Vorsteiner has released details about their latest tuning project based on BMW M6 F13 Coupe.

The tuning company developed only styling modifications including a new front spoiler, aero side blades, a modified rear diffuser and a deck lid spoiler. The exterior appearance is completed by a set of Special Edition Forged VSE-003 Forged Monoblocks – 9.5J x 21 at the front and 11J x 21” at the rear. Pricing is available upon request.

BMW M6 F13 Coupe is powered by a 4.4 liter twin-turbo V8 (S63B44TU) – 560HP (412 kW) at 6,600RPM and 680Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque available at just 1,500RPM. 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds , 0-200 km/h in 12.0 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) – electronically limited or 300 km/h (186 mph) with M Drivers package. The engine is connected to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox sending the power to the rear wheels. ¼ mile in 11.7 to 11.9 seconds.

The curb weight is 1,850 kg (4,079 lbs) and the powerful sports coupe is able to cover 100 km with just 7.6 liters on Highway.

2014 M6 F13 Coupe is priced from $ 112,450 in the US (excluding destination charge).

Vorsteiner GTS-V BMW 1M Coupe

It has arrived. Vorsteiner‘s GTS-V program for the BMW 1M Coupe is a fact of life – “Autoclave Pre-Preg” carbon fiber aerodynamic components, some wheels and a sport exhaust system that’s beneficial to the power output.

The finished product is laden with character yet remains subtle. We have a GTS-V add-on spoiler for the front that also flings air to the disk brakes and a rear diffuser with a splitter and jutted fins. For the sake of lightness, the boot lid has been replaced entirely and now weighs only 11.5 lbs. A set of the company’s 20 or 21-inch VS-400, forged, multi spoke wheels also helps keep the unsprung weight down.

Vorsteiner would not leave it to that however. A stainless steel (or titanium optionally) system ups the power output by around 15 hp and 5 lb-ft of torque and will most probably make your ears bleed. So that would be 350 hp and 337 lb·ft of torque from the 1M’s 3.0-litre straight six. We reckon that it will do the naught to sixty run faster than the 4.3 second mark (the stock one’s time) on a drag strip. A real life evidence would be most welcomed.

Vorsteiner BMW 1M Coupe Kit

Vorsteiner have released something like a teaser for a program, but have also spilled pretty much all the beans on what’s it going to be. The project in question is a “1M Coupe GTS-V“ Surely we have to be talking about a BMW. The debut is set for the end of May while for now, all we get to see are the pieces of kit that are supposed to go on the finished product. It still is worth a peek, this carbon fibery goodness.

We have a carbon fiber pre-preg front spoiler with ducts that channel air to the brakes, a carbon fiber rear diffuser with the fins and splitters and everything and an entire boot lid – lighter and with an integrated lip spoiler. What we don’t see in the gallery are the 19/20-inch forged concaved wheels, the cat back exhaust system and the floor mats… apparently. They will have orange piping – thrilling.

The 19th of May will see full reveal at the Bimmerfest 2012 in Pasadena, CA.
