  • 2013 Lotus Elan unveiled at the Paris Motor Show

    Lotus revealed their Elan at the Paris Motor Show. The car looks a lot like Honda CRZ, but the performance is rather better.

    Lotus Elan is powered by 4.0 liter V6 with 450PS and 465Nm of torque. The mighty engine is mated with 7-speed DCT gearbox, which delivers the power to the rear wheels. The weight of Elan is just 1 295 kg (2 855 lb), so it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and the top speed is 310km/h (193 mph). The company reports that there will be a hybrid variant of Elan, which will have emissions of just 199 g/km of CO2. (more…)

  • Ferrari SA Aperta 599 Roadster – 2010 Paris Motor Show

    Ferrari SA Aperta – 599 Roadster is exhibited at the Paris Motor Show. The car is built specially for celebrating Pininfarina’s 80th anniversary.

    It is powered by a monster – 6.0 liter V12 with 670PS (493kW) and 620Nm (457lb-ft) of torque. Besides the massive weight – 1705kg, it accelerates from 0-100km/h  in 3.6 seconds and the top speed is 325km/h (202mph).

  • MINI Countryman WRC at the Motor Show in Paris – a lot of foglights

    MINI Countryman WRC debuted at the Paris Motor show, yesterday. The car is not created just for fun, but it will marks its entry into WRC and will compete in the World Rally Championship next year -2011.

    MINI Countryman WRC is powered by 1.6 liter turbocharged engine. The development of the car started back in 2009 and it recently began its race-conditions testing at the Prodrive rally track.

  • Lotus Eterne at the Motor Show in Paris – based on 2014 Elite

    The lastest fashion is creating four-door coupe cars and Lotus  stuned everybody at the Paris Motor Show by revealing Eterne.

    The car is based on 2014 Elite, which means that it is powered by 5.0 liter V8 with 620PS and 720Nm. Furthermore, the company will provide a hybrid variant, which will use KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System).

    Lotus Eterne is planned to go on sale in 2015, priced at £120 000. (more…)

    Renault Zoe is exhibited at the Paris Motor Show. It is a Clio-sized car, which show the brand new identity of Renault, including the new front-end signature. ZOE is created specially to test the electric power system, which features fully-integrated battery and compact motor.     Toyota Verso S is presented by the company at the Motor Show in Paris. In fact, the car is „grew-up iQ”, but still it is less than 4 metres and the wheelbase is too short – 2550mm.The mini-MPV offers a lot of space for passengers as well as luggage compartment. The load space is superb – 1388 liters and the one-touch flat-folding 60:40 rear seats are really useful.

  • 2011 Ford Focus – full details

    Ford released full details about 2011 Focus, after their unveiled Focus ST Concept. The most disappointing thing is that, the company doesn’t plan to build 3-door variant.
