  • Lamborghini Aventador, 458 Italia and LaFerrari Share Something in Common

Lamborghini Aventador in Carbon SkinLamborghini Aventador, Ferrari 458 Italia and Ferrari LaFerrari are all Italian-made cars. But this is not the single thing they share in common. If you take a detailed look at our picture gallery below, you will be amazed to find that all three have been made entirely from carbon fibre. How many of you have imagined these in a carbon skin? At least I did, and the experts responsible for these modifications are those at the so called “boutique carbon fibre atelier” Vitesse | AuDessus.

Lamborghini Aventador, 458 Italia and LaFerrari share something in common and it is not the Italian origin.

If you wonder about the meaning of the French words, they stand for “superior speed”. And we are not expecting less, when it comes to the trio especially when it is dressed in pure carbon.

The company specializes in making one-off automotive pieces, and what is more important here is that it is launching its services worldwide, which means that you now have the opportunity of owning such a superhero.

Ferrari 458 Italia has an exterior entirely made of carbon fibre.

As you can see from the images below, the hand-crafted lightweight material has been extensively used. What we can’t see is that it has been also utilized for the interior, many hidden components and the monocoques.

In fact, Vitesse | AuDessus has already worked on creating full carbon fibre bodies for vehicles like the Veyron, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918. However, the trio here literally takes my mind, and I didn’t expect that it is possible to make carbon fibre look so … diverse.

Ferrari LaFerrari in Carbon Fibre Skin

While on the Aventador the material looks more like a foil-wrapping (but it is not), on the LaFerrari and 458 Italia it looks like something innate. The question here is how fast will these Italian supercars accelerate and will they keep their aerodynamic stability. After all, carbon is famous for its use in weight optimization.

No details regarding these concerns were disclosed by Vitesse | AuDessus. But if you are still interested in ordering such a bespoke exterior, expect to be charged at least $200 000 USD. After all luxury and individuality have its price.

  • SR Auto Releases Two-Tone Pack for Lamborghini Aventador LP720

SR Auto Lamborghini Aventador LP720 Front and Side ViewSR Auto Lamborghini Aventador LP720 is the latest addition in the garage of the extremely popular Canadian tuners. As a matter of fact, I’m really fond of these guys. Their expertise is so exquisite that when they modify a vehicle it really stands out. And this is even if they have changed only the wheels. Well, the case with this Lambo isn’t the same. It actually received an extensive treatment for both its exterior and interior.

    Exterior

As you can see the exterior of the SR Auto Lamborghini Aventador LP720 looks least to say intriguing. It has been decided in two-tone paint scheme. This not only makes it looks more aggressive, but also perfectly characterizes its spirit.

The red and black theme is continued via painted or wrapped gloss black elements. The rear end sports a low down carbon fiber rear wing, while the front and rear received a massive LP720 bumper conversion.

    Interior

SR Auto Lamborghini Aventador LP720 Interior

The same design theme is found inside. The exclusive black leather and Alcantara upholstery for the seats and door guards has been contrasted via red stitching. In fact, the latter forms a diamond theme, making the SR Auto Lamborghini Aventador LP720 an example of perfection. The interior also features gloss black elements.

    Wheels & Tires

This exceptionally looking car runs on Gloss Black PUR LX04.V3 wheels. At the front they come in the size of 20×9, while at the rear the chosen dimension is 21×12.5. The wheel design also features Gloss Black step lip.

    Performance & Suspension

In terms of suspension, the Lambo LP720 comes with brand new PUR Sport Adjustment Arms. At last, SR Auto decided that it is a nice idea to boost little bit the performance of the car. For this reason they have added a frequency intelligent exhaust system.

  • Liberty Walk Teams Up with SR Auto for this Insane Lamborghini Aventador

2015 Liberty Walk Lamborghini Aventador is a one-off soupercar which has been crafted by the hands of the specialists at SR Auto Group. Striving to bring you the best, the Canadian experts has just revealed this insane Aventador. Their goal was to create something sleek and refined.

This is why this Lambo isn’t painted in some strange color and in fact it exudes elegance and class. However, the traditional black color was perfectly contrasted by the shiny matte silver PUR LX wheels that come in size of 20×9 at the front and 21×13 at the rear. They also feature polished lip.

The superior performance of the Aventador is supported by new Airrex suspension. Speaking of performance this beautiful black Lamborghini is powered by a V12 engine, which generates no less than 700 horsepower (522 kW) and 690 Nm (511 lb-ft) of torque.

What about the exterior? Of course, this is where the Liberty Walk modifications happened. To go into details, the vehicle received new LW front and rear fender flares, side skirts and GT wing. They look so normal on this Lambo that one might think they have been factory made.

Besides them, the supercar also got LP720 front and rear bumpers, which distinguish it additionally from the rest Aventadors. And if you by chance happen to be in Vancouver this summer, you would probably see it roaming on the streets.

  • Meet the Flame Throwing Nero Nemesis Lamborghini Aventador [VIDEO]

This Lambo is astounding! Not only because of its exceptional looks, but also because it has received some special performance and visual updates. The specialists responsible for this are those at the Netherlands based company Baan Velgen. Called Nero Nemesis (like an Arch Enemy song, isn’t it) because of its looks, the car has been fitted with HRE styling upgrades as well as Akrapovic exhaust.

First, I must say that the Aventador runs on alloys that were specifically created for its purposeful stance and athletic appearance. These forged wheels come directly from the working place of HRE and are named P101. Colored in Satin Black to match the exterior, they undoubtedly contribute for the impression that this Lamborghini leaves.

The next extra things about this car are the Akrapovic goodies. First, the tuners installed slip-on exhaust and then they continued with the Akrapovic link pipes. They both are responsible for the special look and the special sound of the LP700-4.

Oh, and did I mention that one of the most impressive features of this exhaust is its capability to shoot flames?

What is more, this exhaust also includes the power of the Aventador and also saves around 46% of weight over the standard exhaust. This means that the V12 unit will have the capability of producing more than 700 horsepower (522 kW) and 690 Nm (511 lb-ft) of torque.

    I’m sure you’ll enjoy this:

  • Vorsteiner’s Lambo Zaragoza Shows-Off with Aero Wing

Vorsteiner Lamborghini Aventador-V Zaragoza Aero WingVorsteiner is a Californian based tuning company which makes cars more beautiful. It is famous for its not-that-extraordinary love for exclusive and expensive cars. In fact, we have seen so far so many projects, and each of them shows this fantastic Vorsteiner touch. One of my most favorite examples of their work is the Aventador-V Zaragoza.

It seems like this project is evolving with time. Last time we have heard about it, the Lambo received Zaragoza front spoiler made of single piece of carbon fiber. Now it is time for the tuner to add another element, that was somehow missing, and it is the rear aero wing made of the in-house made signature PrePreg carbon fiber.

There are other two elements that make the Lambo stand out: Zaragoza Aventador-V comes also equipped with side skirts and a special rear diffuser. There is no need to say that the chosen material for these parts is the same as for the previous ones.

Furthermore, to make sure that the front spoiler is incorporated adequately, the specialists have extended the lines from the factory bumper in order to flow with the lower, wider, and longer carbon spoiler. This makes the front spoiler to be around 25 mm lower, 25 mm wider, and 200mm longer in comparison to the factory one.

The added vertical blades direct air away from the body, thus decreasing drag and turbulence, but also increasing stability. At last, this Lambo rides on Matte Black Technica Multipiece VTM-350 alloys in the size of 20×9 at the front, and 21×13 at the rear. They are coupled with Pirelli P Zero tyres in the dimensions of 255/30/20 and 355/25/21.

  • SR Auto Surprises with Aero Package for Lamborghini Aventador

SR Auto Lamborghini Aventador Side View After the very good feedback from the joint project of Liberty Walk and SR Auto Group, the insane Ferrari 458 Spider, the Canadian specialists are now presenting their next intriguing machine. If you have followed their work, then you should know that they have this special relationship with Lamborghini cars. When it comes to tuning them, they simply do their best.

The matte black exterior you see is not a new thing, but it is factory made. However, everything that is shiny and glossy can be attributed to the work of SR Auto that has installed the PUR Aero carbon fiber kit.

Precisely, it adds front lip and side skirts made from the lightweight material as well as rear diffuser. The project does not end with the installation of the kit, but continues with the new race adjustment arms that help bring the Aventador closer to the ground.

Regarding the performance of this beautiful matte Lambo, we only know that it has been given a new valvetronic exhaust system delivered by Innotech Performance. Probably, there isn’t a huge change in the numbers, so this means that the V12 under the hood produces no less than 700 horsepower (522 kW) and 690 Nm (511 lb-ft) of torque.

At last, we can’t just skip the wheels that contrast so prominently. PUR LX04.V3 was the choice for this Lamborghini. The alloys are finished in gloss brilliant silver and feature polished step lip. They come in 21 inches at the front corners and 21 inches at the back. Of course, low profile tires are a must!

  • Concours d’Elegance Meets Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV

Lamborghini is a brand which deserves all the attention it receives; there is no second thought on that, right? Since, we’ve showed you yesterday the graceful birth of the LP740 it is now time for more news around the Aventador. This time on spot is the LP750-4 SuperVeloce which has debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in the beginning of this month.

The car is obviously ready to conquer North America, because the company announced that it will make its premiere there at the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance this weekend. So, if you happen to be somewhere near, it will be a great experience if you visit it.

As we know, the new car is designed to be faster, lighter and more beautiful in terms of design. And so it is. In fact, Lamborghini says that this is the most “emotional” car that it has ever created. There are reasons for this of course, and the first one is the increased engine output.

As the name of the car suggests, the 6.5 liter V12 unit is now capable of the staggering 750 horsepower (552 kW) at 8.400rpm and maximum torque of 690 Nm (509 lb-ft) at 5,500 rpm.

This in turn shortens the acceleration time for the 0-100km/h sprint to just 2.8 seconds. Up until now, only a Bugatti could show-off with this number.

The second reason is the reduced weight. The new Lambo is 110 pounds lighter than its bigger and heavier siblings. The cause of the weight savings is that the technicians and designers decided to remove non-essential items such as the infotainment system, carpets and the soundproofing and front axle lifting system. In addition, there is an extensive use of carbon fiber in the body elements and in the single-piece racing seats.

Just like in Europe, LP 750-4 SV will be exclusively launched in Rosso Bia paint color and will be complemented by a black Alcantara-infused interior. There are no details around the US pricing, but we know that the car is hitting the North American retailers this summer.

  • Watch How Lamborghini LP740 is Born [VIDEO]

We usually do not comment on advertisements but when we do, this means that we were impressed by what we have seen. The case with the ad reviewed here is the same and I must admit that it is very rare for me to be left speechless after watching any kind of commercial. But it is exactly what the director Alessandro Pacciani commercial did to me.

In short, the video depicts the birth of Aventador LP740. And what happens in it is a vivid depiction that in the beginning were only ashes coming from an active volcano. Then the metal used for the construction of the LP740 was melted via lava coming out from the depths of Earth.

It seems that even the rubbers were made from lava. At last everything is slowly taking form and result in this speechless representation of the lively Lamborghini car. By the end of this short but very emotional film, we see the LP740 in its full form and function.

The viewer is left in the company of the impeccable presence of the Aventador, which accelerates effortlessly in some sort of tunnel. Speaking of acceleration this car is capable of a lot.

Precisely, this vehicle is unstoppable and can take your breath away with a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds. All this coming from the Aventador’s 6.5 liter V12 engine that produces exactly 740 hp as the name of the supercar shows. But enough talk, it’s time for show:

  • Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce: Lighter and More Powerful [VIDEO]

Yes, it is an Aventador, it is a SuperVeloce and it is a pure Lambo. Our expectations proved right since this is the model we predicted that it’s going to debut in Geneva. Lamborghini says that the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce is an expression of the purest essence of company’s super sports car. And this is why: first of all the vehicle is powered by the enhanced 6.5 liter V12 unit, which is capable of producing 750 horsepower (552 kW) at 8.400rpm. And since the car has reduced by 50 kg weight compared to its siblings, this means a power-to-weight-ratio of 2,03 kg/hp.

But the most impressive thing about these “simple” numbers (Bugatti beware) is that the Superveloce accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds! The top speed is more than 350 km/h (more than 217 mph). Variable Valve Timing and Variable Intake System have been improved in order to deliver better torque. Hence, the result is a maximum torque of 690 Nm (509 lb-ft) at 5,500 rpm.

Inside, the car has received some updates too. The focus here is again on weight reduction, which is visible via the new sports bucket seats and the door panels made of carbon. Due to weight saving issues this model excludes an infotainment system, carpets and some other parts. How about the instrument cluster? As you can see it is entirely new and features TFT screen with RPM shifting- and a G-force indicator.

New is also the Lamborghini‘s pushrod suspension system that was introduced to this model and the electromechanical Dynamic Steering (LDS), as well as the lightweight forged rims in matt black. They come in the size of 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear and are fitted with Pirelli P Zero Corsa sports tires.

Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 will be exclusively launched in Rosso Bia exterior color complemented by a black Alcantara-infused interior. The company will offer five other colors which are further to be announced.

There are far too many details since almost everything in this car was optimized. However, what is really captivating is that the company has created its fastest and most reactive car. And for those interested in buying one, well you have to spare around 327,190 Euros on the standard model. At last, we must mention that the car will have a market debut this spring.

  • Lamborghini and Pirelli Celebration Feast is Called Aventador LP 700-4 Pirelli Edition

Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Pirelli Edition - FrontLamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Pirelli Edition is new special series model which was designed in order to celebrate the collaboration between the Italian luxury brand and the Pirelli tire manufacturer. Their partnership began back in 1963, when Lamborghini brand was founded. This means that since birth, the luxury car have been equipped with Pirelli tires. The super sports car is built on carbon fiber monocoque, driven by the V12 engine, and equipped with pushrod suspensions and all-wheel drive.

Outside, the Lambo is finished in a two-tone color scheme, which is offered in two options. The first is a matte black for the roof, pillars, rearview mirrors, engine hood and front, rear, side and moving air intakes, combined with the contrasting six glossy finishes for the rest of the body. These include  Giallo Spica, Rosso Mars, Bianco Isis, Nero Aldebaran, Grigio Liqueo, and Grigio Ater.

The second one is glossy black used for the upper parts of the car and the air intakes, combined with four matte finishes for the rest of the exterior: Bianco Canopus, Nero Nemesis, Grigio Adamas, and Grigio Titans.

Something very distinctive in this car is the thin red stripe that runs along the roof and the engine hood, the rearview mirrors, and the outer profiles of the air intakes. To harmonize with this, the Pirelli logo is in red. The exterior also received transparent engine hood, engine compartment in carbon, glossy black Dione 20”/21”rims as well as P Zero tires with red logo and red calipers.

Inside, the car is upholstered with black Alcantara with red contrast stitching. The same red stripe theme is repeated on the inside and runs along the interior ceiling and seats. It also includes Lamborghini and Pirelli crests embroidered in red.

Furthermore, leather inserts can be seen on the door panels and seat sides. At last, what needs to be mentioned is the “Pirelli special series” plaque that comes to signify the exclusiveness of the model.

Oh, and the powertrain of course: it has the capability of producing 700 hp (515 kW) and it is combined with the ultra-fast ISR transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time is just 2.9 seconds and top speed reaching 350 km/h.

The exceptional new edition will be offered in Coupé and Roadster variant. It can be ordered now with deliveries expected in early summer of 2015.

  • SR Auto and DXSC Release Exclusive Aventador “Guardian of the Galaxy”

I’ve never seen more beautiful Aventador Roadster in my life! Honestly! And although I personally prefer a more minimalistic design, this “Guardians Of The Galaxy” inspired Lambo just took my mind. The tuners behind this project are two talented companies: the Vancouver super car club DXSC and SR Auto Group. They have given an allover galaxy wrap job to the car, making it wilder and more exceptionally attractive than ever. This tuning literally goes above and beyond Earth’s atmosphere!

This Aventador not only wears one of the most unique wraps I have ever seen up to date, but it also runs on a set of wheels that balance out the whole theme of the car. Landing on the galaxy was a set of ADV005 TS SL in a staggered fitment of 21×9 and 22×12 inches. They are in matte black color and feature gloss tint lip.

In fact, the wrapping technique didn’t really take much of my attention so far. But this galactic Lamborghini shows how a single foil and a set of wheels can be really worth of making it through to the news all over the world.

Unfortunately, except for the pictures and the presented data, there are no words whether the supersports car is further modified or not. And if this Lambo stays with the stock figures, this means that it will be capable of producing 700 horsepower (522 kW) and 690 Nm (511 lb-ft) of torque from its 6.5 liter naturally aspirated V12 engine.

The unit is coupled with a seven-speed ISR transmission sending the power to an AWD system. The 0-100 km/h acceleration sprint is covered in 3.0 seconds, while the 0-200 km/h – in 8.6 seconds. The top speed is positioned at 350 km/h (218 mph).

NOVITEC TORADO Aventador is made of carbon-fiber body components that can be found with a glossy or matt finish, as well as in a version for painting in vehicle or another contrasting and distinguishable color. The interior parts are made from the finest leather and Alcantara in any possible color. The custom-made staggered high-tech forged wheels of the car have diameter of 20 and 21 inches. The roadster version of the Lamborghini outshines its predecessor that is powered by 12-cylinder engine. Moreover, the new NOVITEC TORADO boosts up to 728 HP (535 kW) and has a high-quality exhaust system with excellent performance. The latter offers an optional active electronic sound management just at the push of a single button in the cockpit, thus, making the sound of the engine more impressive than ever. The reached peak torque is that of 709 Nm.

Yet, one of the most cardinal changes and upgrades by NOVITEC TORADO tunning are in the face of the new model. The front part is altered with a modified trunk lid that comprises of integrated air ducts and, again, modified air extractors before the windshield. The bumper on the front is modernized and replaced with a two-piece NOVITEC TORADO front spoiler on the left and right. There are also upgraded air intakes and a central blade. All of those refinements result in an absolute optimization of the handling stability at high speeds by reducing the negative lift of the front axle.

The NOVITEC TORADO high-performance exhaust system is available without engine tuning and it comes in either a stainless-steel model or a version that is made from lighter INCONEL used in Formula 1 racing.
