    The FolienCenter-NRW is going to celebrate a landmark anniversary next year, for their team has spent almost over nine years of designing car paint, car wrapping window tinting etc.

    FolienCenter-NRW’s wrapping can be seen on boats and even planes, as well as every detailed digital wrap is viable. The team does not make any difference between different car models. Everything is designed with the same exact style by the team. Working only with high-quality material, FolienCenter is known to be an outstanding wrapping designers and manufacturers. The PWF-Exclusive Line, which is currently on high demand, is also among the range.

    Last November, FolienCenter-NRW received two awards for excellent performance and style, during the “European Wrap Star 2013”.  It took part of wrapping competition among other 25 international competitors. The competition was about swiftness and class in it’s segment. FolienCenter-NRW ended up in first place at the end of the race. This year’s November, the team will be competing again at the”European Wrap Star”, in order to repeat last year’s success and defend their title.

    FolienCenter-NRW’s has its own wrapping hall of 500 m2, and six new works paces where its seven trained employees can do their work undisturbed.  There are additional customization area and construction area, where interested customers can browse the wrapping materials in their genuine state, before they make their respective order.

  • NRW Volkswagen Passat CC With Enhanced Power Output

    NRW-Volkswagen-Passat-CC-THUMBThe latest project by FolienCenter-NRW is this Volkswagen Passat CC which has been wrapped with high-grade Marrakech brown-matt taken from the Hexis foil program. However, they have made a contrast with the warm brown colour shade and the roof, external rear-view mirrors and the radiator grill which were covered in glossy black.

    In addition, there is also a three-dimensional “R” relief which is embossed on the broad C-column in the wrapping dress. It is naturally reflected in the factory-installed R-line bodywork package of the luxurious flagship.

    The specialists have also equipped this Volkswagen with new set of shoes. To make it even more luxurious they have included Bentley Mulliner rims with matt-black stars which perfectly match the 9×20-inch Nobel wheels. The latter in addition were applied with Nankang NS-II tyres of the dimension 225/30R20.

    Furthermore, the CC was given a lowering DDC coilover kit which ensures that the wheel-tyre combination is completely fitted in the wheel houses. An additional boost in the engine was delivered by SKN. The professionals there managed to increase the output of the 2.0 litre TDI engine from 170 hp (125 kW) to about 210 hp (155 kW) via “stage 1” engine map optimization.

    This enhancement also resulted in increase of maximum torque which now is more than 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) and thus leading to a powerful thrust whenever the accelerator is pressed.

    At last, FolienCenter-NRW also put some efforts on the interior of the Passat CC. For instance the company equipped the car with aluminium surface of the R-line package on the dashboard, centre console and door linings wrapped in the colour of the car, R-line sports steering wheel which is flattened below and R-line aluminium pedal systems.

  • FolienCenter-NRW Audi TT RS In Chrome Red Delivers 501 HP

    FolienCenter-NRW-Audi-TT-RS-THUMBChromium wrapping is expected to be one of the most important trends that are happening at the moment. For this reason the wrapping experts at FolienCenter-NRW have given a new skin to this Audi TT RS in exceptional “chromium red” prototype wrap of Hexis.

    Thanks to this, the Audi becomes an absolute attention “grabber”. Furthermore, the red chrome gives the perfect contrast to the elements in matt silver, such as the exterior mirror which is in factory-chosen matt silver, as well as the high-gloss consolidated Audi RS6 rims.

    To be more precise, the 9×20 inches rims are covered all round with Hankook S1 Evo tires of 225/30R20. In addition, Bilstein B16 coil-over suspension is responsible for the opulent lowering.

    What is more, the unit under the hood has been also reworked with the help of LOBA motorsports components: LO500P turbo charger, charge air inter-cooler, fuel pump; and the better high-performance ignition plugs and a final software optimization by FTS Fahrzeugtechnik.

    The result is that the five-cylinder TFSI engine generates now exactly 501 horsepower (368 kW) from its 2.5 liter cubic capacity and maltreats the Sachs-Performance clutch with a maximum torque of 563 Newton meters (415 lb-ft).

    That is not all! This Audi has a deep voice to show thanks to the Milltek exhaust system following up on the HJS racing catalytic converters. It has the ability to cover the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds on its way to the top speed of 320 km/h.
