

    2018 Lamborghini Urus Salon Privé’s 2018 new-car lineup has included the mighty Lamborghini Urus Super SUV. As you might remember, the vehicle was first revealed back in December, 2017 at brand’s headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese and a few months later made its global debut at the Geneva Motor show.

    Featuring refined drivetrain system and advanced technologies, the Urus has managed to fill a certain niche in the SUV segment. The vehicle produces a total of 650hp and 850Nm of torque at just 2,250rpm via its heavily revised twin turbo 4.0-liter V8 unit and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in mere 3,6 seconds. When you think about it, there aren’t many more SUV machines that offer such power and agility. Furthermore, Urus has a top speed of 342hp and also features an excellent weight-to-power ratio. Sweet!

    As it comes to the event, Salon Privé’ is the most prestigious place in UK for automobile events. It is a boutique Garden Party gathering that focuses in attracting world’s most exotic manufacturers and congregates on lawns of the UNESCO World Heritage site, Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. Also attracting numerous collectors and investors, the event has made itself a name in the world of festivals and automobile gatherings.

  • Salon Privé Will Demonstrate Tramontana and GTA Spano Hypercars

    Salon PrivéSalon Privé is ready with its latest creations and now it is proud to announce the premiere of two luxury hypercars at the automotive event at the Blenheim Palace from 3-5 September. As you know, the Salon Privé has incredible  collection of unique vehicle and now it will demonstrate them one more time. In fact, the show gives chance for visitors to witness one of the most interesting vehicles of our time.

    Tramontana at Salon Privé

    The Tramontana willlaunch the Tramontana R. It will feature different engines, available from the range of V10s or V12 Twin Turbo units. There will also be some more performance options and extended list of personification, unique for every single owner. And as expected, the Tramontana will include latest technology trends and highest quality elements, incorporated by skilled craftsmen. So far, so good. Let’s check out the other model

    GTA Spano at Salon Privé

    Founded in 1994, young, but confident, the Spanish firm Spania GTA has already got its fame in the motorsport world. And now, with its own V10 twin turbo powerplant, that produces the crushing 925 hp (680kW) and 1220Nm torque the brand is here to demonstrate how a vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.9 seconds and show its top speed of 414 km/h (230 mph).

    The vehicle is limited to only 99 vehicles and features numerous goodies: sequential seven-speed gearbox, Spania GTA carbon monocoque chassis, innovative design and exotic materials like titanium, graphene and Kelvar. And with all the engineering wonders, the vehicle is here to set new benchmarks in the motorsport world.

  • Radical RXC To Debut At Salon Prive [VIDEO]

    Radical-RXC-651-THUMBAt this year’s Salon Prive which will happen in September, there will be an important debut. The visitors there will have the opportunity of seeing for the first time the new Radical RXC vehicle.

    The model is Radical’s first ever enclosed car which signals for the evolution of the brand. It brings the true Le Mans engineering and aerodynamics to the road within a package which delivers astounding performance.

    The RXC is equipped with a V6 engine which is mated to a seven-speed gearbox. This configuration has been developed especially for this car, and the engineering process was conducted under the guidance of Radical’s MD Phil Abbott and Chief Designer Nick Walford.

    The engine is a 3.7-litre 24-valve V6 unit and has twin-independent variable cam timing and sequential multi-port electronic injection. The latter is controlled by a bespoke Radical/AER Life engine management system, which was previously used in the SR3 SL roadster.

    The exterior credentials of the Radical RXC vehicle include stunning gullwing doors and carbon fibre sections. More details around the car will be announced near debut. 2013 Salon Prive will take place from the 4th to 6th of September at West London’s Syon Park.

  • Jaguar at Salon Privé

    Jaguar-XK-thumbsJaguar-XK-mediumThis year’s Salon Privé – a poshcon for people of exquisite tastes when it comes to the automotive, aviation, jewelry, marine, horology and technology worlds – is a bit too early to be able to showcase the much anticipated Jaguar F-Type. Don’t think however, that there won’t be any exotic cats at display. The British company has prepared an extensive portfolio that can only warm up the crowd for the upcoming roadster.

    First off, we have the flagship Jaguar coupe on the line – It’s the XKR-S, Auto Bild’s Car of the Year. Capable of 186 mph, this chiefly performance oriented executive saloon falls short of stunning. 542 hp have been squeezed out from it’s 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine for the sole purpose to crunch seconds on it’s 0-60 mph sprint (it’s 4.2 seconds if you were wondering).

    Appearing as entourage to the XKR-S, the Jaguar XK Special Edition will also be there – an enhanced handcrafted cabin with Jaguar design team-specified interior and some discreet exterior modifications. Both cars come with the company’s Sequential Shift and JaguarDrive selector 6-speed automatic.

    Then, there’s the XJ Ultimate… conference room. An extended wheelbase XJ which harbours two individually tailored rear seats trimmed in semi-aniline fine Scottish leather, featuring power adjustment and recline, massage function and climate controls. Then you get a table and a drinks cabinet. More up to date tech can also be found inside – LED interior lighning, iPads with keyboards, 20 speakers belonging to a 15-channel sounds system, headrest screens and wireless earphones.

    Eventually we get to the Jaguar XF Sportberake which is still fresh from it’s debut – “a compelling combination of elegance and capability, both practical and dynamic.” In other words, an awesome estate.

  • Atomik 500 – The urban zero-emissions high-performance ride

    At the upcoming occasion for luxury rides – Salon Prive (21 – 23 July 2010), Atomik Cars, the French-based marque will celebrate the UK premiere of its all-new zero-emissions brain-storming vehicle, that excels at top-performance figures wrapped in urban dimensions. Exclusively for the event, Atomik Cars plans to bring two Atomik 500s, which will have to demonstrate in full the remarkable combination of smart styling, zero-emissions and exclusive performance.
