BMW Competition Package: Brand’s Tribute to M3 and M4 Models

2016 BMW M3 Competition Package BMW M3 Saloon, M4 Coupe and M4 Convertible will be available with special Competition Package that improves dynamics and significantly boost performance rates.

For example, BMW M3 Saloon and BMW M4 Coupe with 7-speed M Double Clutch gearbox will finish the 0-100km/h (62mph) in 4.0 seconds, while M4 Convertible will reach the same speed in 4.3 seconds. Impressive, right?

Competition Pack will grant buyers with fine-tuned Adaptive M Suspension with new springs, dampers and anti-roll bars and three selectable driving modes: Comfort, Sport and Spot+. Also, the standard Active M Differential on the rear axle and the DSC Dynamic Stability Control have been further enhanced to match the upgraded performance dynamics. And in order to give some visual effect to the drivetrain improvements, BMW also offers special multi-spoke M styling and mixed tires.

For BMW M3 and M4 Coupe, the pack offers special lightweight M sports seats, along with special seatbelts with woven-in BMW M stripes for boosting that sporty ambience. There is also a high-gloss Shadow Line exterior trim. the glossy black finish is applied not only to the side window trim, but also to the BMW kidney grille, side grills and the badge on the tail.

Also, in terms of visual upgrades the pack includes M sports exhaust system with black chrome tailpipes and overall sporty appearance. And let’s get this straight. The most beautiful part of the whole upgraded vehicle is the potent sound and its emotional impact on every automobile fan out there.

BMW Individual Celebrates 25th Birthday with Custom BMW M4 Coupe

2015 BMW M4 Coupe by BMW Individual is a vehicle which one does not see every day. There are several reasons for this fact. First it is an M4 series, and as we all know, the most favorited among all M specifications are the M3s. The other reason is that the car has been customized by BMW Individual, which is Bavarian company’s official customization division. And we must say it looks fantastic and stands out with its own uniqueness.

The reason for the release of this special car is BMW Individual’s 25^th birthday. So a one-off vehicle is always the best way to mark an anniversary, isn’t it?

Exterior

The outer looks of this anniversary 2015 BMW M4 Coupe by BMW Individual are characterized by a Macao Blue metallic paint finish. The special exterior color is accompanied by a black finish for the M front splitter. What we see at the top of the M4 is a carbon fiber roof that carries the legendary three-colored M stripes.

Interior

The cabin of this M4 is defined by unique upholstery. It is made of fine-grain Merino leather and features a bi-color treatment. Precisely, the shades are black & Silverstone and they have been contrasted via Silverstone stitching.

To celebrate the 25^th birthday, BMW Individual embroidered anniversary logos on the headrests. The hand brake as well as the centre console has been also wrapped in Silverstone leather. To make the interior even more harmonious, the experts added carbon fiber elements and Macao Blue metallic accents here and there. The characteristic M logo can be seen on the center console, hand brake and seats.

Engine

2015 BMW M4 Coupe by BMW Individual comes equipped with the six-cylinder TwinPower Turbo 3.0-liter unit. It produces no less than 431 horsepower (317 kW) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque. The force of the car is transmitted onto the road via seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It helps the car in achieving 4.1 seconds acceleration time for the 0-100 km/h sprint.

Vorsteiner Teases a 10th Anniversary Edition Vehicle Called GTRS4

It’s rather unusual for tuning companies to release teasers, but this is what we got today from the Californian-based specialists at Vorsteiner. Obviously they are preparing for the SEMA Show and this is why they have released a sketch of the vehicle they are premiering there. The details disclosed are scarce except for the name of the car, which is GTRS4 Wide Body. Although the manqué of the automobile wasn’t revealed, it is clearly visible that it is a BMW.

Even more, the kit will probably be offered on the BMW M4 Coupe. Judging from the sketches, it will feature an aggressive front bumper and a bulging hood. The mage also shows that there will be also added extended fenders and an aggressive rear diffuser. This tuning comes to celebrate Vorsteiner’s 10th anniversary. The car will be officially revealed on 4th of November during the SEMA Show.

Some of the special features for the MY2014 feature an updated MacPherson strut front and multi-link rear suspension.

BMW has published a new spectacular promotional video featuring M4 Coupe and 52 other ///M models. The Yellow sports car drifts around a specially prepared course of fan-owned BMW M cars.

The manufacturer didn’t name every single model taking part in the video, but we suggest that almost all available ///M models are covered including 4 race cars.

BMW Canada has published an awesome video featuring the new M4 Coupe and… an aircraft carrier converted into a drift course. The manufacturer is hoping to build excitement for their high-performance coupe.

Vorsteiner presents an impressive Austin Yellow BMW M4 Coupe featuring special edition forged VSE-003 alloy wheels. The set measures 10J x 20” at the front and 11J x 20” at the rear finished in a nice Gunmetal paint. The tires come from Michelin in size 275/30 ZR20 and 295/30 ZR20, respectively. BMW is now offering the all-new 2014 M3 Saloon and M4 Coupe at the UK market. The pricing is starting from £56,175 and £56,635, respectively. For the first time the Coupé and Saloon models receive individual model names, in deference to the different model series that provide their basis.

Both models boast exceptional performance and fuel efficiency. They are powered by a 3.0 liter TwinPower Turbo Inline six-cylinder – 431HP (317 kW) at 5,500RPM and 550Nm (406 lb-ft) at 1,850RPM. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) or an optional 280 km/h (174 mph). The acceleration is even better, when fitted with the optional 7-speed ///M DCT – 4.1 seconds to 100 km/h. BMW M4 Coupe MotoGP Safety Car

BMW has unveiled the 2014 MotoGP Safety Car based on the all-new M4 Coupe. The last season’s MotoGP safety car was an M6 Gran Coupe, but now all eyes are on the M4.

The exterior boasts the tradiotional ///M livery and the typical lettering as well as a light bar. By the way, it look a lot like a real cop car. With the BMW M4 MotoGP Safety Car, the German manufacturer is showcasing some of the performance parts available for the sports coupe like front skirt attachments, a rear spoiler as well as a new diffuser. All parts are made exclusively from carbon fiber for maximum lightness and strength.
