A complete job on the Range Rover Evoque by Hamann-Motorsport. A rather impressive display of character that can only be achieved with the help of true after market geniuses. Your personal Rangie can look like that whether it is the five-door model or the three-door “coupe”
Just looking at the finished piece, we feel intimidated by it’s aggressiveness. This might be due to the added two-part front spoiler or the new side skirts. Or maybe it’s the new fenders which broaden the vehicle’s tracks by 70 and 80 mm front and back respectively. The Evoque’s stance is also improved by the 22-inch wheels that have “anodised anthracite spokes”, titanium screws and high-gloss polished rim flanges. Even further, suspension-springs ensure 30 mm of less ground clearance which is bad for the Range Rover‘s SUV image bud good when it comes to cornering.
Hamann Range Rover Evoque Coupe
One will have the power to get out of a corner as well. Thanks to a sporty exhaust system, a sports air filter and some engine electronics witchcraft, the 2.2 Si4 model delivers 38 hp of additional power. The diesel engines on the other hand (the 2.2 TD4, 2.2 ED4 and 2.2 SD4) do rather respectable with another 31 hp.
Some Hamann work is clearly visible from the inside as well. But chances are that you’ll never enter two same Hamann-Motorsport Range Rover Evoques. The options list is long enough to give the opportunity of every customer to express him/herself fully.
2012 Kahn Range Rover RS250 Vesuvius Copper Evoque is the ext elaborate creation made by the tuners from Kahn Design. This is the smallest Ranger Rover they’ve ever been working, but the result they’ve achieved is breathtaking.
Afzal Kahn himself said about the working process of this project: “It was a very complicated car to work but we worked within the factory style lines and I put my heart and soul into this. We spent thousands of hours working on this car because I wanted to ensure it isn’t seen as a conventional car but as something more serious for the road and I am quietly confident that our customers will enjoy a great deal of motoring supremacy with this outstanding vehicle.”

This Evoque is undoubtedly unmistakable with its one-of-a-kind color and additional exterior improvements. The tuning touch includes a front and rear bumper boot spoiler that blends impeccably with the original design, central exhaust, fog lamps, LED running lights in front bumper, new front grille, Kahn lowering module, privacy glass, brake calipers finished in Vesuvius copper, vented foot pedals in machined aluminum, heated seats, floor mats, aluminum machined foot pedals and Kahn branding.
Of course, the interior is exceptional. Just look at the pictures and you’ll have a glimpse of the “bespoke touch”. This Range Rover comes with front and rear seats in black quilted and perforated leather with Alcantara inserts and Vesuvius copper detailing, rev counter and speedo in red, centre glove box (diamond quilted), door entry sill plates in stainless steel, door panel tops in quilted and perforated leather, piano black carbon trim and Vesuvius sports steering wheel with copper stitching.

At last, the model runs on special Kahn wheels, which go along perfectly with the vehicle and even further enhance its essence. They were created using state-of-the art manufacturing and materials technology, and are in 9 x 22’’ size. Namely, the RS600 wheels come in matt grey and fit all original centre caps. With simple clean lines, soft organic surfaces on the edge of the spoke and a purposeful mechanical centre, the RS600 wheels are synonymous with elegance and innovation.
Overfinch has presented their latest project – Range Rover Evoque GTS. The car comes in a stunning ultraviolet colour scheme and Lotus White leather interior. It is specially designed for the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012.

2012 Kahn Range Rover Westminster Black Label Edition marks the biggest royal event of the year – namely the HRH Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee. This exceptional tuning is of course made by no other but A. Kahn Design.
A Range Rover model served as a basis for the outstanding work of the tuners. The result is that it is now uniquely styled and refined.
Furthermore, this machine is effectively weighted with a feeling of linearity and purity thanks to the Kahn’s aerodynamic styling package. The latter comprises of of a RS- front and rear bumper replacements, side skirts, LED daytime running lights in the lower bumper section, LED daytime running lights in the lower front bumper section, brake calipers finished in liquid gold, rear tailgate trim in matt black, rear diffuser in matt pearl grey, door handles and side vents in matt black, front bumper lower bar in matt pearl grey, front bumper fog light surrounds in matt black and front grille running bars finished in dark chrome, Kahn vehicle branding, Kahn enamel wing shields and Kahn enamel tailgate logo.

However, the tuning does not end here. It includes also an engine upgrade, powered by Cosworth and complete ‘regal’ color changes, which are also at hand. Moreover, Kahn quad rear silencers in stainless steel were centered on the radical design and interconnected in coalescing design and engineering expression.
How about the interior of this brilliant, almost literally “diamond”, vehicle? Inside, the cabin is complemented with RS- quilted and perforated black leather and contrast stitching interior package, diamond gear selector, Churchill time clock facia insert and Kahn key ring in red enamel.
Of course, the Diamond Jubilee Rover runs on nothing else but Kahn’s wheels, perfectly conveying its essence and identity. Namely, these are the 22” Kahn RS 2-piece wheels in satin black, created using state-of-the art manufacturing and materials technology. They bring more elegance to the outer expression of the car with its simple clean lines, soft organic surfaces and a purposeful mechanical centre.
Ancient gods need accessories as well. That’s why we’ve got news from Prior Design for they have given the iconic Range Rover (2002-2005) a makeover. We are talking about nothing more drastic than a simple body kit but that’s what Prior do and they do it best.
It really is simple – a front bumper, side skirts and a rear bumper. The overall kit does make the Range Rover loose its off-road appeal but since when SUV’s have been for dirt roads? Today, it’s all about the urban look – a sense of security on the rough asphalt, the elevated stance in a traffic jam, the mind-boggling gas station receipt (wait… that’s not a plus). Anyway. Prior have given this particular Range Rover something that will make it stand out from the other icons and there are a lot of them.
Back in the days, these Range Rovers used Jaguar derived V8 engines which, at best, had 5.0-liters of displacement, 503 hp and 625 Nm of Torque – so not that ancient after all. They were, and still are the ultimate statement of clout.
All Prior Design products are made from a Dura-Flex FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) material – sturdy, flexible and paint-friendly. The whole package will set you back with around 2,280 Euros ($2,971)
This is something new. Kahn Design releasing a teaser? Must be something big. In all honesty, it is big. A Range-Rover Evoque kind of big. It’s will be called the RS250 and all we have for now is this sketch. The release date is set for sometime in July this year.
As we have established, the base product is an Evoque. And that’s a hard piece of motoring to ruin. The sketch looks good but those LEDs on the side of the bumper simply seem too much. But hey, it’s a fashion statement so why not.
Rather surprisingly however, the overhaul will go beyond that. Yes, there will be an engine upgrade which is still kept in secret. Also, the whole program will be divided into two stages – 1 and 2.
Stage 1 will include a front bumper complete with fog lights and 3d mesh inserts (the upper grille will also be new with 3d mesh). Count the LED in as well. For the back a bumper is intended, that has diffuser which houses the tips of the stainless steel twin central crosshair exhaust system. A bootlid spoiler complements the whole look. The Evoque’s stance should be lower as well. And meaner with the 22” RS-XF alloy wheels. As a finishing touch there’s going to be a hood/roof stripe painted on.
Stage 2 will further add wide wheel arches (as if the Evoque lacks that), side skirts and a roof spoiler.
This being Khan Design, one can imagine that the whole program can be rather flexible – additional components for the exterior and the interior as well, will be available.
It is true that somehow colors do have a connection with mood and character. Maybe it’s their undisputed connection to style preference. So with that cleared up (not really), what would you say a man in a red Range Rover would be like? According to Afzal Kahn, red signifies haste, energy, dynamism and sex appeal… apparently. So, if you happen to be the person described above, you are Kahn design’s target audience for this one – It’s the Land Rover Range Rover “red ranger” by A. Kahn. That sexiness however, will cost you £71,875 ($114,885)
So for that kind of money, what do you get in return? (except the redness). Add some Extended front and lower lip spoilers, front wheel arch LED light strips, vented front and rear arch spats with integrated air dams and there you have it. The brake calipers are all so very red and an RS front grille surround insert in carbon.
The Kahn stainless steel twin RS autobiography quad oval exhaust system fits perfectly as a complement feature to the whole bodywork. 9.5×22-inch at the front and 11×22-inch at the back, the Kahn RS600 wheels are equally impressive. Their coating is entirely up to you.
The same goes for the interior – Kahn are well known for offering their customer’s flexibility when it comes to the internal style. This particular “red ranger” however, bares inside an RS Vesuvius style diamond quilted claret and perforated leather with carbon trim. The speedo and rev counter are in red and cream, the clock is riddled with Swarovski stones. There are entry sill plates in stainless steel that are illuminated for that extra chic feel.
That pretty much rounds it up really. Need we remind you that an “A. Kahn Design is for the individual who will not submit to a life of uniformity and who will only accept perfection” … against monotony and what not. Truth be told, one can break the shackles of mediocrity trough much cheaper means but then again, why not go all the way an get a Range Rover turned into a red ranger?

2012 Kahn Vesuvius Orange Range Rover Sport is the name of the latest tuning made by the exceptional Afzal Kahn. What you might don’t know here is that the Vesuvius is a style and concept originally developed by Kahn which has been copied by many since then. Now, the designer is coming up with new revamped 2012 model of this range rover sport Vesuvius.
It carries a range of upgrades which include improvements in terms of performance, fuel efficiency and gear ratios. Even more, the vehicle receives as well an upgraded audio and infotainment system with the new generation’s seven-inch touch screen which features the dual view technology and rear-seat entertainment with screens mounted in the front headrests.
Furthermore, there are also enhancements regarding the exterior, which is now fitted with Kahn LE exterior upgrade. It includes a wide track aerodynamic styling package with vented wide wheel arches and integrated LED daytime running lights, quad stainless steel exhaust system, liquid gold calipers, RS front grille with 3d mesh, grille insert in carbon fibre, exhaust side vents and Kahn branding.
Paint detailing includes: matt pearl grey door handles, Vesuvius orange side vents and a grille surround. What is more important here is the 3.0 liter SDV6 diesel engine, which now produces an improved 256hp (188 kW) at 4,000rpm with maximum torque of 600Nm(443 lb.-ft.) at 2,000rpm.
This engine utilizes a parallel sequential turbo charging system which enhances the throttle response with a maximum torque already available from only 2,000rpm. The 3.0 liter diesel delivers 500Nm (369 lb.-ft.) in only 500 milliseconds from idle. What this basically means in that it offers instantaneous access to 83 percent of maximum torque in the lower rev ranges.

Moreover, the engine is linked to the ZF 8HP70 eight-speed automatic gearbox. The latter now offers smooth shifts and improved fuel economy. What is specifically interesting around the gearbox here is that it as brains. In general, this means that when it is in hot conditions it selects a lower gear to run the engine and air conditioning pumps faster to cool down the cabin quickly.
On the other hand, when operating inn cold conditions it runs the engine faster to reduce warm-up time and emissions. The 2012 Kahn Vesuvius Orange Range Rover Sport has also been equipped with the Drive Select rotary gear shift and steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Factory options include: Electric glass sunroof, rear view camera, front and rear parking sensors, power folding mirrors, colour satellite navigation, Harman Kardon surround sound iPod.
How about the interior of the vehicle: it is completed with the Kahn LE interior package. The latter consists of bespoke RS front and rear seats in diamond quilted perforated black leather with Vesuvius orange inserts, matching centre arm rest and door tops, carbon fibre interior facia trim, speedo and rev counter in red, diamond gear selector, Churchill time clock with Swarovski diamond bezel, Kahn illuminated sill plates and machined foot pedals.
Furthermore to be mentioned here is that this vehicle rides on 22” Kahn RS wheels finished in the color of customers choice and fitted all original centre caps. With this important addition, now the Vesuvius looks even more elegant and innovative.
Of course the Orange Range Rover is available in petrol and diesel models, both in right hand or left hand drive. The 2012 Kahn Vesuvius Orange Range Rover Sport is available for £73 875.

“Auto Motor und Sport” is one of the well known automotive magazines in Germany and recently its readers voted the Range Rover Evoque as the most popular import SUV in the country. That is good news for Arden, a tuning house based in Germany that has more than 40 years of experience with British carmakes. Naturally, now they have introduced some enhancements for the Evoque which will give that extra character a good SUV deserves.
In a frontal view, the Arden Evoque makes an impression with its new, handmade, stainless steel mesh grill that has the company’s typical patterns. A party piece further back is the addition of illuminated side stainless steel pipes. They have been specially designed for the Evoque and subsequently they fit perfectly. You can use a remote control to turn them on for that instant glamor and functionality as well – light can come in handy when getting in or out.
Sadly the Arden Evoque won’t be too fit for off-roading for the springs are also of a special kind – the 30mmlower kind – while that might be viewed as a slight disadvantage, it does give the SUV an attractive road stance.
It’s not all shell decorations with the Arden people. The Evoque’s 2.2 Diesel engine has underwent an ECU tweak with an end result of 30 hp more power and 50 Nm additional torque. That may not sound a lot but it will certainly be felt at low and medium engine speeds.
