  • Pure Focus: Vorsteiner Ferrari 599-VX

Vorsteiner-Ferrari-599-VX-THUMBVorsteiner Ferrari 599-VX is now out enhancing the fluidic natural lines and essence of the emblematic car. As a true Ferrari, this vehicle is pure perfection, which now is even more perfect.

The tuners from Vorsteiner have enhanced the aerodynamics of this icon in several ways. First of all they have added a 599-VX Front Bumper with integrated spoiler and thus have improved the front end. The pieces of it serve in such way that they keep the functionality without making any compromise on quality, aesthetics, or performance.

In addition, this also contributes to a leap from sports to a race car. Using the latest in carbon technology, Vorsteiner were able to create a tuning program that offers incredible weight savings over the factory pieces.

Next added here are the 599-VX Carbon Fiber Vented Race Hood and the 599-VX Carbon Fiber Side Sill Extension Blades, which gives a subtle aggressive look to the Ferrari. Saving weight from the factory hood it seamlessly adds a muscular sophistication on its sculpted body. This part gives superior stiffness, aerospace strength and more durability.

599-VX Carbon Fiber Rear Bumper and the 599-VX Carbon Fiber Deck Lid Spoiler on the other hand keep Ferrari’s race heritage. Here, the inclusion of the rear bumper with integrated diffuser was designed in order to stabilize the additional down force provided by the front and side elements.

At last, some small details contribute to the overall new feeling that the car delivers to the driver and occupants. Such for instance are the 4-piece Vorsteiner 599-VX Floor Mats, which were designed to precisely fit and accent the car. Adding more luxury and durability, they were made with slip resistant material that keeps the shape and form of the mat.

  • Vorsteiner 599-VX Custom Ferrari 599 Coupe

Vorsteiner-599-VX-Ferrari-thumbWe’ve seen this (or something like it) before, but Vorsteiner say it’s a completely new project – It’s the 599-VX custom Ferrari 599. New or old, we couldn’t say no to it. We really liked the fact that Vorsteiner have dropped the racing stripe and the numbering. The front grille also looks new (more meshy now).

They say that the aftermarket components act as a 70 percent lighter alternative to the original. That’s supposedly due to the fact that all the body elements from Vorsteiner are made from carbon fiber at its best. The air-intakes, slashes and vents and so on are made to complement the Ferrari 599’s Italian curves but they also strive for functionality. Then there are the 1-Piece Forged Monoblock wheels which are exclusively made for the 599. The type of coating and color is up to the client.

The unorthodox looking tailpipes at the back only hint that the whole exhaust system has been hand-crafted with performance and sound in mind. And a standard Ferrari 599 no doubt has what it takes to walk the talk – a 6.0 liter V12 aluminum engine body that produces 612 hp at the staggering 7600 rpm. Torque is almost just as much in Nm. It’s quite understandable why Vorsteiner got only to the hood (those overt-the-top vents) and gave up there. There’s simply no need to alter or add power.

Here’s what the complete 599-VX program from Vorsteiner looks like:

    • Front Bumper Integrated with Optical Carbon Fiber Chin Spoiler

    • Louvered Race Hood with Carbon Fiber Optic Vents

    • Carbon Fiber Side Sill Extension Blades

    • Rear Bumper with Integrated Rear Diffuser Carbon Fiber

    • Aerodynamic Deck Lid Spoiler Carbon Fiber

    • 20, 21, or 22 inch Special Edition Forged Aluminum Multi Spoke Wheel

    • Stainless Steel Race Exhaust System with Dual Race Tips Brushed

  • Romeo Ferraris Ferrari 599 GTO

Romeo Ferraris has unveiled their tuning program for the superfast gran turismo car – Ferrari 599 GTO. It comes with performance modifications and some minor styling changes. The 6.0 liter naturally aspirated V12 is boosted to 685PS (504 kW) and 633Nm (467 lb-ft), which is an increase of just 15PS and 13Nm. The result is thanks to two upgrades – a high-flow air filter and a different exhaust system. However, the mighty engine can produce up to 710PS (522 kW) and 668Nm (493 lb-ft) after an ECU re-map to make sure that the new hardware upgrades work just fine. This is better increase of 40PS and 48Nm, which the owners should feel. The styling changes include some carbon fiber elements like mirror covers, a front add-on splitter for the bumper and a sporty rear diffuser. All parts are tested, so they won’t spoil the aerodynamics of the 599 GTO.

  • Ferrari 599XX Evolution at Suzuka [HD video]

Ferrari World has released a nice video presenting the 599XX Evo, which hits Suzuka race track in Japan. However, this is an increase of 20PS thanks to a new exhaust system redirected to the sides of the vehicle.

Last, but not least, the 599XX Evo is 35 kg (77 lbs) lighter and has a shorter final gear ratio for improved acceleration.

  • ANDERSON Germany FERRARI 599

Can you imagine that the Ferrari 599 that is already equipped with the nearly spectacular 620 horsepowers (455 kW) can be further enhanced? Well if you do so – you are right. These improvements were made by the Dusseldorf-based ANDERSON Germany Company. It brought its power to the total of 491 kW or 658 HP, with the 6.0 liter capacity and the corresponding torque, by means of optimizing the software. What is interesting as well is that the exhaust system now can be adjusted by a remote control in two sound stages. ANDERSON Germany Company brought to life a nearly-racing edition of the street-legal race car that accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h just in 3 seconds and furthermore it has the maximum speed far beyond 300 km/h.

Basically what they have done is to save weight, and that inevitably speaks of high-tech carbon material. Of this lightweight and at the same time high-strength material, are made the outer mirrors and the front bumper hang-on parts, side skirts and the rear bumper, as well as the rear diffuser. In addition the car features the complete varnishing in “ANDERSON Germany Black Diamant Metallic” with glossy black racing stripes and red rims alongside the windows and tail lights toning which definitely makes a statement. And if you wonder how the connection between this luxury car and the unworthy tarmac is made, the answer lies in the size of 9J x 21″ of the three-spike shiny black rims with red trimmings coupled with 245/30-21 tires. And if you are willing you can also choose size 12J x 21″ rims with 345/25-21 tires. Furthermore a bit style is added by the red-varnished brake caliper which is well visible through the wheels.

Further transformations are made in the interior of the car. First of all thee ANDERSON Germany did a complete finishing with the black carbon leather combined with the red perforated leather. You can also see a diamond-shaped stitching and the red rand on the seat upholstery. Because of the weight saving, gearshift, door handles, window lifters, door sills and center console have been manufactured entirely from the carbon fiber.
