  • Vorsteiner BMW E92 M3 GTRS3 Widebody

Vorsteiner-BMW-E92-M3-GTRS3-Widebody-THUMBVorsteiner BMW E92 M3 GTRS3 is race inspired and designed to be extremely aggressive along the street and the track. The aerokit, GTRS3 Widebody, is the perfect solution for those who want an increased traction and downforce for their E92 M3. Precisely, the kit comprises of a full front bumper, wide arch front fenders, extended side skirts, wide arch rear quarter panels, boot lid, and of course, a matching rear bumper.

The front bumper uses enlarged front intake ducting. It directs air to the front rotors, while the race stimulated front fenders boast vertical vents in order to ensure that the air doesn’t circulate within the wheel well.

At the rear, the wide arch quarter panels house the huge Michelin Pilot Super Sports 325 tires fitted with Flow Forged V-FF 101 wheels. They come in sizes 19×10 at the front and 19×11 at the rear, and carry a fancy five double-spoke design and are coated with Matte Black paint.

To further aid additional downforce and traction, the rear bumper features an integrated diffuser and side vents to transition the high-velocity airflow underneath the car preventing flow separation and drag.

BMW E92 M3 is powered by the high-revving 4.0 litre V8 engine, which produces 420 hp (309 kW) at 8300 rpm and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) at 3900 rpm. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds on its way to a speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). Without the limiter, E92 M3 can easily pass the 300 km/h (186 mph).

  • Atlantis Blue D2Forged BMW M3 CV13

D2Forged-BMW-M3-CV13-THUMBBMW E92 M3 is one of the most desired cars around the globe. Its one-of-a-kind Atlantis Blue paint finish contributes towards the exclusive look of this model as well as it corresponds to its aggressive sporty personality.

This paint color is undoubtedly shockingly different, vivid, but what made a particular M3 model even more spectacular was the addition of new wheels. Those responsible for the modification are the tuners at D2Forged Wheels, who are well experienced in delivering unique “shoes” for the exclusive cars on the road.

They have decided to equip this BMW with a set of D2Forged CV13 Deep Concave wheels, in the size of 19×9.5″ at the front and 19×11″ at the rear. They have a brilliant multispoke split design, which definitely matches the lines of the BMW M3.

In addition, the wheels are finished in Brushed Aluminum and include Chrome Lip as well as Gloss black inner. The result is, to say at least, impressive.

Unfortunately no modifications were made regarding the power output. The E92 M3 is powered by the 4.0 liter V8 engine, which produces 420 hp (309 kW) at 8300RPM and 400Nm (295 lb-ft) at 3900RPM. The car needs only 4.6 seconds to cover the acceleration sprint from 0 to 100 km/h on its way to an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).

  • BMW E92 M3 Crash [HD video]

Rear wheel drive and V8 in front is very bad combination, especially when the road conditions are severe. This is about to learn the driver of BMW E92 M3 in the video below. After fast overtaking of another vehicle on the right, the BMW runs into a large patch of water, causing the car to spin and hit the center divider. Although the BMW has an intelligent Dynamic Stability Control safety system, it can’t help wreckless drivers, who drive with over 100 mph on wet roads.

Despite the severity of the accident, thank God everybody in the BMW is OK and no one is seriously injured.

This accident is a perfect example why we should drive cautiously when the road conditions are not good, especially if we drive a powerful car capable of doing 100 mph in several seconds.

Check out the video below to see how € 72 900 car becomes a pile of metal in a second.

  • Manhart BMW MH3 V8RS Clubsport

Manhart Racing has revealed the most brutal E92 3-Series, which you can imagine. After the previous project – MH3 V8R with 655PS (482 kW), the tuning company is ready with the new one – the MH3 V8 RS Clubsport.

Firstly, the exterior is entirely modified in order to get maximum downforce. The aerodynamics package includes a front spoiler, modified hood, a pair of side skirts, wheel arch extensions, trunk li, an enormous adjustable rear wing and a rear diffuser. All parts are made from carbon fiber for maximum strength and lightness.

The look is completed by enormous the ultra-light Concave One “Black Edition” forged wheels 9J x 20” with 255/30 ZR20 Continental Sport Contact 5 high performance tires on the front and 12J x 20” with 325/25 ZR20 tires on the rear. Manhart BMW MH3 V8RS Clubsport Display

The E92 M3 received the brutal engine from BMW X5 M – a 4.4 liter twin-turbocharged petrol with 555PS (408 kW). Still, the tuners decided that this is not enough power for a small 3-Series car and boosted the monster to whopping 750PS (551 kW) and 910Nm (671 lb-ft) of torque. So , they made the car really hard to drive.  The engine is mated to a 6-speed M Sport automatic transmission sending all that power to a LSD from E60 M5. The weight of the car is 1590 kg (3505 lbs) meaning that it has power to weight ratio of 2.25 kg/hp.

    Performance – 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and a top speed of more than 350 km/h (217 mph).

Manhart Racing also took care about the brakes. They have installed MOVIT brake system with 6-piston calipers on the front with 396×34 mm discs and 4-piston calipers with 380×32 mm discs on the rear.

Undeniably, Manhart Racing have built a unique sports car.

  • BMW E92 M3 vs tuned BMW E92 335i

Here is a tough dilemma, when you want to buy a sports car and you are sure that this will be 3-series BMW. Whether to buy an expensive E92 M3 with true motorsport spirit or a nice everyday overpowered E92 335i. It is really a very difficult choice.

Firstly, BMW E92 M3 is simply brutal car, which hardly can be compared with anything else. It is powered by a magnificent high-revving S65B40 – 4.0 litre V8 delivering 420PS (309 kW) at 8300RPM and 400Nm (295 lb-ft) at 3900RPM. 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) – electronically limited. Without the limiter, E92 M3 can easily pass 300 km/h (186 mph).  The price is astonishing as the car itself – € 72 900.

The “real deal” in E92 M3 is its spirit. No other BMW build revs, goes and sounds like those came out from Motorsport GmbH. It is simply astonishing with the unique style and stance. You can’t mistake a real M3, when you see it. It is more aggressive with its aerodynamics package, a big bump on the front bonnet and four tail-pipes.

The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission or a new generation SMG III dual-clutch gearbox, which is even faster than the manual version. Everything in E92 M3 “screams” – SPORT… and nothing else.

On the other hand, we have a nice E92 335i, which is the top-of-range 3-Series (except M3). It comes with N54B30 (International Engine of the Year award in 2007 and 2008) – 3.0 liter twin-turbocharged straight-six with 306PS (225 kW) at 5800RPM and 400Nm (295 lb-ft) between 1300 and 5000RPM. The redline is at 7000RPM, so you have enough time to change gears even with such amount of power.  0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) – electronically limited. Without the limiter, E92 335i can hit 280 km/h (174 mph). Although, it is a lot slower than E92 M3, the twin-turbocharged model has many advantages and the biggest is the tuning potential.

With a simple and cheap DirectFlash N54 ECU software by ESS Performance, the everyday sports car become a real beast with 400PS (294 kW) and 550Nm (407 lb-ft) of torque. The RPM limit is moved to 7200RPM and the top speed governor is removed.

A boosted E92 335i is definitely a better choice for everyday use and especially when it comes to a price and running costs. However, one thing is for sure, when you step inside E92 M3, you’ll feel much better. Heart or brain? It’s up to you!
