  • Top Gear: BMW M3 E92 vs. Audi RS5

    Here is an interesting test made by Top Gear. You can watch the latest BMW M3 E92 against Audi RS5. Both are sport coupes suitable for everyday drive or time attack on race tracks.

    BMW M3 E92 is powered by high-revving 4.0 litre V8 with 420PS (309 kW) at 8300RPM and 400m (295 lb-ft) at 3900RPM. The engine is mated either with 6-speed manual or SMG III dual-clutch gearbox. (more…)

    An „ordinary” BMW E92 M3 is a staggering car featuring aggressive sporty exterior, luxury interior and enormous mighty naturally aspirated V8 with 420PS. Obviously, this is not enough, because the tuning company WheelSTO now offers styling and performance upgrades for E92 M3.The exterior package features a 3D Design Carbon Fiber Lip, 3D Design Carbon Fiber Diffuser. Last, but not least WheelSTO installed a Challenge USA GT Carbon trunk with the integrated trunk spoiler.The tuned BMW M3 also comes with custom painted gloss black front kidney grills, side grills, painted reflectors and LED turn signals.   • BMW E92 M3 Agitator refined by RENM

    Another creation of the Australian tuning company RENM is M3 Agitator, based on E92 BMW M3.

    The car is powered by 4.0 liter naturally aspirated V8 revving to the epic 8400RPM. The power is 420hp and 400Nm of torque from the factory. However, RenM modified the engine a bit and increased its power to 450hp and 440Nm.

    The upgrades are carbon fiber air intake, sports air filter, high performance exhaust system and an adequate ECU remap for all these upgrades. The result is 30hp and 40Nm more. (more…)

  • BMW M3 GT2 Art Car by Jeff Koons

    Jeff Koons unveiled his Art Car, which is based on BMW M3 GT2. It was homologated to take part at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France on June 12-13, 2010.

    The Art car was introduced for the first time on June 1 in front of 300 international VIP guests in the Centre Pompidou, which is one of the world’s most prestigious cultural institutions for modern and contemporary art.
