  • Sporty, agile and sweet, the new Twingo GT hits the streets this winter!

    2016 Renault Twingo GTThe new Twingo GT, combining the agility of a rear-wheel drive city vehicle with Renault’s sporty expertise will be available with a neat and agile 898cc Energy TCe turbo power unit with a total output of 110hp (82kW) and 170Nm of torque. Sweet! Also, the revised intake system and the modified engine mapping will ensure smooth and pleasurable ride.

    The vehicle takes advantage of the performance boost, but will also feature revised suspension, specific ESP calibration and variable-rate steering. Or, in other words, drivers will enjoy a sharp handling, smooth driving experience and precise cornering. By far all looks good. But what about looks themselves?

    Exterior design

    With its 17-inch wheels with distinctive appearance and lateral air intakers, and the twin exhaust tail pipe, the Twingo GT shows not only some sporty spirit, but overall passionate and beautiful looks. The distinctive Twingo III lines are also present, just like the specific NACA aircraft graphics.

    Also, the new Twingo GT comes in a choice of four exterior colors: the new orange, Lunar Grey, Diamond Black and Crystal White. Also, there is a special orange trim detailing in the cockpit, Renault Sport badges,aluminum pedals and alloy gear lever knob.

    The Twingo GT will be available for order this winter.

  • 2013 Geneva Motor Show: Renault Clio GT – 120HP and 190Nm

    Renault is bringing a new special version of Clio at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The 2013 Clio GT features aggressive styling and additional power.

    The exterior boasts a new front bumper with bigger air vents and LED DRLs. There is also a modified front grille, new mirror and door trims, tinted headlamps, a set of 17” alloy wheels fitted with 205/45 R17 tires, twin chrome tail-pipes and a new rear diffuser.

    The power is coming from an all-new 1.2 liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol with 120HP (88 kW) and 190Nm (140 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a 6-speed manual gearbox. 0-100 km/h in 8.6 seconds and a top speed of 199 km/h (123 mph).

    The small car boasts nice fuel consumption of just 5.2 liters / 100 km (45.2 mpg US) with CO2 emissions of 120 g/km.

  • Renault Unveils New Clio

    New design reinforcing Clio’s family ties with New Mégane
    New Clio sits squarely on the road and boasts revised styling, with the lines of the new headlamps now extending down to the lateral upturns of the front air intake. The broad grille in the lower part of the new front bumper sets off the dynamic styling with the presence of gloss black protective mouldings. The revised design of the rear lights extends the waist line across the hatch, while the uncluttered approach to the design of the central part of the rear bumper further emphasises New Clio’s dynamic stance. The reversing lights and foglamps are positioned low down and to the extreme corners of the rear bumper. (more…)
