As you may know, these fine gentlemen are a sort of magicians with incredible powers in the field of exclu-sive tuning and refinement of sports and luxury vehicles. And here they are proudly revealing their latest creation: Lifestyle. This is a Ford truck that has undergone some comprehensive tun-ing program and now catches the eye with some incredible features. So, let’s waste no more time and see what this bad boy hides under the sleeves.

First of all, this thing is tall: it is with a total of 5 centimeters taller than the original and it also bears some kind of higher-mounted kit. The side bumpers are widened with a total of 7,5 centi-meters and additional 30mm spacer discs are geared to the four axle ends. Also, the team geared the vehicle with neat 9×18-inch wheels, wrapped by 285/60-18 tires. Long story short, this thing is massive. And muscular.

Also, we are pretty sure that Ford fans will be pleasantly surprised by this big guy: MR Car De-sign engineers and stylists have managed to keep these notable and menacing original Ford lines, but at the same time they have also added stylish and clean details. Indeed one of the most notable additions is the aluminum checker plate, covered in matte black. There are also other chrome parts in black vinyl and black. Cool. Definitely cool.

The Reasons Behind the 450 Horsepower of this BMW M3 E90 by MR Car Design

MR Car Design BMW M3 E90 CLUBSPORT front view We haven’t heard about MR Car Design for a long time now. In fact it has been almost two years since we wrote about a project made by the tuners. It seems that during this time the ambitious car freaks did not stop the hard work. In fact their latest project looks fantastic and features exclusive changes to some vital parts.

Under the attention of the talented tuning company is the fourth generation BMW M3 E90. It was initially under a Clubsport transformation, and it was time for MR Car Design to do the engine software optimization.

Software Optimization

After the software changes done to the engine, the result is 450 HP (331 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. The tops speed was also boosted and now reaches above 300 km/h (180 mph). In addition, the installed Evo exhaust system has significant part of the fulminate Performance of this M3. The new exhaust and all of the “surgical” changes on this BMW are all work of the Clubsport team.

And have you spotted the huge 19-inch black rims, which were coated with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires in 245/35-19 on front and 265/35-19 on the rear axle. The tuners also installed spacer plates of 10 mm on the front and 15 mm on rear axle, KW Clubsport variant 2 coilovers with camber regulation combined with H&R stabilizer kit, and the yellow painted Stoptech braking system.

The cabin was also a subject of transformation. Here we can spot the Wiechers rollover bar with cross, black Schroth safety belts type Profi III-FE and a rear strut brace. The remarkable windshield wedge and the M-typical coloring at the forefront are also unique for this project.

Retro Styling For MR Car Design Volkswagen Beetle

Volkswagen Beetle will always be one of the most emblematic vehicles of the automotive industry. When this car in its current form gets transformed by the luxury tuning specialists such as MR Car Design, the result is sumptuous.

To be more precise, the here presented Beetle has been equipped by MR Car Design with a fully electronic G-Ride air suspension, which was added on the front and rear axle and was sportively trimmed. In addition, the height in front or rear can be adjusted by remote control or fully automatically.

In order for the vehicle to have a perfect on-road presence, the tuning professionals have installed on it 8×19” wheels which were perfectly coupled with 225/35-19 tires. Regarding the poweroutput of the car, MR Car Design has performed carefully a 2.0 TDI chip tuning software optimization.

The result is that the Volkswagen now is capable of generating up to 210 PS (154 kW) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque. In addition, the tuners have also added cat exhaust systems, G-Ride air suspension and coilovers, sport rims and foil wrapping.

MR Car Design Volkswagen Passat CC – 502HP and 700Nm

MR Car Design has introduced a highly tuned Volkswagen Passat CC. The four-door coupe comes with extremely powerful engine and slightly touched exterior.

The 3.6 liter V6 received HGP Turbo Upgrade. The power is 502HP (369 kW) and 700Nm (519 lb-ft) of torque. This is an increase of 202HP and 350Nm. The power is sent to the road through 4Motion AWD system. The tuning company also installed a sports exhaust system for brutal sound.

The suspension is improved by installing DDC coilovers made by KW. The wheel set includes OZ Ultraleggera rims – 8J x 18” ET35 fitted with 235/40 R18 tires. The brake system is also improved – Stoptech ST-40 coming with grooved 355 x 32 mm discs for the front axle and EBC Brakes for the rear. For improved handling, front and rear stabilizers by H&R have been installed.

No words about pricing, but we are sure that the upgrades will cost almost as the car itself.

Mazda3 MPS by MR Car Design

MR Car Design Mazda3 MPS exudes power and attitude. Mazda3 MPS is originally being one of the most powerful series production vehicles with front wheel drive. Here however, we have an aim which successfully has given this vehicle even more strength in horsepower.

The people responsible for that are the specialists from MR Car Design. They have taken this hard task to give the sporting dynamicist even more power. Originally the Mazda is equipped with 2.3 L engine, which includes turbo support.

This means that the vehicle can generate 260 hp (191 kW) and has a maximum torque of 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) at 3,000 r / min. The crew from MR Car Design gave the engine boost in terms of performance via software. Thanks to that the car is able to produce 310 horsepower (228 kW).

Furthermore, a downpipe with or without catalytic converter, and an exhaust system from the downpipe can be mounted optionally. In addition to this another highlight here is the Forge Intercooler, which includes all turbo hoses.

At last, this unique Mazda runs on a set of wheels with Qxigin 14-inch rims in 8,5 x19 and has a KW coilover suspension.

BMW E46 M3 CSL by REIL Performance

MR Car Design BMW E46 M3 CSL
This project is completed thanks to the collaboration between REIL Performance and MR Car Design. Both companies will produce totally 1383 units of the limited edition BMW E46 M3 CSL, where the last three letters stand for, according to BMW, light weight construction of Coupe Sport.

Doors and tailgates are made from a strong resistant carbon, which is also ultra-light contributing to the reduction of weight. The rear wing is originally from the Porsche GT3, side windows and rear window are made of Plexiglas.

BMW M3 CSL is powered by a fantastic Inline six-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine delivering 360HP (265 kW) at 7900RPM and 370Nm (270 lb-ft) of torque at 4900RPM. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. 0-100 km/h in less than 5 seconds and a top speed of 308 km/h (191 mph). ¼ mile in 13.0 seconds with 170 km/h (106 mph).

The tuned M3 CSL rolls BBS Motorsport wheels fitted with Yokohama set of tires. The suspension comes from Bilstein granting perfect road behavior at all conditions. The brake system consists of 6-piston calipers at the front and 4-piston at the rear with brake discs from Porsche GT3.

The E46 M3 CSL is shrouded in dark blue color of CFC foil as the base and the strips of the same origin are presented in Bright Blue Metallic and Cherry Red.

Also in the interior REIL performance has nothing left to chance and installed a welded cage from company Cardiff.

Opel Insignia OPC by MR Car Design

We will maintain that these days it’s rather rare to see a pumped up Opel. More specifically, an Insignia. That is why we deem this Insignia OPC by MR Car Design as a really good find. OPC is used to distinguish a production performance Opel Insignia from a standard model. But it is more than visible that someone has been tinkering with this one. At the very least, the ride is low. Way too low. In fact so low that even a roadkill will be seen as a threat while on the move.

It is, what it is then. With the Reil G-Ride suspension, one can scrape off tarmac with the car’s apron. Subsequently those wheel arches are well filled with 8,5×20 front and 9,5×20 rear Oxigin aluminum rims. Seemingly no other alterations have taken place on the inside.

As a standard OPC, the Opel Insignia, with its 2.8 liter V6, develops 321 hp and 435 Nm of torque. That’s sounds pretty brisk. By fiddling with the software of it, fitting a sports catalyst and a sports air filter, MR Car Design have pushed the engine’s limits even a bit higher – 375 hp and peak torque of 495 Nm.

MR Car Design Volkswagen Golf VI R32

MR Car Design has introduced their pimped Golf VI R32. The athlete is co-developed with BTS-Racing and the result is impressive. The engine conversion includes reinforced DSG gearbox and R 32 HPG Turbo-Kit. The result is whopping 465PS (342 kW) and 550Nm (406 lb-ft).

MR R32 also has a KW Clubsport suspension, a Stoptech 4-piston braking system with 355×32 mm discs. There are also H&R stabilizers – front and back as well as reinforced engine, transmission and suspension components. The chassis received polyurethane Superpro bushes.

The mighty tuned Golf R32 stads on OZ Ultraleggera HLT matt and powder-coated in two colours – 9J x 19“ ET45 with 225/35 ZR19 high-performance tires.

Last, but not least, a valve controlled 3“ sports exhaust system has been mounted, which delivers very good sound characteristics.

Car Design offers a wide range of the storage possibilities for interested customers, both in summer and in winter. When it comes to the maintenance of the sport cars it is extremely convenient service.

MR Car Design Volkswagen Caddy

Need more stance! Obviously the Volkswagen Caddy is not the best eye-catcher in its factory version. That’s why, the company MR Car Design from Erftstadt has virtually transformed the high roof combi into something unique and low… very low!

The tuned Caddy is fitted with air suspension on the front and rear axle, which can be adjusted either remotely or automatically. Each axle can be height adjusted separately, so if you want you can lower only the front end or the rear one. The result is really impressive and the Caddy III has unique stance.

In addition, this version is made for craftsmen with extreme load because of the leveling. To get the Caddy a little from the truck corner, the Erftstadt have sensibly used Rotiform-alloy wheels in dimensions 8.5J x 19” fitted with 225/35 R19 tires.

This Caddy associated with the current VW face since a facelift for summer 2010 – at least as it now stands in front of the inclined viewer thanks to MR Car Design – wants more, especially because a number of engine variants is available , depending on the intended replacement option.

MR Car Design Volkswagen Girlz Style-Eos

Do you really believe that tuning is a macho-thing only? Well, if you do you are wrong! And VW Girlz Style-Eos will prove you wrong! Nowadays some women are even more interested in making their car look prettier than ever! And we all have rights about it, haven’t we.

What’s so unique about this automobile? Well, first of all is to be mentioned that the Barracuda Wheels wheel rim producer had offered a dedicated “Girlz Style” light-metal wheel collection. It is so special that it captures the attention of all the ladies, especially those ones who are keen on the sparkling Swarovski stones, with which the rim wells are colourfully decorated. This “Sparkling VIP” wheel set with “glitter & glamour” tape of rose-coloured Swarovski stones integrated in the outer wheel rim edge on a VW Eos was carefully produced by MR Racing from Eschweiler near Aachen. They have installed this Barracuda Karizzma with the dedication “Girlz Style”. And yes, every girl will fall in love with it – there’s no second thought!

And moreover – this “Beauty” has the 8.5J x 19-inch wheel rims all covered with Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres, size 225/35R19. To bring more comfort, MR special racing springs provides a good lowering of about 50 mm. Even the brake callipers are also painted in pink as are some covers below the motor hood! This is where a “KW-unit”-power box is installed as well. It has the function to increase the output of the charged 1.4 litre TSI-four-cylinder motor in connection with an accumulation pressure optimised stainless steel exhaust system (70 mm as of Kat) with four 84 mm end pipes by approx. 28 HP (18 kW). Therefore the maximum torque now increases by amount 50 Newton meters (37 lb-ft) in parallel.

In this tuning the additional instrument console is installed in the middle console (also made from KW-System), displaying charge pressure and oil temperature. It has a “PushToPass” button for spontaneous interim sprints, as well as a “Sports” button for more aggressive gas pedal reconciliation. And what the ladies will love for sure is the gearshift lever and the pedal set of a VW Golf 6 GTI. Yes, MR Racing, VW Eos made this unique and classy cabriolet a dream-come-true for a lot of women around the world!

MR Car Design Maserati Quattroporte

Maserati Quattroporte has received another tuning package, but this time from MR Car Design. The saloon design always followed the motto: A luxury sports car with a place for four.

The tuning specialists added a stainless steel sport exhaust system with four tailpipes 76 mm in diameter each. The whole car has been lowered by installing H&R springs kit and for perfect stance. Windows tinting is available as an option.

Finally, the tuner has made an ECU re-map, which adds 30PS – totally 430PS (316 kW) and 480Nm (354 lb-ft) of torque.

MR Car Design Quattroporte stands on enormous Vossen alloy wheels in dimensions 9J x 22” fitted with 245/30 R22 at the front and 10.5J x 22” with 295/25 R22 at the rear.

Maserati’s flagship was produced in 2008 and was used by the Italian government as an official car. The President and the Head of government, however, each drive an armored version, which fuel consumption rate, because of its weight, is a carefully guarded state secret.
