  • Karma Automotive team makes an European debut at the Geneva Show

    2020-Karma-Revero-GT-910Karma Automotive, the Southern California-based manufacturer of luxury electric vehicles and high-tech mobility incubator, will use its first European auto show presence to showcase the new Revero and Revero GT models at the Geneva International Motor Show 2020.

    Brand’s focus is building a system with retailers and partners who embody the goals of offering leading automotive design, cutting-edge technology, personalized customization and, of course, outstanding customer experience. The automaker is currently supported by a network of over 29 retailers worldwide, with a growing European retail network in France, Sweden, Spain and Netherlands.

    As it comes to the vehicles themselves, the first one, Revero, is Karma’s original luxury electric car powered by a set of two electric motors. The vehicle features an efficient four-cylinder turbocharged power unit that powers an on-board electric generator and enhances the overall vehicle performance.

    On the other hand, Revero GT has already been named the 2020 Luxury Green Car of the Year by Green Car Journal. The vehicle has managed to impress the jury with its superior design, advanced technologies, and refined drivetrain system.

    Karma team also uses its next-generation technology, artful aesthetics, and customized components to develop a full-BEV platform. This direction is evidenced by Karma’s SC2 Concept car, unveiled at the AutoMobility LA, Los Angeles Auto Show’s annual media and industry event.   • Karma Automotive unveils new Revero GT at Supercar Weekend in Vancouver!

    2019 Karma Automotive Revero GTSouthern California-based luxury electric automaker and high-tech incubator Karma Automotive is ready to unveil the 2020 Revero GT in Canada this weekend at the 10th Annual Luxury and Supercar Weekend in Vancouver, B.C.

    2020 Karma Revero GT comes with elegant exterior design concept and fresh interior. In fact, the cabin features high-quality materials, sporty seats, improvement infotainment systems and an industry-first haptic steering wheel technology.

    What is also notable about this vehicle is the platform on which lies the entire drivetrain system. Also, the vehicle is lighter, compared to predecessor models and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in mere 4.5 seconds. Furthermore, the electric motor ensures a driving range of 80 miles – just enough for a driver to experience some sporty driving and remain efficient as much as possible.

    Also, the GT features BMW’s own three-cylinder in-line power unit that powers its onboard electric generator and an all-new transversely mounted twin-motor rear drive module that employs electronic differential controls for cornering.

    New Revero GT’s new electric architecture includes a responsive driver information system with upgraded controls, an intuitive user interface with more energy-efficient touch screens and active noise cancellation.

    Pre-orders for new 2020 Revero GT are already being accepted by Karma team. Deliveries are expected in the fourth quarter.

  • Karma Automotive reveals more details about the goldRush event!

    2020 Karma Automotive Revero GTThe Southern California-based luxury electric vehicle automaker Karma Automotive is about to start the execution of the the ambitious plan of taking a 3,000-mile route in two wrapped pre-production 2020 Revero GT cars at the goldRush Rally ELEVEN, The Next Chapter, starting Saturday, June 22.

    The vehicles will be exclusively wrapped in a special body cover honoring Southern California’s rich aviation history and the iconic P-51 Mustang – a single-engine fighter aircraft with exceptional speed and extended combat range. Both machines showcase a wrapped body and calipers with a distinctive finish – again in honor of aircraft’s distinctive red, yellow, gray and silver motifs.

    Just like the historic P-51, Karma’s concept for the 2020 Revero GT was also inspired by the increased speed and extended range. The latest machine hits 60mph (100km/h) in 4.5 seconds, which is nearly a full second faster, compared to the predecessor model. The new family member comes with a TwinPower Turbo three-cylinder in-line engine supplied by BMW AG and delivers the outstanding 536hp and up to 360 miles of driving range.

    The event itself, the GoldRush rally will be hosted Saturday, June 22 from 9am to 5pm EST at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Fla., and On Sunday, June 23 from 8:30am to 10am. Visitors will have the chance to take a look at the new 2020 Revero GT and have a clue what is it like to see it maneuvering among different track situations.

    2020 Karma Automotive Revero GT Karma Automotive, a Southern California-based electric vehicle company and a high-tech incubator, will reveal its long-anticipated 2020 Revero GT machine at the goldRush Rally ELEVEN prior to vehicle’s official world debut.

    The event itself is 3,000-mile rally, nine-day automotive lifestyle from Miami to Austin, Texas. It is a popular show among country’s most prominent auto-enthusiast who participate in any form in the event.

    However, let’s get back to the car, shall we? This particular model will feature a special exterior wrap design in honor of Southern California’s rich aviation history and the iconic P-51 Mustang, created by North American Aviation and produced in Inglewood, California.

    What 2020 Revero GT offers is a next-gen technology and super-duper hot drivetrain system. It features a TwinPower Turbo three-cylinder in-line power unit with BMW AG for an on-board electric generator. The dual electric motors generate a total of 536hp and the 28kWh mid-mounted lithium-ion HV battery generates up to 80 miles of all electric driving. 2020 Revero GT speeds up to 100km/h in mere 4.5 seconds, which makes it with a second faster, compared to the model it replaces.
