  • 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Exclusive Edition

    Porsche has unveiled a 911 Carrera 4S Exclusive Edition. The sports car will be sold exclusively in the UK, but nothing is mentioned about the pricing.

    The exterior boasts nice grey paint job and a “sport design” body kit. The interior features premium leather upholstery and Union Jack logos on the center armrest and door entry guards.

    The engine is the well-known 3.8 liter flat-six with 400HP (294 kW) and 440Nm (324 lb-ft) of torque. 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph).

    The manufacturer will produce it in limited series of just five units. The 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Exclusive Edition will be available from the official dealer in Hatfield, UK.

  • Porsche Celebrates 5M Facebook Fans With Unique 911 Carrera 4S

    2014-Porsche-911-Carrera-4S-Facebook-5M-THUMBPorsche is celebrating 5 million fans on Facebook with the release of a special edition car called 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Facebook 5M. In addition, the brand is giving a chance to its fans to drive this vehicle on the track.

    What make the car even more unique are the personalized inner-door sill guards with blue illumination. As you can see on the pictures below, this gives the 911 unmistakable presences on the outside as well as on the inside.

    Of course, the car has been built according to the tradition of Porsche – with precision and finest craftsmanship. For example, components of the interior also express the sporty and unique character of the car down to the smallest detail.

    Furthermore, the aluminum plays also an essential part in a sporty interior environment. In this particular car, brushed aluminum is utilized for the door panel trim strips, the centre console trim and the PDK gear selector. In addition, the same material is used for the creation of the pedals and footrest.

    Another special feature in this Carrera that is worth the attention is the dashboard trim strip in brushed aluminum with personalized lettering. On the other hand, regarding the exterior, the dynamic 20-inch Carrera S wheel with a white paint finish accentuates the unique sporty character of this Porsche and even more – it makes the overall visual stance of the car even more powerful.

    It is also necessary to mention that the car has been equipped with Aerokit Cup which consists of a newly styled front apron with a distinctive front spoiler lip and a rear spoiler with a fixed wing on top. These components were refined in the wind tunnel and the result is enhanced downforce on both axles and improved handling of the car at higher speeds.

    2014 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Facebook 5M has a combined fuel consumption of 11.0-10.5 l/100km, and CO2 emissions of 259-247 g/km.

    TechArt has presented their tuning package for the all-new Porsche 911 Carrera S. The tuned sports car will make its official debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

    The exterior boasts TECHART Exhaust System Racing with valve control and double centre tailpipes. It is controlled by the sport button at centre console the acoustic performance of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S becomes clearly more sonorous and throaty. There is also a Noselift System, which can raise the front of the car with 60mm (2.36”). The custom body kit includes a new front lip spoiler, rear wing and rear diffuser. There is also a pair of modified side skirts. The car rolls 20” or 21” alloy wheels fitted with ultra-low-profile tires.

    The interior boasts new door sills and back rests for black-leathered sport seats Plus in Emerald Green or door panels in black leather and green decorative stitching, all vehicle details take up the colour theme consistently. As it is for the ergonomically shaped TECHART 3-spokes sport steering wheel. Covered by black leather and Alcantara with green stitching, as well as integrated TECHART paddle shifters in black matt finish with green symbols, it forms a visual symbiosis with black and green TECHART Dials for instruments and Sport Chrono.

  • Cars & Art Porsche 911 Carrera 4S

    Cars & Art has introduced their tuned Porsche 997 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. The name of the project is “Pretty Boy” and you can see, why!

    The mighty Porsche is completely foiled in matte-white colour, but it also features some nice light blue elements. The tuned Carrera stands on enormous 20” OZ Racing Ultraleggera HLT wheels finished in gold paint and fitted with performance Dunlop Sport Maxx GT tires. There are also front and tail covers and the GT3 spoiler.

    The stance is unique thanks to H&R lowering suspension, which cut 35 mm of the ride height. Last, but not least, Cars & Art has installed a sports exhaust system with flap control.

    The Porsche 997 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S is powered by a 3.8 liter flat-six engine with 360PS (265 kW) at 6600RPM and 400Nm (295 lb-ft) at 4600RPM. The performance is brutal – from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 300 km/h (190 mph).

    The power is put on the road through viscous clutch all-wheel-drive system, which can send between 5% and 40% of engine torque to the front wheels as needed.
